Ordered air conditioning over 2 weeks ago, paid for, but nothing has been delivered to date. You can't reach anyone by phone and they don't respond to emails either. After what felt like 50 attempts, I finally had someone on the phone, she said it was supposedly sent on 6/24/20. It is not true!! I'll wait until Friday and then I'll go to the lawyer too! Only half the delivery came! I got the system itself but the accessories that I ordered are missing! Nobody responds to my calls and messages! I am very dissatisfied and find the company very unprofessional.
Goods were delivered after payment. Poor assembly. Fitters hardly speak German. After the core drilling, the indoor unit was attached with a lot of force until it finally held. After installation, a short run test of about five minutes on an external socket. No instruction in the device itself. I had to find an electrician myself who finally connected the device properly a week later on site with its own circuit breaker. The sewer was left hanging unkind. After the second in operation (about 3 hours), the condensation water (see pictures) on the indoor unit ran down the wall like a torrent. Could be glad that I was personally there at this point, otherwise major water damage would have occurred. Rednux GmbH has not yet commented on this, despite a telephone call the next day and after my complaint by email, nothing has happened. I cannot recommend this company and their subcontractors for installation. The invoice is only paid when all defects have been eliminated
Everything was great. Good advice, quick and clean installation and very good traceability in the REDNUX customer portal. You always know what the status is.
The very last! Actually, you should call the police because the company systematically pretends to want / be able to install air conditioning systems. In reality it is ONLY sold. And quite expensive. The "combination" of device AND assembly appears inexpensive. The fact is, however, that the hardware is relatively expensive and attempts are made to find very, very inexpensive craftsmen. Those who are more or less forced to work at dumped prices - which they then refuse, and the customers are left with the goods. We have corresponding correspondence from tradespeople that justify why they then refuse fixed appointments. The so-called company for air conditioners does NOT care, at all, about customers! It is only promised, put off, negotiated - but not dealt with. It is VERY striking that more than half of the positive reviews praise the "fast delivery". But 90% criticize the bad service, the not caring, the ignorance and the inability. Dear people, who want to put a lot of 1000 into an air conditioner: Don't throw the money down Rednux's throat. You only get packages but NULL service. And maybe we really call in the police when this strange company refuses and grumbles to take back its clutter.
In terms of price, it is certainly quite good, but if you look online you can see that there is also a lot of window dressing. But my order was a disaster, the whole process was bad and when I had a question, I was completely alone, despite the bad operating instructions. Absolutely not helpful. So, for me, Rednux never again ...
Advice, planning good. Luck with the craftsman, he was really great (Becker & .... from Dormagen). A star minus, because there is no reported craftsman's wage for the tax. Disappointing. The responsible employee could not me help? That s a waste of money in taxes. You definitely have to change that.

With only 19 decibels (note there are also 21 decibels), these are so quiet that you could let them run through in the bedroom at night.
In my opinion, the cooling performance is excellent and cools down a room quickly (of course, depending on the size of the room).
The additional parts such as wall bracket ect. were delivered promptly, I think with DHL or something.
I leave that the indoor and outdoor units were delivered by an external carrier.
There is a little bit of sadness here, because despite repeated inquiries, I could not be given an appointment. The communication should perhaps still be fine-tuned, possibly even giving the carrier's phone number to inquire about it yourself.

Professional scheduling, always friendly and accessible service. Assembly was super accurate. Time was taken, very clean work. It had to be drilled through shingles ... no damage whatsoever. Desired installation and solid device. Our bedroom is cooled down within minutes. The summer can come.
Request for offer was processed relatively quickly, but unfortunately much more expensive (same equipment) than the air conditioning professionals in the area. In my opinion, a comparison in the region is worthwhile more than a company that is kilometers away.

