We bought two air conditioners from Rednux at the ...

We bought two air conditioners from Rednux at the beginning of June.
The purchase was paid for immediately.
We then received both systems in individual packages. This was very idle as we got a package every day.
After a system was completely with us, we installed it.
We are still missing an indoor unit for the second system.
After we called several times and were always promised a call back, which never happened, we sent mail.
There has been no response to this either to this day.
After the third email I sent a warning to the company.
No reaction to that either.
Today I wrote an email and announced that I would use a lawyer.
In the meantime, the company can no longer be reached via the hotline.
The commissioning of the second system is of course still pending, I am curious whether a reaction will come.
We are very angry, actually we would have expected at least an answer after 4 weeks.
We hope to still receive the part but will never work with this company again.

Thank you for your reaction, at some point we switched on Ebay and only then did we receive a reaction from you.
Your company gave us a different order number and if it works, the indoor unit will be delivered today.
We look forward to it and, unfortunately, regret that it only comes to this one

Even if there was a lot to criticize before: fitters were there yesterday and today, and now, to be fair, I want to add that the two Polish fitters did a great job. Very hard-working, very clean work, very friendly craftsmen, everything went well, best tools, great communication (without a language problem). The devices are running, the handover went really well. I still cannot recommend the service, but in the end the company completed its contract to our satisfaction.
PS: These fitters or their Polish company from Poznan should keep Rednux warm, they understand their trade, are very friendly, work quickly and cleanly and they can deal with customers. Thank you, Dziekujemy.

Update II. Also the date on July 16. broke, without rejection, without explanation.
Update I: July 9th: Yesterday Rednux was informed that, surprisingly, the craftsmen had not come at all. Then we were told a new date in two weeks. Today the company's demand is serious: how satisfied we are with the craftsmen. Does anyone even look through this shop? Do they do anything else besides dealing with online criticism and filling in "positive experiences" ... It's incredible.

We bought months ago - delivery was really quick. But the boxes have been in the way for WEEKS. There are always appointments - but we have got used to the fact that they are always postponed. The day before yesterday we seemed a big step further: The Loud-Happy Email from Rednux: the day after tomorrow (on Tuesday) we will finally get our system. (Photo) Tush! Hours before then - the fitter's cancellation. We had taken time off, created building clearance ... But honestly, you don't give a shit ..., right? You don't care, otherwise it wouldn't happen to a single customer so often and not to so many customers every day.
And please, don't blame it on Corona, after so many excuses, explanations and after really plenty of understanding on our part, that's no reason for this sloppiness and customer hostility.
And whether there are differences with the fitters is not our problem either. You have just confirmed the umpteenth appointment, again 14 days later. For us this is the ultimate deadline. It's just enough at some point. Definitely. Even just one day later - and you will kindly pay our money back. (You will probably remember: in April we agreed a contract for the system AND installation including a test run!)
After this last period the business goes back. And then please pick up the four boxes again immediately.
No, we have no real hope or trust. Maybe you could surprise us at the end.

Postscript: Yes !!!! Another surprise: Rednux calls - and asks how satisfied we are with the craftsman .... Obviously you still believe in your promises. But you don't look through it.

For me it took 5 emails, 6 calls, 0 of the promised callbacks and finally the activation of the PayPal buyer protection to finally get the complete delivery after 30 days (quality of the goods and price ok). I gave this company a long time to satisfy myself as a customer. I ordered goods there with a total value of almost 2800 on May 28, 2020 and have not received them in full until today! The hotline wherever someone is available, NEVER helps you, it is always forwarded and nothing happens! Countless calls, emails and Facebook inquiries resulted in nothing apart from Facebook. Only one person took on the problem and I owe it to him that I got anything at all. This company delivers in small steps, but I still haven't received the most important part! Customer service is zero point zero. That is really not an exaggeration what I am writing here. I am sitting here and cannot operate the system as there are no refrigerant lines being supplied. This company is far from being professional! This has nothing to do with the corona situation, because if you look up and do a little research, these problems have been around longer than Corona. I only have the hope that I will soon receive my paid goods. I can only advise everyone against buying bigger things there. I'm not exaggerating. That's the truth.

The company Rednux apologized to me over the phone! I also received my credit. Towards the end you noticed that you had tried to do everything well again.

CONCLUSION: I have received the order in full. A credit was also paid back to me.
I can only recommend this company to a limited extent. Because "TIME" has become one of the most important things for people! Unfortunately, we don't have much of this anymore when the day is over! Many buyers certainly have better things to do with them and not waste them waiting for packages that are not coming.
You could have saved me a lot of trouble if you had delivered properly.

I hope this changes, especially for other buyers. Because in terms of price, you are great! The online shop in particular leaves no questions unanswered.

