I ordered an air conditioner in February (02/18/2020), until today it has not been delivered! There is practically no telephone availability.After the written cancellation (04/05/2020) of the air conditioning, I wanted my money back. To this day I have neither received my money nor a confirmation of the transfer back (May 12, 2020) and nobody can be reached by phone!
