After the water heater replacement lady Friday our shower in the master bath was leaking. I thought it was just the cartridge inside the shower valve. Had it replaced but that didn t solve the leaking valve. We contacted you Monday am and by 3 that afternoon the valve had been replaced. Thanks again for your timely help with both these issues. Rooter plus is a rip off. They advertise $150 pump out, and they tell you on the phone that it might be more than that. They don t tell you HOW MUCH more. The technician had already dug up my yard. And insisted I had to spend $4,000 to fix it!!!!! He did NOT even give me an estimate breakdown until AFTER the job was done. He told me how much, but not what it was for. I got the estimate breakdown AFTER the job, and he is charging me almost $2,000 for a chemical!!! I would have never allowed him to put that chemical in, if I had known that it was that expensive. He was very vague with me about what the cost. This is VERY unprofessional. I fully feel that I was taken advantage of, because I am a woman at home with 4 young kids. He was also very rude to me after I called a manager while he was working to try to understand the costs. I was trying to understand why this job was so much. The manager did NOT explain at all why it would cost so much. I would have told the manager I didn t want that chemical! This is so hard on us. We are a large family on a VERY limited income. I have no idea how we are going to pay for this. I ve been sick to my stomach and having panic attacks. Don t deal with this company. Call someone who is HONEST.

Emergency service needed does not mean you can screw over a consumer. The quote I got to fix a broken pipe was, quite frankly, insulting. Just to move a toilet, I was being charged over $450, to move, a toilet. That s called price gouging. I opted to go with another reputable company that did not tear down half a wall like the tech with Rooter Plus wanted to do, and charged a quarter of the price. If I didn t know a plumber friend, I might have been taken to the cleaners. As my friend told me, these sorts of companies prey on emergency service, and a consumer panicked and in a rush to restore water.
Anthony B. was courteous and arrived shortly after I called. He is very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I will be requesting him specifically for jobs in the future.

Had high water bill, saw this company s truck, so decided to call them. Scheduled an appointment in the evening but due to services being render for prior appointments running longer, had to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next morning. They came within the listed timeframe. They did inspection on the meter s water flow but didn t see water flow. They advised that higher water usage is common in the summer and said if the water bill get higher they ll come back. He did offer to do a dy check with the toilets (cost $175). I declined and will see how the next water bill looks. Other then the 1 missed appointment, my overall experience was great. nice customer service, friendly technicians.

Called to make appointment to have septic tank cleaned. Office staff was friendly, efficient and appointment was made in acceptable timeframe. Steve arrived at appointment time and job was completed in just a few minutes.
Michael and his crew did an excellent job when they installed a new septic tank and new drain field lines at our home. when I came home from work the first day, our back yard looked like a war zone, but by the end of the second day our back yard was a beautifully leveled and graded yard. My wife kept remarking how nice the back yard looked. Needless to say we were very pleased with the work that was done!

They quoted me one price over the phone then try to upcharge me for another. The tank had just been pumped 5 months before and they tried I'm very busy for the last two up charge me. Very very dishonest
If you are lucky enough to get this plumber tech you will be taken well care of with a fix for your problem. He stuck with me until he was satisfied with the results so both you as a customer and he will be happy with. This company is one that I would recommend.

Our land lord Joan Zappa called Rooterplus and they sent out Robert William's to our residence in Conyers. Rob did a good job was very informative and we would recommend him again.
They charged $550.00 to pump the septic tank for a three bedroom house, which was alright even though they didn't do a great job. The septic tank was not completely drained and they let bits of concrete fall into the tank while repairing the pipe at the back of the tank. Then they charged an additional $2675.00 to fix the pipe that connects the septic tank to the drain field. this required ten feet of 4" pvc pipe and two connectors ( I could purchase at Home Depot for $20.00 ) and less than thirty minutes of labor. They just seemed intent on making as much money as fast as they could rather than doing a good job. In fairness they did show up when they said they would.
The technician was prompt, courteous & very professional.
Josh explained to us the importance of the septic system, how it works, and what was wrong with the one at the home we are attempting to buy. He was very thorough, straight forwards, and professional. Would definitely recommend to others and to keep this company in mind in case of any service work needed in the future.