At the beginning I was given a dispatch date relatively promptly, this was unfortunately not kept, after several calls a day which always ended with the same statement (we will contact you, which never happened). After more than a week I was put off by e-mail that the systems had been loaded onto the wrong truck ??? When the system could finally be installed I asked myself whether the vertical air nozzles could be adjusted by hand or electrically, according to the Polish instructions, the whole thing with the remote control should work electrically, the remote control also provided the function, but the system did not, as I did I had to find out, no problem, I thought, just ask the service, the service does nothing without commissioning the air conditioning technician's protocol, so I installed the system myself, I'm just unlucky now and they don't even tell me whether the whole thing might just be done by hand must be adjusted.
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service.

0 stars for such a service ..... after we received the wrong ceiling panel for our air conditioning in April 2020 and we also paid the full invoice amount of over 4500.- , you don't hear anything about the subsequent delivery . Unfortunately for us this company has poor service. However, it still achieved three points in our minus rating: 1 star - nobody knows anything - 2 stars - I have to listen to that 3 stars - we'll get in touch - and that's it = 3 minus stars very unsorted! Unfortunately there are no minus stars here, what a shame. We chose this company based on the good reviews and the good website. That was probably a sentence with an X.
I have been waiting for a reply regarding a return processing for 3 weeks now, my money is of course not refunded. With all calls you are dealt with with "someone takes care", now you can no longer reach anyone by phone. There is also no response to inquiries in the customer portal. Not recommended for such customer service!
Hello everyone, I really enjoyed working with Rednux! The delivery took time but was still real! You should not underestimate if you order an air conditioning at a time of the year when it is warmest, so that there are even more people who suddenly need an air conditioning box. Thanks to Rednux!
In 2017 I received a Mitsubishi air conditioning unit. Delivery was there immediately after payment. The assembly unfortunately took longer than discussed. After assembly, the device was without function. The entire electrical system was re-ordered and reinstalled from the inside, which took a while. Received with understanding. After the device was running, I noticed that it switched off about 8 times a day. After a telephone conversation, I was told that it was because the external device turned off when defrosting. Later in winter when I switched to heat, it was the same and the device only let cold air into the room for about 2-3 minutes. I have often reported these deficiencies to rednux. I was told again and again that someone would come over to see it. The repair service has not yet been commissioned. I know that because I called the company that takes the orders. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I paid over 2000 euros for the system - one from the Bauhaus is cheaper and more effective.
Stay away from the side! I've been waiting for my air conditioner for 3 months. I canceled the purchase contract and have not had any money in my account to this day, let alone the device would have been delivered! I called 1000 times and never got an answer. Also received no answer via PayPal. They certainly do not reply to emails. This is a criminal organization and unfortunately the last step I have left is to hire a lawyer and pass it on to the police. I feel more than fooled unfortunately! I ordered an air conditioning system from Rednux on April 9th, 2020. I paid the bill in advance. Before the sales contract came about, I asked about the delivery time on the hotline because of the current situation. The delivery time would be approx. It was said to take 7 working days. Goods would be in stock. So air conditioning was ordered and paid for. But now I don't get any information about the delivery. Day 04/27/202
Ordered on August 27, 2020, air conditioning including installation according to offer. This offer was flawed despite agreements made over the phone. Air conditioning was paid for and should be installed in mid-October. Was delivered on September 7th, i.e. 4 weeks before installation. Since then it has been lying around here in the daycare center, waiting to be installed. The first fitter canceled the order because the work should be carried out on Saturdays as discussed, since there are no children in the daycare. The fitter (290km away) suddenly wanted to cost 300 euros more net for Saturday work. So wait for the next fitter. He will get in touch at the end of September. The appointment was made for October 26th at 10 a.m. (Fitter comes from Poland) Everything prepared, we also had to get the scaffolding ourselves or it would have cost 700 euros for a day. The scaffolding was in place the day the work was to be carried out. At 9 o'clock the fitter called from Poland and said he could not come because of the ban on leaving Poland due to Corona and of course he could not say when he would come. But he had known that since Saturday! So reported back to Rednux and since then we have been waiting until today for a fitter to finally add the air conditioning that is already in the cobwebs.
I wouldn't buy anything from Rednux again for anything in the world and I absolutely cannot recommend them. There is no direct contact person, just a hotline or a ticket box via the Internet!

