However, all paid parts in the same order such as 10m refrigeration pipes are not included. One device is still missing on June 14th. The air conditioning is not working.

I am also surprised that I get a direct response after the rating and that my emails are not even responded to.
Because of this, I just canceled the order. After the summer I don't need air conditioning anymore !!
It's amazing how customers are dealt with here.

Then during all phases (advice on device selection & offer, device delivery, assembly planning) very competent, friendly and timely support and exchange according to my request, usually by email.

A Multisplit Duo device set was installed very carefully and neatly by 2 fitters yesterday within one day and extensively tested with instruction.

I am completely satisfied, very happy to have positive criticism and recommendation!

Price performance is great. Air conditioning ordered and was delivered immediately. Installation was not a problem for me. Everything done and assembled in 4 hours. I've called several times because I wanted to know when the delivery will be made. The employee (s) cannot provide any information, and the specialist department always agrees to call you back! Nobody has contacted me until today! So callback promise is to kick the bin. Availability of systems with 3-6 days is laughable! During this time, the system may never come with a few small parts, but nothing more! Better to spend a euro more and then have better service! I cannot recommend Rednux from the service!

But when the contract was signed and the system was paid for, we started.
We do not respond to inquiries by mail. The delivery date was only met after a cancellation (by registered mail) was threatened. Goods were delivered without registration.

The air conditioning was ordered and paid for in December 2019. After several inquiries we were put off again and again and were offered new, more expensive systems that are supposed to be available quickly. Again and again there was only sluggish feedback on the delivery date when asked. After setting a final deadline, we canceled the order in June 2020 and received a notification with a refund. After 4 weeks still no money has been received.
We have now handed the case over to our legal advisors.
It looks very conceptual to us and we cannot recommend this company !!!

Everything went smoothly from the initial meeting to assembly. I got what I wanted on time. As a customer, you are asked to do a little research beforehand. What devices could be useful for me and most importantly - measure correctly (pipe length). I can imagine that problems arise here from time to time when someone has no idea. Perhaps ask someone for advice here, who knows what he is doing and supports the planning - because even if the consultants at Rednux are good - they are not on site.
The advice was great and the assembly was good, except for the little things.
And if you only order a climate in midsummer, you have to queue up. Therefore, it is better to start the ordering process early in the year.
Perhaps you should make an appointment with the commissioned assembly company during the overall process - so that extra costs (because the pipe length was measured incorrectly) can be avoided. But since I did my homework, everything went according to plan.
You have my recommendation!

I can report from my own positive experience that we have not regretted our initially skeptical decision to buy our air conditioning from Rednux. We had to wait almost 3 weeks from the placing of the order to the assembly date, but in view of the boom in air conditioning manufacturers this year, that wasn't to be expected otherwise. The entire Kaisai (Focus) system works perfectly.

Thumbs up for the good, competent and always friendly advice and support. Thumbs up for the assembly team, too, cleanly and accurately installed.

What a cheek in my eyes: To advertise with the 24 hour service phone. Of course, only a call center will answer (also on weekdays) that has no idea and says you will be called back the next day. Bought in 2020 and received no goods until June 19th, 2020. I was informed of the dispatch of the system by GLS on May 21. confirmed by email, but I never received anything. After several telephone inquiries (call center) I could never be helped and a callback was never made although promised. Letters to the shop or the accounts receivable department also went unanswered. A shame for such a company. We are very satisfied with the installation of our air conditioning system by Rednux. The delivery of the devices, super packaged, on time and the assembly was carried out very professionally in an incredible 2 hours.
The resulting dust was sucked off during the drilling work. The workplace was left clean and cleaned.
The two fitters from Saleem were very competent, friendly and helpful. The function and maintenance of the system was explained in detail. Finally: the air conditioning works flawlessly: cools very effectively, is economical in consumption and is also very quiet.

