horrible, horrible service,first off they didn't want to come up my drive way and cross a small mud puddle so ,I a 30 yr old woman went out and started draining it...then b4 he would cross had me sign a waiver that said I would take care of the tow bill if they got stuck,so when I signed he said , sign here as well,which was the place where they wouldn't be liable for damage if they drove over any kind of Line well they ripped our water Line out of the ground and didn't want to fix it and I got on the phone with the company and then the Shane technician tried to pull out my invoice that I had signed from where if they got stuck that I would pay for it and tried to wiggle out of fixing our water Line very very very dissatisfied ultimately the general manager that I had on the phone was going to tell them to put the sewage back in the septic tank and they were going to leave because I they didnt want to fix the water line it was a horrible horrible horrible experience thank God I'm not stupid and I had a little bit of common sense anyways they did put back my water line and I pay them $150 they left my yard and a wreck they did not steal the top of the septic tank back down!!! very very bad company do not use ..

My mom Patricia and i called out and Robert Williams was the tech of the day. His service was above and beyond. He made a dire situation livable. When we need work, don t send us anyone except Robert Williams ten *********

George explained in detail everything that needed repair. George and Joe worked very hard to put the yard back to its original condition. Extremely nice gentlemen.

I Airbnb my house out for the SuperBowl and out of all days my plumbing backed up.

I ran to home Depot to fix it myself , and I saw Teague sitting in his truck out side .

I told him to situation, he drive right over to my house , pulled the toilet and unclogged the drain. ..

I called Friday night with an emergency my bottom floor had flooded due to a bursted pipe. I called Rooter plus and they said they would have someone out first thing Saturday morning since I had no water. Saturday came and after 4 follow up calls someone showed up 9 hours into the day. The guy was super nice, however the price was astranomical. He charged me $572 to replace a piece of pipe. It took him less than 30 mins. This company is extremely overpriced, but seeing how I waited 9 hrs I just wanted it fixed at this point.

We live in a highrise in Midtown and had the kitchen drain backup. Our Building Engineer suggested we call RooterPLUS! Upon doing so, a nice lady took our information and told us a man would be out in an hour. She called back a short while later to confirm and nearly to the minute Whitney was buzzing downstairs. I gave him the situation, he gave a look see, and told me what to expect of it being "our" 2 inch line or the larger 4 inch common line. He told me the price for the service, which was pretty much what I expected it to be, and went about the task. After exclaiming he hit "a hard spot", a good thing, he found the drain still not to be clear. He then used the camera and carefully had me watch while explaining what I was seeing, which was the evidence of the blockage was right at the opening of the common pipe. He did a second "plunge" using a larger head and after putting the pipes back, and going the extra mile of replacing a warped piece and resealing them, we had proper drainage again. I see the five star rating says "Loved it" which in the case of needing a plumber is far from fact, but I have to say that having Whitney here to solve the problem, and be so considerate, made an unpleasant event and expense very tolerable. I shall not hesitate to call and ask for him again.

Ronnie was very nice, calm and friendly. I was not in a good mood and worried about my plumbing mishap until he came. He took no time to fix it and even when I wasn't sure about what he did, he explained the repairs to me and showed me how it works.
I would recommend him to anyone. Kudos Ronnie!!!

Owner at Riverview Overlook Condos 2072, Robert Williams was the tech that came out to our call. Showed up on time, was friendly and helpful. He walked around the property to help locate the main water valve shut off. He spent a bunch of time on my call and was very thorough.

Plus side: septic tank is pumped.
Down side: bait and switch, charged over $900 to pump the tank and replace the effluent filter. No other work was performed. There was no digging required, because the tank has lids at ground surface level. Of course the price over the phone was $150.00. Would never use this company again. I do not believe the business practices of this company are ethical.

Expertise to resolve gate valve issues and coordinate with HOA was outstanding. Worked extra hard to replace water heater to prevent condo damage. Very professional, courteous, and cleaned-up after completing job. Thank you Sandy and Ted!! Outstanding!

Had the pleasure of meeting Ray today, even though it could have been a better situation, but I really appreciated the time he took to explain the system, new codes, how my drain field is affected and exactly what services I needed. I ended up spending more than planned, but I feel confident Ray provided the exact services I needed to get my septic system back to normal operation. Next time I need service I will be requesting Ray.

Wow! What an experience! I had scheduled an appointment to have my septic tank pumped. I thought the team would show-up, do the clean out and leave. We have only been living in our home for two years and thought everything was okay with the septic and never realized how bad it was. Kris was very polite and up front with us about the issues he found after opening up the tank. It seems that the tank had never been serviced since the house was built in 2007. Kris showed me the problems, discussed the issues and solutions to me. He even took the time to talk to my husband on the phone. Kris was very professional and honest. We now have a clean tank and all the issues resolved, plus we have a guarantee on the chemicals that were used for the drain fields. RooterPLUS you her very fortunate to have Kris on your team!

