After a week I got in touch ...
Nobody can be reached by phone ... just a call center that neither has a TrackID nor any other answers. There is only ever one callback, which of course never comes.

Everything paid in advance, of course! Own stupidity.

After 14 days we got the device where of course half is missing.
Call center .. No information .. Callback ... that doesn't come .... the same scam as always!

With a little emphasis I demand someone from the management, where of course nobody can be reached.

Now the thing goes to the lawyer!
