Had a great visit thanks to David! He came in and installed our new water heater. David was very thorough and made sure that the water was flowing through the house and tank before he left.

I have been using someone else for years!! and never again!! RooterPlus gave me a window of 1-4 and came out at 1. Shane and James were professional, courteous and knew exactly what to do. I will never recommend anyone else. They were quick, efficient and took care of my problem and concerns.

Doc Williams and Rob were my angels! These wonderful gentleman made the choice to come out at 530 on a Saturday evening to pump our septic and clear the line so we could use our bathrooms. To some this may not be much but these gentlemen worked all day in 100 degree weather drove an hour from their last job to help us! Not only were they amazing polite workers they are very compassionate and caring people. God bless you guys and I will recommend y'all to anyone who needs septic work done! It was an expensive fix, but Doc was able to find financing that worked with our budget. His explanations are thorough and understandable so you know exactly what is going on with your septic system.

He was excellent with his work and was able to articulate what I needed to get the job done. I definitely will recommend him again.

Chris did an awesome job. After clearing the clog, he spent a lot of time with the camera ensuring the drain was flowing properly, and showing me where the problem had occurred. Best of all - he was at our house 90 mins after I first called. Will definitely call rooterplus next time we have an issue.

I was the security officer at the the social security office 3554 Covington highway in Decatur and Robert Williams from Rooterplus came out to do a repair on a sink in one of the restrooms. He was extremely professional and efficient and got our restroom back and running super quick. Totally recommend him on any future jobs.

HORRIBLE SERVICE- SEPTIC TANK WAS PUMPED, TWO DAYS LATER SEPTIC TANK WAS FULL AGAIN AND THE LEECH FIELD CONNECTION WAS BLOWN APART BY THIS COMPANY. I CALLED TO REPORT THE PROBLEM AND I WAS TOLD "THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM LADY."
STAY AWAY FROM THEM, WE HAVE HAD MAJOR REPAIRS, AT OUR OWN EXPENSE AND ROOTER PLUS CHARGED US TWICE.

Paul answered a late night call about a plumbing issue and came out without charging me extra for after hours. Highly recommend.

Please have more than $150.. Please have at least $500. The rep got out the truck telling me all these things that may need to be fixed and the cost WITHOUT even digging anything up. I didn't ask for that, I requested to have my tank pumped. He then proceeds to do the work then tell me it would cost an additional $997 to unclog the end of my line. I essentially paid $497 to have my tank pumped. Research other companies before going with them that doesn't charge for each and everything. I need additional work, but I will be going with someone else.

I had Robert and he was extremely professional and thorough. I appreciate him taking the time to explain what was going on with my plumbing. I will be using RooterPLUS again.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home together. Within a few days of moving in we realized that we had a gross leak from the hose spigot rendering it unusable. Not a problem for David! He fixed the leak and had our spigot working like a dream in no time at all. David was very pleasant and took the time to show us what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I work for Metro Plumbing Inc. Very bad customer service. They scheduled a pump out and came back the next day saying they could not perform the pump out because we had done the work on the tank. The biggest problem with this is that is was scheduled for 8am-12pm and no one called to inform me that they would not be there. So the home owner and worker were just there waiting around for nothing. The lady in the office also stated she listened to the call and heard the employee inform they couldn't do the work. That is a flat out lie because I would have called someone else. Very dis honest and awful customer service. Would never refer or use this company!

They came to pump the tank for 175$ (which is actually a total of 200$ including the hidden fees) and they found damage worth of almost 3000$.
I nicely asked them to just pump it and they were insulted (!?!?!) because I didn't accept their special offer of 3000$.
The actual problem was a minor 1 foot long clog that I fixed it myself for 0$.
As John said "This is the oldest scam in crooked business "bait and switch"".
They will lie a lot!
Don't trust these guys for anything else but to pump your tank. They are not going to do a great job but for 200$, 7 days a week is ok.

RooterPlus was quick to respond when we needed assistance. The technician, Brian was very helpful and explained any issues thoroughly.

This was the worst service that I have had from a company in along time. I call Sunday evening requested their service of just pumping out a septic tank the lady on the phone said it will be 150.00 for a 1000 gal tank I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Two service texts came out to my home. Moved around the dirt a little bit. Knock on my door said they wasn t allow to pump my tank said it s against the law to pump from the service port said they have to dig up my yard and it be 520.00. I told them no thank you. They Brought their equipment in my yard to dig a hole before they check the service port they knew what they were doing. They thought that would manipulate Me into saying go ahead. Nope I got right on the phone and had another septic service company out to my house before the two idiots got back to the office. The second I called them they knew them by name and said they will pump it and take their money for the day. I tried to call manager to ask why they say online 150.00 then iafter they get out to your home price changes But office staff are idiots to he couldn t talk for laughing with the teenage girls he had in the office. Nope I don t recommend Them and want ever.

Very professional and prompt service. I just got a new water heater and the whole process took less than 3 hours. I definitely recommend it to others. It s definitely a 5* service.

Don't be misled by their ad on Google! The actual rate would be more than double what they promote online!

The company responded quickly to our call and the attending technician, Chris Bofo, thoroughly assessed our sink and laundry line problems- even inspecting the crawlspace pipelines before making a plan for repairs. He was able to clear the clog that had intermittently plagued us for months, and we have not had any trouble since. Thank you for such professionalism and quality.