Doc W. was polite and professional. He came on time and fixed my issue. He was knowledgeable and informed me on what needed to be done. I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off or take advantage of me. I will definitely call RooterPlus again and hopefully I will get Doc.

Justin was great. Came and explained the whole situation. Was a little shocked at the price but he gave me a better deal. Went got the toilet and installed it right away. Extremely knowledgeable and kind. Excellent experience! Thank you!

Had a backed up sewer line. Jeffrey and his team took excellent care of me resolving the issue efficiently and at a very fair price. I would definitely do business with them again.

Bo Watson was outstanding! He is fast, very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. It is all about peace of mind when you need these services, and Bo Watson definitely delivers on that!

This is a bait & switch operation. They quote $150 to pump out a 1000 gallon tank and $200 for a 1500 gallon tank. Expect to pay more than double. If they lift a shovel while pumping, it will cost $277. If they add a hose to reach, add another $35. Of course they try to sell you drain field treatment. "Your system is failing! Pay an additional $2000". The guy went to the inspection port in the drain field, kicked it and said "It's stuck." I opened it by hand this morning. Will not use again.

As a Property Manager for Condos and HOA s it is imperative we have the best resources at the ready to handle whatever emergency comes our way. Partnering with Rooter Plus has made my life so much easier. They are on it when I need them day and night! And they don t charge extra for weekends and emergencies. They are truly the superior choice when I have a plumbing, gas, or drainage issue.

Called for a septic inspection and Doc came out and gave me a complete tutorial on how septic systems work and what to look for when concerned it might be failing. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to pump and inspect because he needed more hose than was on the truck, but I will definitely book him to come back out and do the job.

Jason made, what could have been a disaster, manageable it was more than they expected, but so was the job. From the get go, they were up front about what charges could be incurred depending on what they found.

Woke the morning of the earthquake with a massive garage full of water. Our 16 year old water heater had finally blown. Cliff was there within hours and I had not one but two new water heaters by days end. I was more than pleased with he and his colleague and will happily use their services again.

great service! Mike Green and his helper showed up on Friday morning with two hours notice, and they already had a copy of the original septic permit to verify the location and size of the tank. They did a careful, thorough job uncovering, cleaning and recovering the tank and gave us some good advice about maintaining it properly. Great Job! Will call RooterPlus next time!

This was the second company I had contacted regarding my septic tank backing up into my house. Upon unearthing my septic tank, they were able to tell that the line leading to my field had collapsed and the water wasn't able to exit the tank. He also discovered that there was a clog leading from the house to the tank and was able to clear it out. I'm glad they were able to fix the problem the same day in a couple of hours. They were very professional. I've already recommended them to others.

Overall my experience with your technicians was good. They worked through very tough conditions to locate the source of my plumbing problem and provide a solution. It was dirty, wet work and these men should be commended for their effort.

On the other side, I feel Jeffery could have spent a little more time initially to get the proper dig location and accurate fix. Your technician dug for the better part of Monday in a location which was ~2 feet from the pipe.

I was assured the job would be finished on Monday. Due to the time it took to locate the pipe, the technicians did not complete the pipe connection inside the house which created a leak. The technician's solution was to use a bucket to catch the water, and stop working just before 8pm. I was left to determine that this solution would allow a considerable amount of water into my basement, so I shut the temporary water supply to prevent damage.

As for the digging, there was considerable damage to a Japanese maple which may have been avoided. The 20 year old tree will most likely need to be replaced, and my landscaping will have to be fixed at at my expense.

I don't wish to dwell on the negative, at the end of 2 days we now have running water and the job was accomplished.

Brian and his team were very patient and helpful with a last minute call that turned into more than originally expected. Great experience!

Garbage disposal leaking and stopped working. Called RooterPLUS. They were able to get someone (Jason B) out the next day to replace the disposal. It was fast...completed work in 30 minutes. Definitely recommend!

RooterPlus was great. I called with my issue and within an hour and a half David was at my home. He was friendly showed me what was causing my issue and what was needed to solve my issue. We received terrific service from Jason L. He worked tirelessly to clear the blockage in our system all day on a Sunday. He was professional and courteous and cleaned up as best he could to rid the area of sewage and smell.

This company schedules an appointment, doesn't show up, and you have to call them to find out they're not even planning on coming out to your home because you haven't been "qualified". Don't even bother, despite their "other great customer reviews".