Called ar 7:30am responded at 7:45am said someobe would be out. Called at 12:00p. Still on schedule. 4:00pm technician was stopping by shop and be on his way. 6:00pm hevwas broke down on side of road. Noone could come today. I contacted them each time. They never called me until they couldnt come. I run a business. Closed for the day lost all sales. Because it was a small repair i feel no effort was made to get here. I wouldnt use them for anything. Woukd you think in 12 hours they might have fugured out they weren't going to make ut. Still no toilet.

They tell you that is going to be one price and then jack it up to 4 times that amount. The prices for parts are HIGHLY inflated. The customer is helpless with an open pit of sewage and the service person telling you that you need more than what you bargained for.
Doc and his Associate were amazing. Our new house had not been serviced in YEARS.....they were efficient, tidy, quick, clean and SO nice. I would highly recommend them for this very challenging service. 5 star.

I arrived home at 4pm on New Year's Eve to a downstairs toilet that was actively flooding. I made a call to this company and they had a Plumber at my house within 90 minutes. Chad,who was very friendly and professional, quickly diagnosed what had happened to my sewer line and after a little more investigation, he was able to locate the exact area of break.Chad was able to deduce the location despite there being no above ground evidence of a break. He was not even able to use his camera because of the steep angle of the clean-out.Having a firm grasp on my particular issue, Chad was very upfront with pricing and potential approaches to solving my problem.
He showed up on New Year's day and worked ALL DAY on my sewer line. Despite it being a holiday Chad was friendly and outgoing the entire time. He took great care not disturbing my wife's miniature Japanese maple. He took time to show my wife and I the origin of this break and what might have caused it. The sun had set by the time the job was finished. He completely leveled where he had dug.Despite my yard already being a mud pit due to heavy rains, Chad made sure that none of the displaced soil/mud was from his tractor. This was done despite me telling him a couple times to not worry about it.Chad is the consummate professional who truly enjoys both his job and helping people. I tried to use their service for fixing few leaks in my home and they gave me a quotation of $1800 which costed me $320 with a private plumber. They are not even good with finding the problem. one of my toilet pipe was leaking and they said I have to replace the tap which costs around $500. then I called in a private plumber, he just fixed the problem by replacing the filter of the tap which costs $6.
Today, my HOA called them for fixing a clog and they came for inspection and said HOA is not responsible for it and tried to charge me $500 for removing the clog. Please do not go with them. Atleast try to call another plumber and get another quote before proceeding with rooterplus.
My toilets were flushing slowly than normal, so I called RooterPlus to empty my septic tank. Come to find out that my septic pump died and I needed a replacement; Ouch! an unexpected expense. The old pump was 12 plus years old and I guess it lived beyond its expectancy and paid itself. So I had to replace the pump. The price they quoted me was reasonable and the RooterPlus service pro Jon P. went at it and completed the job in record time. I normally don't leave reviews unless I'm very impressed, or the service company was a total ripoff. In this case, I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the work Jon and helper did. Jon had to retrofit the main pump pipe in order to install a shutoff valve for any possible future service; this called for him to literally put half of his body into the septic tank to perform the work. A job that honestly I would not do for any amount of money. But Jon did it without any hesitation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, reliable, reasonable and professional service. Thank you RooterPLUS!!!

This company is the biggest rip-off. They offer a free visit then charge a flat rate of more than $190 just to do anything, plus $18.50 fuel surcharge. I only needed a gasket replaced that costs a couple dollars. Talked to the manager and he was no help at all and said because they are a large company, they have a lot of overhead.
So - beware. I would highly suggest you don't ever use this company. I made the mistake and paid the price.
