Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous reviews and say that there seem to be massive problems in this company. I have air conditioning on April 14th. Bought in 2020 and received no goods until June 19th, 2020. I was informed of the dispatch of the system by GLS on May 21. confirmed by email, but I never received anything. After several telephone inquiries (call center) I could never be helped and a callback was never made although promised. Letters to the shop or the accounts receivable department also went unanswered. A shame for such a company. I hope someone in charge will contact me so that I can change this entry in favor of the company. My Kd. No. is 167009 and the order 308829. I'm curious what happens.
