We are not satisfied with the septic system service performed by RooterPLUS. The technicians arrived close to the scheduled time. They were professional, and they worked hard. The septic tank pumping part of the service was fine. It was somewhat overpriced, but we were willing to pay the higher price to get the service done faster. RooterPLUS did not satisfactorily complete another service we paid for, however. The technicians informed us that they encountered a problem. They told us that they were only able to perform the first 10 feet of the soil line cleaning that we had agreed to. Nevertheless, they charged us full price for that service, even though they were not able to clean the pipe all the way into the house. The fact that we were charged for services that were not satisfactorily completed, coupled with the over-priced estimates we were given for add-on services, left us unsatisfied with RooterPLUS.