Addendum from December 25th, 2020 After several phone calls and e-mails with Rednux and a number of other difficulties in finding a fitter (there are probably none in Hanover), we set a final deadline of 12.12.2020 for the installation. After that, we would step back from the contract and leave the matter to the legal department. You actually managed to get hold of a company for installation on December 12th, 2020. So now it is attached by the 4th fitter (250km away) He did a great job!
There was an answer to my request: An automated request, but please submit documents on the exact defect. So much for the service, my email / complaint was probably not even read. Wouldn't buy another system here!

The air conditioning is installed and runs as desired. Unfortunately, I had to reduce the rating from five to only two stars. The reason is the service from Rednux. The product website advertises the Mitsubishi "MSZ-HR25VF-MUZ-HR25VF" air conditioner that I have bought with a sleep mode and a turbo mode (even as a "main feature"), which was one of the reasons to buy. These two modes are obviously NOT available. After research, these features are actually not found with other providers and the same model, only the Rednux website incorrectly advertises them - however, I relied on the Rednux website. After I reported a complaint about this and also received a ticket, I was no longer contacted, the link to the ticket is now empty (Error 404). Very unprofessional, unfortunately. Not only that something was sold to me that does not correspond to the information on the website (keyword material defect), but rather that this can still happen to anyone else because the product website is still faulty.

Buying an air conditioner quickly in a heatwave is probably not too smart, but I still dared because I was given a spontaneous installation appointment independently of Rednux - on the condition that a suitable device is available on the day of installation .
The ratings from Rednux are rather mixed here, apparently there is a 50:50 distribution of chances whether an order comes on time or not. Understandable, after all, it is not only Corona, but also high season.
Be that as it may, I have ordered a suitable split unit at what I believe to be a fair price as a complete set (outdoor unit, wall unit, all hoses and outdoor unit support) with a delivery time that leaves little buffer for the booked assembly date. To my surprise, the shipping confirmation came one day later and the air conditioning was delivered four working days later (with a weekend in between).
The delivery is made by a forwarding agency via DB Schenker, a very serious and nice driver, the system itself and all parts were safely packed on a euro pallet. Therefore, you should be at home on the announced delivery date, sometimes quickly at the neighbors or under the carport is no longer here, but should actually be clear to everyone.
The device is not yet installed, but Rednux has nothing to do with it. So I can only report positive things here. Fast and reliable delivery in high season, almost impressive!

We had been toying with air conditioning for some time, had got one or the other offer, but then couldn't make up our minds because the price was quite high! My mother-in-law then had REDNUX install an air conditioner and that convinced us. The contact was made quickly, the offer came to him within a few days! The order wasn't a problem either, the air conditioner was delivered two days later than planned due to Corona, but that was also handled professionally and the assembly date adjusted accordingly! The fitters were nice and competent. The summer can come!
After initial starting problems, everything went well. Very friendly and helpful fitter who spoke directly to our electrician. Perhaps you should know that everything will take a little longer and plan accordingly early on. We can recommend the company.

Good technical and commercial advice. The offer was good, not to be beaten by the competition I asked for. Am satisfied. The Becker construction team from Dormagen was really good. The technicians worked very cleanly and quickly. The briefing was good. In short, full marks here too.
Unfortunately, I had NOT had a good experience. Delivery delayed by weeks, no status update, no response to emails, the accessible and friendly hotline doesn't know anything and promises a callback from someone who knows something, but the callback never comes. Goods were only sent after PayPal request for reimbursement and request for arbitration. But then quickly, but caused a delay in construction. I can only advise against it - unfortunately. The goods themselves were okay - but it takes a lot of nerves to get to you.
The best thing to do is to hire a local air conditioning manufacturer. The REDNUX company only mediates the orders and sells the systems and accessories, which the air conditioning technicians then have to deal with. In our case, the supplied cables from Poland were not installed because the air conditioning manufacturer did not want to give a guarantee. A total of 3 different companies were active and 2 systems were to be installed. None of the companies was satisfied with the cooperation with REDNUX. In summary, in the future I would order more directly than through an intermediary.

