Delivery of the accessories via parcel on July 14th, the article was only shipped when the problem was reported via PayPal. Unfortunately, even after 5 emails to all known addresses, fax, letter and PayPal messages, I have never received an answer.
Telephone hotline refers to e-mail contact, chat refers to e-mail contact. Without a result you go around in circles!
Now I will also return a wall bracket because it is not needed. I have in mind that this will work smoothly.
