Today I had The wonderful Robert Williams come out to my home from Rooterplus! Robert did such a good job resolving all of my plumbing issues and trust me I had a few of them. Robert worked very diligently and was very thorough with his work. He was fair with pricing and informative with the plumbing work walking me through every step and explaining to me what each issue was and what he needed to do to resolve my dilemmas. Mike is well experienced and knowledgeable. Was able to point out the root of my plumbing issue.

We had a pipe separate in our basement. Even though it was a simple repair, they explained everything to us in detail, helped us turn the water back on to our house, advised us on some other issues we are likely to encounter soon, and were overall VERY nice and helpful! They also were available quickly which was great since it was an emergency situation.

RooterPlus! is a great company to work with. They are at the home within an hour of the call and get the work done quickly and efficiently! If you need a plumber, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

David and his technician had very good work ethics. David is very relatable. Went over everything that was needed to be done . Agreed on it and he went to work. David & his technician worked together as a team and got the job done in a timely manner. I had a really bad clog. David suggested jetting the lines going into the house. They charged us $1000 to drain a septic and clear a pipe line running from the house to tank saying that was the reason it was clogged and that maintenance would fix the problem .mind you they did all this in less than an hour. Next morning water is flowing on top of ground where they recovered the hole. We call them back out they were rude and nasty and wouldn t even dig to see where the water was coming from like they did the first day for a diagnosis say we used too much water and a toilet or something must have been running all night . How the hell can a septic tank that took five years to fill back up refill in one day unless there was something else wrong and if that was the case why were we recommended and charged for work that wasn t the problem and wasn t gonna fix the issue to begin with and they didn t record the extra $400 they charged us for that pipe on the receipt ... why not ? Smh worse experience ever !! Don t use them ever ! Or there regular plumbing service just a bunch of rude lazy ppl who don t want to do their job but want ur money and then some smdh

The cost did not Mach the price I was quote over the phone. However learn some valuable input. The job was quick and very professional it would be nice if your business offer term payment. For such a large amount. Took me out my budget . But thank you for your attention to the matter by coming out quickly an get the job done.

Robert Williams was my technician. Had an emergency with low and no water in the home late Friday evening and Airbnb guests in the home, so it was critical that we got water running. Robert showed up on time, was very professional, explained what he needed to do to get the water back and how long the process would take. While I was waiting in my car Robert would periodically update me and kept me assured. This experience that started out as a nightmare turned out well because of a professional technician. I appreciate RooterPlus and would recommend to anyone as their first company to call.

Septic problems are never fun, but RooterPlus and Doc made this experience as painless as possible. They were at my house within 30 minutes of my calling on a Sunday! I cannot even express how professional, congenial and hardworking Doc is. He is truly a gem. Even when the job got a little tough, he called in Steve and Joe for reinforcements. I called for an appointment at 1:45pm today and had a technician here at 2:30pm today. Joshua was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. RooterPlus installed a tankless hot water system for me in January which has worked flawlessly. They are my go-to plumbing company.

Steve did everything great other than exposing -visually inspecting the septic tank s inlet pipe. We called to correct backflow which is likely due to a clogged inlet pipe. Called multiple providers and they all affirmed that visually inspecting both the inlet and outlet pipes is part of their responsibility when cleaning a tank! Not interested in being hustled!

I appreciate the sales talk but was interested in $150 septic pump, apparently doesn't exist, real price is $600 or more. Also waiting for written estimate, guess they lost my email.

Kris was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, considerate, punctual, and up front with the services and fees. He explained in depth exactly how the system worked, and answered all of our questions with patience.He did not push us to make a decision and worked with our individual needs. We appreciate you Kris! (I will say though, that the company itself does like to tack on extra fees).

Most impressed with the professionalism of both Jon and his colleague. Arrived early and finished quicker than I thought. Took great care when digging to locate septic lid. All put back as they found it. Cost about what expected but will have to wait until I am more "flush" with money to replace cover ($1800). Highly recommend this service.

Was told someone would be at our house between 8 and noon Got a phone call at noon to say that they are running late but we are still on the schedule. When I called at 3 they said all of their technicians were done for the day and asked to reschedule two days later. They were completely unapologetic and could care less that we planned our day around their word and will now be working until the wee hours of the morning.

