I called about my septic tank backing into the lower toilet and tub in my house. I was able to talk to a rep immediately. Within 2 hours someone was onsite. It was explained with detail what was going to be done to diagnose the problem and why. Once the problem was discovered, I was explained with detail the scope of work, time it would take, cost of the work, common issues which may cause it to take longer, and the guarantee of the work before it started.

I appreciated the pride taken in the job and the time taken to answer my questions. I spent a good 20 minutes reviewing options for repair and payment options. Within 4 hours of my call, my system was working better than before.