NOW VERY INTERESTING INFO FOR EVERYONE: The arbitration procedure "Janofair - more security when shopping", which is offered when ordering, which is supposed to suggest security to the buyer, was lived by REDNUX in my case as described below. According to the arbitration rules, the shop operator REDNUX is NOT obliged to participate / carry out arbitration - despite advertising (!). Reply from REDNUX: Their legal department has checked my case and sees no claims, so REDNUX refuses to participate in the arbitration and there is no arbitration decision. Thus, the arbitration procedure offered in my show is taken ad absurdum! Especially when you are in disagreement you need arbitration because there are different opinions. REDNUX simply says they have a different opinion and then refuse to participate in the process - what kind of behavior is that?

Nothing worked after payment!
The assembly date (7.10) simply failed - I found out because I asked myself. Allegedly the goods are in a warehouse in Poland and the haulage company does not have enough vehicles ... there are rental companies who have so many vehicles that they even rent them out. There should also be enough drivers.

I have been living on a construction site for weeks in preparation for the first assembly date (e.g. ceilings are open, wall openings etc.). It's getting colder and colder outside, I'm wasting heat without end. Follow-up orders already placed with craftsmen, etc. to close the ceilings / walls etc. had to be canceled at short notice. Dirt everywhere because plasterboard trickles from the ceiling. A lot of trouble and a lot of time and nerves!

My air conditioning was recently installed and I am very satisfied. The price was fair and the process was simple and easy. A very good service and nothing to complain about. I can only advise everyone to turn to Rednux about air conditioning.
Bold! In a nutshell: It is first used as a warehouse and 8 weeks later a Polish subcontractor comes up to escape, damage and dirty walls, break other things and not work properly in any way. The only positive thing: the air conditioning systems ordered hang on the wall and work. Now in detail: Rednux has invested well in marketing and order processing. The part is going well (for Rednux). Unfortunately, the explanatory video and website have nothing in common with reality. The two air conditioning systems and the outdoor unit were delivered after a short time, the assembly took place much later. That was three huge cardboard boxes that filled half my bedroom for almost 8 weeks. The 8 week wait wasn't the problem. One had to expect that. But why do they deliver their goods immediately to the customer by parcel service and don't coordinate that with the assembly date? Quite simply: You save storage costs by having the customer store and you also save the coordination between delivery and fitter. But it is really misleading when exactly the opposite is suggested on the website: best service from a single source. Everyone is well advised to hire a company from Poland and order the air conditioning on the Internet. This is much cheaper and you save yourself the frustration.
Air conditioning device was delivered as specified (but I also ordered via eBay based on the review here), cardboard boxes were undamaged, the first doubts after unpacking the outdoor unit, cladding not properly mounted (hooked) nothing at all, after the system was fully assembled then the Surprise, external unit defect, after a long search by the air conditioning professional, the cause of the error was found electrical parts are broken off in the unit. In addition, the system bought in 2020 comes from 2004 (nameplate)! Amounted to? Defective return device that is sold as new? I dont know! The fact is, the system is broken! After contacting me, I should send a commissioning report, is it still possible? Old and broken parts cannot be put into operation !? Such a cheek right at the beginning, after telephone contact, strangely, very friendly and you want to take care of it immediately and call me back, yes, I've waited in vain the whole evening. Now I'll call again and see what's next. I'm really pissed off. Addendum: And have you already "checked" that? So how do you "check" my return? This company is just cheeky trying to cheat and pull money out of your pocket, the employees can neither read correctly nor form halfway German sentences. I am so pissed off. Please do not buy from these scammers, spend 50 more and order elsewhere, save yourself the hassle with such limited people.
The business model fits by and large: Central marketing with feel-good videos, central preparation of offers with low prices (I have offers from competitors) with consequent follow-up of sales and decentralized assembly by local companies. I was able to discuss everything in detail with the assembly company before the on-site assembly appointment, the assembly was quick and technically flawless. The delivery date of the system was not met, however, and my follow-up attempts at rednux were tedious. With the availability and commitment, as in the initiation phase, it was over, Corona or not, the company was technically poorly accessible and process-poorly organized. In connection with my request to receive binding information, I could not have starved to death, but easily died of thirst! The old rule: If there are no problems, there is no need for managers / process owners, the employees alone act sensibly. One day I thought rednux was broke and my money was gone. A couple of decision-makers didn't do their job!

