Didn't show up for their appointment. Was told that I was first on schedule to have my septic system serviced and that they would be here between 8 and 10a. At 9:55a someone calls me and tells me they are stuck on another job with no estimate on when they will show up. That's terrible service when I have to schedule my time away from work, for nothing now. I will never use RooterPlus for anything.