I originally wrote a review that was positive about this company, but since that time things have drastically changed. I wrote my original review shortly after the technician named Jeffrey had left. He was friendly and seemingly well informed. Two weeks after his work, we had issues...we are now getting a second "new" pump and it's only a month since we recieved service. They don't respond when you call and you have to chase them to get service on their mess-up. They will gladly show up for the first estimate (and they will definitely find something wrong) but good luck after that! Buyer beware!

Robert Williams from Rooter Plus came out to my home to find and repair a leak in my garage. I can t say enough how thorough and professional he was in keeping me educated on what he was doing and why and how much it would cost. Robert is very meticulous and passionate about his work and he quickly found and repaired the leak quickly. I highly recommend him for any type of plumbing issues. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work and excellent service.

Jake Rubino is a very impressive professional young man. After introducing himself he went right to the question as to why he was here. He immediately went to the problem site, made a thorough examination and advised the problem was, though minor, was a manufacturer' defect, covered by the RooterPlus warranty, has a replacement on his truck and it will be replaced shortly. After the replacement, he vacumned the water on the tile floor, cleaned up around the area, explained what was done and left us with a great feeling of a job well done. Congratulations RooterPlus for a having a well trained professional on your staff.

I originally scheduled an appointment two weeks ago. I was given a window of 8-12. At about 11:50 I called into see when they would arrive and I was told that I wasn t on the schedule. The customer service lady was very pleasant and apologized. I rescheduled my appointment for about a week later. I left work early to get home in time and received a call saying that they had to reschedule me because they had a lot of emergencies. This I also understood, and again customer service rep was great. I rescheduled for today for between 8-12 again. It is now 4:45 and I just received another call to reschedule! Once again, customer service lady was very nice and apologetic, but it seems that I need to have an emergency before they will service my home! I m trying to prevent an emergency here! Customer service people are very pleasant, but I can t speak about the actual service people because I have yet to meet one! I rescheduled yet again for this Friday, and I guess we will see what happens...

My water heater started spewing water unexpectedly and I called Rooterplus and told them I had an emergency and needed someone to help me. The dispatch sent Spencer who was not only very courteous, but a true professional in every way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told me what work had to be done. He gave me prices and other information and thoroughly informed me about what the problem was and what I needed to do.
Throughout the repairs (I needed a new water heater), he explained about different things he was doing to fix the problem, and kept me informed as he worked. I had multiple questions and he patiently answered all of them, and even explained questions related to the equipment he used to repair the problem. He also emailed information related to the repair and pictures of the new installation.
Rooterplus is on the top of my list for future problems, and I recommend this company 100%- When I have any plumbing problems or any problems in the scope of Rooterplus, I'll always ask for Spencer!

I have done business with Rooter Plus many years. Today my service was extremely good. A few hours after I called Mitch arrived, assessed the situation and was prepared to complete the work needed.

Mitch cleared the area cleaned it did the repairs in a kind and professional manner. I really appreciate your expertise Mitch. You re on a great team.

Let me start by saying if I was grading the receptionist and scheduler it would be 1 * but because Adam was such an awesome service provider I would have gave him 10 *'s so therefore it equaled it out. So he came out assess the problem honored the quoted price, send the work promptly and efficiently showed me and explain to me everything too helps me with future endeavors concerning my septic system. He provided awesome service on his part and I actually went above and beyond.
But as far as the office went very poor handling I was rescheduled three times that's all I'm going to say on that.

Richie is the man. He came up and was nice and polite the ENTIRE time. We were having trouble with our pump not working and water being backed up. Richie and his partner Luis were both calm, polite and did not rush us at all. They did a fantastic job getting all the water out of the tank and did not create a mess. First let me tell you, I am very proud of my honesty and won't lie for anyone or any reason. That being said, let me tell you what I think of the service provider. I honestly think I found the best service provider I have ever had sent to my home. I have only had my home 2 months before septic tank threw up in my yard. I've been stressed with a move to new town and all the changes in my life. This added even more stress. Was i going to pay for a lot of work that didnt really need done? What kind of jibberish was he going to tell me. When this young gentleman came, he was so very respectful and professional. He explained what happened and how it happened. I had a clear picture of my situaion. He also gave me money saving tips and God knows I really needed that. The main thing I have to say is EDUCATE yourself. Their technicians are paid on commission (we learned this afterwards) and will not waste a second trying to up sell you. We had RooterPlus come out to pump our septic tank. Nothing was wrong with the tank, we just had it pumped for preventative maintenance. I was quoted $150 for a 1000 gallon tank.