The order was placed without any problems, Mr. Schuster even reported on Easter Monday. After the conclusion of the contract, this gentleman was no longer available. But then the problems came. The assembly company was unable to assemble the system because of the external insulation, so I withdrew from the contract and my recall was confirmed. I can only warn everyone against ordering something from this company. I have now ordered air conditioning from a local company. The system is a bit more expensive (Mitsubishi), but the assembly is cheaper, which almost offsets the additional costs. I just hope that the da. This is already the third review that I write, the others have been miraculously deleted each time. But I can write one on my own every day. I would like to give 0 stars if that were possible. In April I ordered 2 air conditioners for over 1000 euros that were delivered damaged and were therefore taken back directly by the carrier. For 6 weeks I've been calling them constantly because I would like to be informed about the state of affairs, but I can't get any further. Today I tried it 2 times. Pretty snippy switchboard operators tell me every time, rather bored, that I will be called back. Unfortunately that never happened. On the Internet it says you can be reached at any time , but there is no help. The responsible "colleagues" are either away every time or at a meeting. There is no direct line to the accounting department there, it is impossible to connect, which is not particularly serious or customer-oriented. I'm absolutely in the dark, will I get my money back? It doesn't get any worse! Delivery time 2-4 days, 19 days after order / payment were 3 of 6 parts. About 20 calls later, full of consolation and the promise of a call back, part two had gone to another customer. New notification of the second delivery after 24, arrived after 30 days. Promised shipping refund, not received either. Lie to your face like shit.
From the inquiry to the offer, delivery and on-site assembly, everything was great. Great assembly service, nice fitters, super skilled workers. All in all, everything is perfect!
Longer odyssey, the order was placed on 08/12/2019 and was also paid for. Several partial deliveries were announced, so far so good, so far I have received everything from Rednux that was on the bill, apart from the air conditioning itself, which has still not arrived by date (09/24/2019). However, it should be mentioned here that the customer must already know exactly what he needs, as the people at Rednux do not seem to know.
I have two condensate pumps in my air conditioning system, they have a different hose connection, so the wrong hose was delivered, after the complaint by phone I was told I would have to pay double the price for the smaller hose. So I skipped it, requested a return label, and returned the wrong hose. I got the required hose somewhere else.
It was similar with the connection line of the second indoor unit, there was no 20m cable for the connection, after consulting the service they said they didn't have a set for 20m and they would have to sell me a 50m roll because they only had 10m or 50m there and this anyway not listed on the offer at a price where I might expect a platinum wire. Here, too, after studying the instructions for the air conditioning units, I have now procured the right cable myself.
I wonder what this is about, because as a customer I expected a completely planned air conditioning system that only needs to be installed, as advertised. How should the Leie know what he needs to connect the devices. Well, in the meantime I am more advanced than some employees / planners at Rednux when it comes to the level of knowledge about air conditioning.
So let's summarize: They cannot plan air conditioning systems. They don't know which devices go together. Neither can provide the necessary parts. They do not want to answer callback requests. They don't answer emails.
Then what should you do with a shop like that?
Until the order was placed and the money was received, everything was in perfect order, since then it has only been going backwards and forwards.
For my part, I won't be shopping there again. Can only advise other potential customers against doing this to ease their money.

