Where do I begin... it all started when I thought I needed my septic tank pumped due to slow draining toilets... Rooter Plus came out the next day to service my tank and WE DISCOVERED a major issue! Richie and Paul were so kind answering my 1,000+ questions (as I'm a single woman who knows NOTHING about septic tanks & how they are supposed to operate). They weren't even bothered that I hovered around the job site to watch what was going on. Richie explained to me the issues that he discovered and the rigged job from the previous owners in replacing the draining tee to the drain field. Needless to say, the tee wasn't connected to anything, the distribution box had collapsed, the old tee was at the bottom of the tank, 2 drain fields no longer were accessible. They took the time to explain what has happened, what should've happened, and how they could fix it. I couldn't ask for a better experience... Thanks again! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs just a basic pump or major work.
