I m the Service Director at Eleven85 apartments. Robert Williams came out to conduct the service call. We notice a leak in the hall from a drain line. Robert came out and was very punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. He repaired the leak and kept me in the loop as to everything that was being conducted.
