On June 18th, 2020 I ordered an air conditioning system which should be there within 3-5 working days. To date I have not received any delivery and there is no response to emails either. That was probably the first and last time I ordered this.

I have a screenshot where you can see "immediately available".
I am also surprised that I get a direct response after the rating and that my emails are not even responded to.
Because of this, I just canceled the order. After the summer I don't need air conditioning anymore !!
It's amazing how customers are dealt with here.
If the reimbursement does not take place in the next few days, I will not hesitate to give everything to my lawyer.