We - and dozens of others in the networks - have been waiting for craftsmen for weeks. Fast delivery alone only means that we have boxes standing around. We do not have a contract for boxes we have a contract for the installation in the air conditioning system! And please: could you please stop the advertising nonsense. Rednux sends bombastic emails with Congratulations. Two more days, the tension rises .... The craftsmen are coming! "

An air conditioning system including assembly was ordered. The goods arrived on time and well packaged. The assembly date, however, dragged on. It was probably difficult to find a specialist company in my area that wanted to take on the job. In the end there was a company that did the assembly, which in itself was done well. The system test was also done and we were all happy. Until the system was actually in operation for a longer period of time. Then it turned out that there was a leak in a condensation water hose and that the condensation water is now not being transported outside but instead seeps into the building through the leak in the hose. Since the hose is stowed in the false ceiling, it took a while until we noticed it. Namely only when it has dripped from the false ceiling. Anything can happen, it's annoying but normal. However, it is not normal that I cannot reach anyone at Rednux to discuss how to proceed. I have already opened 3 tickets for this (3885, 3887, 4016) -> no response. I tried the phone -> no response. I wrote to my account manager at the time -> no response. In the meantime I have reached the assembly company, which is 'on vacation' and would like to contact me again when the vacation is over. Really great Rednux. Great customer service !!!

The price was really good (I know because I had an offer from a local company). The air conditioning came by freight forwarder on Thursday afternoon and the fitter arrived on Friday as promised. It has z.c. It took 5 hours to finish everything. I was skeptical at first, but now I have to say I had to wait a few weeks for the appointment but I think that's normal because everyone wants air conditioning at the moment.
My conclusion: It is exactly what I was looking for just about my air conditioning. Now we're considering getting a second one for the top floor.

I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. The order goes very quickly, the delivery of goods only after several complaints. The transport is carried out by an Eastern European forwarding company who do not speak a word of German, do not have a stretcher, etc. with them. If you have any questions, you will be connected to a call center who cannot help solve the problem. The biggest problem, however, was the installation of the air conditioning. Despite the binding installation period (2 weeks) specified in the contract, no notification from the company. Only after the threat of the contract termination, 3 plumbers who were absolutely non-German-speaking, came without tools, but left immediately because they were not able to do the installation.
Conclusion: in June air conditioning ordered, in September after a lot of trouble the money was returned. I have to start all over again next year.

I can only complain about the lousy customer service from Rednux. Here is my little story: I already ordered an air conditioning system from Rednux in November 2019, the installation did not take place as promised at the beginning of January, but only after a few back and forth in mid-January 2020. The problem was that the fitter did not contact the beforehand Rednux kept the coordinated drawings, and the system installed in the wrong place, after a complaint and a few back and forth the fitter came by again and corrected his mistake, and installed the system at the previously agreed location as specified on the drawing. I thought everything was fine, but I wasn't. From May onwards I put the system into operation for a few days and found that the condensate was draining uncontrollably from the sewer via the power lines, the condensate line is missing as prescribed in the Rednux installation instructions. Then I turned to Rednux several times and asked for an extension of the condensate line, or asked for a clearance certificate for operation, since Rednux specifies a sufficiently long condensate line in the installation instructions. The fitter then called me and confirmed that when he corrected his first incorrect installation (system installed in the wrong place), the condensate line is now too short, but he sees no problem in it. He couldn't or wouldn't tell me why he didn't extend the condensate line according to the installation instructions from Rednux. I ordered a multisplit air conditioning system through Rednux. This was delivered quite quickly. Unfortunately, the first assembly company canceled me at short notice (Corona - too few employees). Then it got a little bumpy and I could not reach Rednux several times and I was not called back by support. In the end I got a call back from a nice lady a few days later and all problems could be resolved, including a new fitter and appointment.

I think a lot of the problems were caused by Corona.
The price already calculated was kept by a few euros. The air conditioning technicians worked very cleanly and correctly. I am very satisfied and have 2 cool rooms :-) In other words, recommendable!

The air conditioning I ordered was delivered to me within 4 days.
(Mid-August during the heat wave !!)
With a little manual skill, self-assembly is no problem.
I have a system with 7 meters of refrigerant line.
Assembly takes approx. 4-5 hours.
The system was already pre-filled with refrigerant.
We use the system in a single-family house and use it to cool 2 rooms of around 20 square meters each.
The performance is absolutely sufficient for this.

A delivery time of 3-5 days is promised on the homepage. On 06/11 I ordered an air conditioning info. Hoses and wall bracket and paid for via PayPal. Until today, June 25th, only a partial delivery (hoses and wall bracket) took place. On the 20th I called Der nix to inquire about the missing items and they promised me a call back THAT WAS NOT. A forwarding company called on Friday morning and wanted to deliver the goods, but have NOT delivered until now, Monday, June 25th. Call Rednux: We will call you back as soon as possible. Of course we didn't call back. I am surprised and ask for my money back via PayPal.