Real disaster the company! The order was placed on 06/26/2019. Shipping allegedly took place on 06/27/19 and no goods to date, but paid for in advance! To this day I have neither the goods nor my money. Nobody can help me on the phone because nobody feels responsible. Advise everyone to order from there.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering here with good knowledge. I waited for my air conditioner for almost 2 months. 10 working days were agreed upon according to the order confirmation. The dealer did not respond to emails. Tickets were only answered after repeated telephone requests. I ended up having to end the sales contract. The return of the 3000 via PayPal took almost 10 days. Also here I had to call several times that something was going on.
We were promised an assembly within 3 days, we transferred the money immediately. Two weeks have now passed and still no fitter has contacted us for installation. We were always put off by phone. Instead of pointing out that longer waiting times are currently to be expected, it was said again and again "someone will be in touch by day x". The non-functioning air conditioning in our refrigerated container has meanwhile caused us considerable financial damage - Thank you very much!
The installed air conditioning is perfect. Unfortunately, there was massive damage during assembly. Dealing with the claim suggests that sales are placed far ahead of customer service.
At first we had serious problems with delivery and desperate for customer service. Accessibility was very grueling and unnecessarily protracted. We were then able to find a very competent contact on Facebook, who was able to help us very patiently. We would like to thank Mr Rinne and Mr Jang for the nice phone calls and the flawless advice. Rednux has to work on the accessibility, but the process was very satisfactory and the system looks great!
I'm excited. I didn't have any expertise in air conditioning and still got the perfect product. The professional advice and the constant contact with the friendly customer service were decisive for my final purchase. If necessary, I will definitely use you again.
Allegedly 7-10 days delivery time. Waiting for the air conditioners for over a month. Nobody in the support department knows. I can only advise against ordering from Rednux.
So far, I haven't had any bad experiences with Rednux ... until the moment I had a complaint and tried to deal with the more than unsatisfactory service. What does it mean to set apart ... first try to get feedback ... Now to my experience: I was delivered a device of inferior quality than what was ordered and confirmed in the order confirmation. I noticed this when I started up the device because it didn't have a WLAN module. I complained about this within the specified period of 14 days after delivery. Fortunately, my customer has come to terms with it. I just wanted the reduction in value of 170.00 from Rednux because you also supplied me with an inferior device. Then the disaster started. At first Rednux did not contact me despite several emails. Then you gave me 100.00 through the buyer protection from PayPal, where you contacted me. Of course I refused. Now they write that they will pay me back the full price if I send back the device, which is already installed .... a bottomless cheek .... Unfortunately, I had really insufficient experience with Rednux and the subcontractor. Ordering and delivery in December and January went smoothly. After that, unfortunately, things got more complicated. I had already pointed out the need for roof mounting before ordering. Unfortunately, I still had difficulties getting information about the necessary preliminary work from Rednux or the installation partner. Also because of a delay on my part, I want to be fair to say, the completion of the preparatory work took until the end of March. The assembly date was therefore postponed several times with reference to the outstanding roof work and finally to April 22nd. placed. When the fitter appeared alone on the said day, he was surprised that it was a roof installation. How he couldn't get the information after 3-4 phone calls that I had with his boss in advance, multiple exchanges between me and Rednux and verifiable contact about this between Rednux and the subcontractor is a mystery to me. The 0815-botch "solution" that he proposed instead and that would have been in his area of competence was anything but acceptable. At least it seemed to me as if that were the normal strategy: Do not think about how the customer's wishes could be implemented, but implement the simplest possible solution and give the customer the resulting problems (terrible aesthetics, unnecessary annoyance of neighbors with foreseeable complaints, ... .) to let yourself pay off. The follow-up costs are then neither Rednux nor the fitter's problem. I could have overlooked the pseudo-hygiene gel that the fitter smeared in my apartment, which is completely ineffective against viruses.
After the appointment, which quickly failed, there was unfortunately no motivation to find a solution, either on the part of the fitter or on the part of Rednux. Both just pushed the buck to each other. The subcontractor blamed Rednux for the lack of support. Rednux complained that the subcontractor had not made or passed on sufficient documentation of the situation. Of course you won't get any further like this. My documentation of the situation was probably not appreciated. The sales representative said that he should ask now, but if he doesn't get any helpful feedback, "the project would have to be put on hold for the time being". It should be clear to everyone that this is not a solution. After I told him that too, he said he would speak to his boss to find a solution. That was 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, nothing has happened since then. I don't get an answer to questions, the lack of a direct extension is probably a system at this company and the employees on the hotline are neither friendly nor helpful. You are not put through directly "because the department is currently speaking". When asked whether that means that the department was currently in a meeting, I was told that that means that I am not the only one calling and therefore could not be connected. I dare to doubt whether that should be a criterion for direct contact. Unfortunately, leaving messages for a callback makes little sense if they are simply ignored.
Conclusion: Perhaps the Rednux company is a suitable first point of contact for customers who are looking for a run-of-the-mill solution that is then slaughtered by a subcontractor. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rednux to any other customer. All I have to do is go to the lawyer.
Absolutely not to be recommended! I bought 2 expensive split sets and immediately on April 24th. paid. Delivery time supposedly 2 weeks. On May 21 I got the message that the systems were sent. Until now 13.6. nothing has arrived! On the phone I was told that it was a mistake and nothing was sent. Since then, I've been calling every week ... every time the person on the phone can't help me and I should be called back immediately ... which never happens! E-mails are also not replied to. It is very noticeable that my inquiries were always answered within a few minutes to hours before ordering. Actually I would cancel the order but I read in the reviews that a refund will not be made either.