On April 15th, 2020 I ordered a triple split air conditioner worth approx. 6000 euros. The assembly material came in mid-April. Partly the delivery was incomplete / damaged, which was taken care of quite quickly.
Unfortunately, the actual air conditioning system (3 indoor units / 1 outdoor unit) is still not here (i.e. for 9, in words NINE weeks).
When calling you are only put off, callbacks are only made extremely rarely, if you are then put off there too!

There was a partial delivery, as with other reviewers here. Many inquiries, by phone and email, resulted in different reasons each time. Everything was mentioned, Corona, short-time work, logistics ... just not a delivery date for the air conditioning units. After 4 weeks I completely canceled. This was also confirmed, only the money did not come initially. Further inquiries and fortunately the refund came 2 weeks later.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop.

The assembly should take place less than 8 weeks after ordering. Unfortunately, the goods did not arrive on time but were returned for inexplicable reasons. Delivery came after a week. But then nobody contacted us for weeks to make an appointment for commissioning. After 4 phone calls (8 weeks waiting), where you were put off again and again, the technician finally called, who told us that Rednux had only sent the request on that day.
And made an appointment with us in 4 weeks.
That means that we waited almost 12 weeks for commissioning.
Now the technician came and told us that the outdoor unit does not match the indoor units and cannot be connected ... And went again without having done anything.

On May 31, 2020 I ordered a multi-split air conditioning system from Mitsubishi. The total amount was debited from my account on June 2nd, 2020 and my order was paid in full.
On the corresponding website for this multisplit set that was ordered, it was noted, available immediately, delivery time: 3-6 working days.
Despite several telephone inquiries, I was given the above for the purpose of delivery. Goods informed that the relevant employee will contact me by phone at short notice. That has not happened to this day.
On June 8th, 2020 I sent an email to inform me about the delivery date of all my orders.

The installation manual in Polish and English. Not always an advantage for technical articles. And with two different switching schemes that were sent, also a bit confusing (fifty-fifty :-) let's see what the fuse can do). German instructions were then sent on request. Unfortunately for a completely different device with wrong / different electrical & control connection. An email sent asking for the correct instructions and two questions. The questions were not addressed at all. There was just another wrong description. Everything to the email address for complaints from rednux. By phone, I then asked for a call back from "Service" to arrange an appointment for commissioning. "Yes, someone will answer you." That was over a week ago. As I said, I just wanted to be called back at this time, I didn't expect an appointment yet. 51/2 weeks of time wasted.
One star because there was a friendly employee who wanted to help, but was the wrong abbot.

At first I was still enthusiastic because the delivery and assembly were carried out quickly. That was at the beginning of June. Now I'm totally upset. About 2 weeks ago, an indoor unit in my multi-split air conditioning system failed (fan defective). I immediately reported to Rednux and asked to replace the device. Since then, almost nothing has happened, except that I was asked to clean the filter and turn the fan by hand. That did not bring any information. The device is of course still defective. On my multiple telephone inquiries, I was assured that they would get back to me immediately. Nothing has happened to date. I think I'll have to hire a lawyer soon too.

Stay away from Rednux. 26 months ago I bought a split system with 2 indoor units and had it installed and commissioned by Rednux. It was an LG system. The first indoor unit was defective 2 months after commissioning. After a long wait, this was replaced in autumn 2018. Now the second indoor unit is also defective, with the same error. Since the two-year warranty is now over, Rednux has nothing to do with it. Goodwill works differently, since there is apparently a design flaw in the device. This company leaves you out in the rain after your warranty has expired. Oh yes, they offered me to repair the system around November 2020 for a fee.

Update on July 31st, 2020: A Rednux employee actually got in touch and wanted to take care of the matter. He understood and wanted to find a satisfactory solution. Another Rednux employee contacted me today and told me that Rednux was probably not doing anything. So far, the first impression has been confirmed. The answer to my review was probably only intended to improve the bad rating a little. A technician may want to contact me next week, but I have little hope. There will probably only be the option of contacting a technically competent refrigeration technician from my area.

Update on 08/11/2020: It happened exactly as I suspected. Again no reaction from Rednux. As long as the system is running, everything is fine. If not, the company no longer exists. I would have loved to not have awarded a star, but unfortunately that is not possible. She didn't deserve more. By the way: In the meantime I have also contacted a refrigeration technician from the area. Written by email on Friday, telephone feedback on Saturday, the technician was there on Monday and looked at the device. Motor defective. I'll have him fix it now. But I will pass on my experience with Rednux.

