I was having an issue with my Shower on the 2nd floor not completely turning off. Upon Calling RooterPLUS! Jeff showed up on site approximately 45 min later. He was very enthusiastic and very pleasant. Jeff took the time to explain the issue in full detail and gave great advice on preventive maintenance going forward.