Although someone from Rednux replied to this comment almost immediately and wanted to take care of it, of course nothing happened. Reported the case to the consumer association and will call in a lawyer next week.
So far I can only strongly advise against this company. 2 air conditioning systems ordered and cashed ... Then umpteen calls with consolation and callback promises that are not kept. Outrageous sub-service provider ..... "Look out the window ..." If you can't serve orders, you shouldn't accept them either

The system was installed in May 2020. It was not pre-filled as described, but had to be filled by an air conditioning technician at our expense. Nevertheless, the joy only lasted 3 days.
Upon request to Rednux with the request to take back the obviously defective / leaky system and to send us another one from your range for an additional charge, it was not received.
The air conditioning system has been dismantled and will soon be thrown away because a new competitor's device is now working perfectly.
Answer 02.09.2020: The air conditioning technician is a good friend and certainly didn't want to earn anything! When trying to extract the remaining amount I had hoped for, he showed me that there was no refrigerant in the system. It was also claimed over the phone that the systems were never pre-filled and that there was an error in the item description. @Rednux: please check your telephone logs
Update 04.09.2020: The system you delivered was put into operation by a trained air conditioning technician. All day long he does nothing but install, maintain and check air conditioning. So you're claiming that I'm lying? In your opinion, what benefit would I have? The system was dismantled long ago because your company was not ready to find a solution. Please urgently check the specialist knowledge of your staff on the phone.
You will not be called back even though you have been promised. Air conditioning ordered and paid for and then nothing more. Alleged delivery time 3-6 days. For 3 weeks no response to emails .... unfriendly to calls. Will claim my money back. And ... if I buy an air conditioner at the beginning of June, I don't need it in winter ...