Update on 08/17/2020: Actually, I didn't want to deal with Rednux anymore, but today I received an email that knocked the bottom out. Here is the wording:

Goods (2 split systems) were offered as immediately available. After the payment, there were 7 phone calls to the hotline, 2 online tickets, a threat with the lawyer and finally the PayPal buyer protection application.
Rednux was never able to tell me when the goods were coming, where the goods were and the best thing about the story: of the 7 promised recalls, not a single one came! I haven't received an answer to the online tickets either.
Shortly before the deadline for responding to the buyer protection, the goods arrived. After more than 6 weeks!

Customer service unfortunately under all cannon. Since I am not the only one who allegedly only received immediately available goods after several weeks - I will be happy to submit a report to the consumer protection center because of unfair competition.

Maybe they'll get a call back from Rednux.

Better buy your air conditioning units elsewhere. No recommendation!

Order on July 2nd, 2019, assembly on September 16th, 2019. Assembly by a craft business. Made it halfway clean. But I was sold extra WLAN adapters, which were already included in the devices I ordered. Return at your own expense and reimbursement of the costs for the devices. For over 2 MONTHS but dispute about the length of the connection line. Craftsman calculated 17 m and I signed that. When the completely overpriced bill came, I measured it. Sent via photo documentation to Rednux, max. 15 m. Generously rounded up on my part. REDNUX says you can't change that and I signed 17m even if it wasn't built in. This is not only dubious, but for me it goes in the direction of fraud to maximize earnings. REDNUX has no willingness to find a solution. Just keep getting e-mails that you can't do anything. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Instead of delivering the air conditioning system on the requested date in week 16, it should be delivered by the Dachser company in week 15, which was not possible with us due to other renovation measures.
At the next delivery date we requested, our air conditioning could not be found for reasons that were not understandable even for Rednux itself. It has been said again and again that we already have these. That's why I had to cancel the next assembly appointment by H. Saleem. I also had to inform H. Saleem so that he wouldn't drive from Karlsruhe to Stuttgart in vain because Rednux obviously didn't inform him.
At some point finally my air conditioning could be found again and it was finally on May 18th. delivered. From H. Saleem I could only get the current appointment next week on June 23rd. get (so again 5 weeks later!) get.
When, due to my bad experience with Rednux, I contacted H. Saleem yesterday regarding the assembly date on June 23rd. wanted to secure, he assured me of this appointment.
When I was still in contact with Rednux, my assembly appointment next week was obviously canceled and I was offered a new appointment in another 5 weeks.

We ourselves have already started the preparations for the installation of my air conditioning, because a wall unit had to be emptied and dismantled. At the weekend, this vacated wall should be repainted and repainted. That is a total of almost 3 days to which we took vacation and also took off for the assembly date and afterwards. On the Wednesday after the assembly date, the living room should then be refurbished, as everything is now mixed up. We can't live in such chaos for 5 weeks now! We need an intact living room!

I hope and ask you now to prove your repeatedly advertised high reliability and flexibility in service and to make the outstanding assembly date next Tuesday possible for us. If necessary, the hastily exchanged assembly date of another customer must be removed again. I don't think another customer has had to wait 5 months for their air conditioning like we did.

If the unjustified removal of our appointment cannot be reversed, we are forced to consider a complete withdrawal from the contract. Because it really cannot be that we wait 5 weeks for the appointment, prepare everything and then receive a cancellation 3 days in advance.

We hope that everything will work out after all and therefore ask for urgent feedback, ideally as early as tomorrow, Saturday, as you advertise with a 24-hour service and your homepage also says: We are still delivering at short notice - and mountable! "

At first nothing had been heard about the whereabouts of the system and the forwarding agent did not contact the delivery as agreed.
When the system came, it was absolutely broken from transport.
It took time until the device was exchanged.
Then the lines were not sent.
Time passed again.
On the day of commissioning, the fitter found that the cables were the wrong size.

Now the start-up date has been postponed by two full weeks.

It is said at Rednux that you can do the pre-assembly yourself very easily if you are a little technically skilled.

It is not mentioned that the power supply is subject to certain standards.
For example, I had to lay a new power cable and an electrician installed a certain fuse in the fuse box.

The connection lines from the indoor unit are of different lengths.

The disposal of the old system is only possible in connection with the dismantling. This is extremely expensive and although I dismantled it myself, the full price would be charged with dismantling.

So far I am absolutely not thrilled.
For the many apologies for the grievances, I can't cool my apartment down either.

So if you have the money, you should think about where to get such a device and whether you prefer to have everything done where people also know what everything should belong to the system.

I was put off every day, which then culminated in the fact that my order was guaranteed to be on its way by the end of the week, of course it wasn't. There was no further information until Tuesday evening of the following week. A total of 10 recalls were promised, of which one took place. There was no answer to the cancellation email even after 24 hours and I had to call three times again because all colleagues were in the meeting during the opening hours and therefore cannot take care of anything. Prepayment of 2300 euros and 4 weeks no delivery. Attention!
