Since 2.07 the payment has been received via the hotline, nobody has a clue and nobody can help me. Email is not answered either
No information via the customer portal either
They just keep the customers waiting
Will never order anything here again.
I could reach someone but nobody can tell me when my order will come.
My question is just not answered is a mess