They're quick and responsive. The Rooter tech competently pumped the septic tank and kept the sewage from back-flowing into the house and yard.

The downside is that they use fear tactics to justify price gouging. Get a second opinion.

We were told we would need $14k worth of repairs. Second and third opinions revealed that we could complete a chemical treatment and/or lay new field lines, providing a lasting solution that cost only about $4k.

Rooter Plus takes advantage of consumers' panic during an emergency. Get a second or third opinion if you can!

Today(7/28/2020) I called Rooter Plus plumbing service because I had a serious water leak and they sent Robert Williams whom I had requested because he has always given me great professional service. Robert came and quickly diagnosed the problem Which turned out to be a two fold issue with both plumbing and an A//C. I would not have known this had it not been for Robert s keen eye. I am very satisfied with Rooter Plus and their service. If anyone has a plumbing problem I suggest you ask for Robert Williams.

Rooter Plus:
On Sunday my water heater Died!! I called Rooter Plus because I had used them before.
They were recommended to me by the Condominium I moved into this passed June.
They sent Chris Bofo to my home to check on the problem,as luck would have it, I needed a new water heater.
On Monday 10/28/2019 Chris came to replace the heater. He was very professional, courteous and neat.
I have hardwood floors and was worried about them being scratched up.
He took extreme care to make sure that did not happen, and no water damage. I had a lot of questions for him and he took the time to answer them.
He was meticulous. wanted everything to fit just right..
He in my opinion is a master plumber.
And Rooter Plus is a great company.
I would recommend them to anyone who ask.

Don't waste the Money.. I had the recent service, the technician came and said he identify the issue (charged me $175 - not included the fixing the issue). Next day, I saw the issue again, I called him and he said he is busy and didn't show up .I called the another pulling company and they identify the actual issue and fixed it.

Brian Miller came out to our house today. Our sewer lines were all backed up, our toilets wouldn t flush and water was backing up in our showers and tubs. He was very friendly and got the job done! We give him an A+!!! Thank you Brian!

I don't like to write bad reviews, but I feel I need to share my story to help others from making similar mistakes. I pumped my septic in December as a precautionary as I purchased my home almost 3 years ago and the previous owners mentioned they had not pumped the septic. In July I noticed standing water in the yard and I had the same company come out and give me a quote for what they said was a failed drainfield. I called rooter plus for a second opinion. First off they advertise $250 for a pump for my size system, of course when they come out they find issues and it would cost $409 (Keep in mind that I had already pumped my system in December.) I had already received a quote to replace our drainfield for around $4k. They offered to pump my drainfield for $3500 and 9 times out of 10 it would solve my problem. They offered their financing, said if this didn't work a percentage could be applied to my new drainfield that would cost between 7-8K. This did not make sense as I already had a quote to replace it for $4k. Do not do this people! I called the Gwinett Environmental Health Office, they do not recommend pumping drainfields as the only way for it not to continue to leak would be to allow it to dry for several months!

Paul was courteous and professional. I was charged $475 to clear a bathroom sink line. Shockingly high price. I am ashamed with myself for not putting in more effort to receive a fair price.

Our technician, Jerry, was absolutely awesome. He was very respectful of our situation and helped us in every way he possibly could. He was courteous, professional and friendly. Ultimately we will be having a total new system installed and that team has some big shoes to fill.

Justin cam ed out on Christmas Day to unclog our sewer system. He quickly resolved the problem and also scoped the system and found the problem with roots. Thanks for explaining step by step. Highly recommend Justin and RooterPlus

Got another plumbers to come out to make repair with in 2 hours made repair and made repair for the price that was 80 % less than they wanted to charge and did need what they where telling me was wrong.

RooterPLUS came out on an emergency call on a Saturday. The Customer Service Rep, Mandy and the Service Pro, Mike were very professional and helpful. Very pleased with them.

This is the company my husband works for...they are an amazing team and always there anytime u need them...not to mention they do amazing work and have some amazing people who work for them ( like my husband mike )

They advertise $150 pump out. DON'T BELIEVE IT...IT'S AN OUTRIGHT LIE!!! They will not come out unless you agree to pay THOUSANDS of dollars!!!! This customer service rep said the LABOR RATE IS $1400 per hour. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. RIP OFF ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will file formal complains with GDCA.

Could not get water into my house because broken gate valve just outside, near my front door was stuck in the close position. Valve was partially underground. I called rooterplus and Jake was here in less than 60 minutes. Within about 2 hours of my initial call the job was assessed and completed. I am happy. Wife is happy.

The price you're told on the phone...tripple it. Had my tank pumped 3 years ago. Was told $150 didnt expect $150...but tripple is quite the gouge just to pump some mostly water. Why advertise the low price if its never that. This is the second time with them. My first time after buying the house, i understood as a crust-buster had to be used. But this time it was just a simple pump, 30 mins and out and it cost the same around $500. I should have just given the boot when i was told the price. Cost of being timid. I feel taken advantage of.

I did not know that my septic tank was that bad until I had Jerry come out and service my tank. I really appreciate their prompt service and explanation of what they were replacing. I highly recommend Rooter Plus!
