i have called rooter plus and told them my problem with septic and they agreed to do the job . it was scheduled but they came 1hr 30 mins late and the truck driver came to the door and I showed the tank and the issue . so he called the boss and he seems like didn't want to do the job so made an excuse that we have to charge you for extra pipeline to attach the truck tank and I asked how many pipes he told me that 6 pipe at $30 a pipe so he added $180 to the cost so became $372 and plus cleaning surround additional cost . so I decline to do that.
I think they say they are cheap but there are lots of hidden fees so don't even try rooter plus septic service and the guy was not friendly enough to talk to me about issues.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this servive