First - The technician backed into our driveway and in the process tore up our entire yard and even cracked the driveway. Mind you, we do not live in a neighborhood and we have a wide driveway. My husband has a large boat that he is able to maneuver easily. After several attempts, stopping traffic, and completely ruining the yard, the technician made it to the house.

Second He got out with the worst attitude, stating our driveway was too small for him to back in. Granted, it was raining and he had to work on a Saturday so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Listen, my husband works in the service industry and he deals with uppity and entitled people all the time. We are not one of them and tried to give this guy a chance. The technician smoked and talked down to his co-worker the whole time.

Third He dug the hole and found the top of the tank. After he lifted the top, the tank was filled to the brim. THIS IS WHERE YOU EDUCATE YOURSELF. Septic tanks are supposed to the filled to the top with water. The top of the tank has a drain to go into the drain field and the water is there so that the sludge can separate and go to the bottom. Gross stuff. The technician told us that because the tank was full that he d have to bill us $250. THIS IS NOT TRUE SO DON T FALL FOR IT.

Fourth After he pumped the entire tank, water was still rushing in from the drain field. He said it was not supposed to do this and that he recommended doing more treatment and/or completely fixing the drain field. Umm no. He then tried to quote us another $2500 worth of work to fix these problems . This is how they get paid, upselling the customer.

This guy preyed on our ignorance. We did not know much about the process and although we did not fall for it, I can only imagine the people that do. To be frank, no one wants a yard full of crap so you re like, ok well I guess we have to do this. You don t. We asked him to put the top back on the tank and fill the hole back in. You could tell he was annoyed.

There are plenty of videos on Youtube that can show you the process so use those!

In the end, I took plenty of photos of the damage made to my yard WITH their truck in the background and luckily, they came to fix it. I was worried they wouldn t.

If you couldn t tell by the one star, I would not use them again or recommend them to others.

I am a tenant of PMI property management in Snellville. I filled out a work request for a sewage leak in my bathroom. Rooter plus sent Robert Williams to repair my issue. It was an emergency and he showed up promptly. Mr. Williams approached my house with his mask on and protective gear on his hands and feet. I explained the issue and he let me finish completely without interrupting me. Being in a townhouse he replied that he was almost sure he already knew what the issue was. He got right to work and after a battle with the line he got the job done. He was polite to me and my fiance and did a great job. I would welcome him back into my house anytime!!

We had a break in the main water line where it enters the house....on Father s Day. Rooter Plus sent Jake Rubino out to repair the problem. He was awesome!!! In very tight quarters in a hole outside he went beyond what the previous repair person had done. He could have left the fix for another day and left us with no water but instead he called around for parts he needed and fix the problem the right way!!! He finished in the dark and we could not more pleased with his work ethic. Thanks Jake!!!

I wish I could give more stars. The service men went above and beyond to ensure my home was taken care of. They were prompt in the arrival window promised, and walked me though each step with reasons behind the work they completed. I feel confident in the work they finished and we will definitely continue service with them in the future.

Jake came to give an estimate to one of my real estate clients for replacing the polybutylene piping. He was right on time, thorough and offered several options with the pricing. We appreciated the professionalism shown.

My appointment was from 8am to 12pm for a septic tank pump on Saturday. I called around 7am to make sure they still have me on the list and yes, they confirmed. Twelve o'clock came and nobody showed up, and no communication either. I called and the rep advised me that the technician was still doing some errands.

An hour later, I received a phone call, but it was to let me know that the tech couldn't make it out to my house because he was assigned to some extensive repair service. The rep offerred to reschedule to next week, even though the next day appointment was available. No apology whatsover was given.

I decided to give Rooterplus a try due to the good reviews I saw online. Yet, here I am, writing my first negative review for a service I received. Hope my incident won't happen to anyone else.
