After I found out more on the website, I had an extremely friendly conversation with someone on the order hotline. The staff were extremely friendly and tried hard by phone. Because of the good gut feeling, I ordered an air conditioning system including assembly.
Beginning of the Odyssey:
After the first offer, I was informed that the selected and proposed air conditioning is no longer available. Personally, I always find it a bit difficult to sell things that are not in the warehouse, but because of the beginnings of Corona, I understood.
A new offer was made and the price of the new, more expensive air conditioning system was met. There was a change of employee at Rednux and when ordering it was found that the bracket for the roof was missing. The bill increased by 170 euros.
I was advised that the mounting bracket may only be attached by a roofer. I organized this (several cost estimates and visits) and he stayed on standby until delivery.
The delivery via the shipping company was disastrous. The pallet (65kg) with the air conditioning was not delivered to the roadside, as was assured when ordering, delivery to the apartment door was assured. We live in the attic, I was at work and my wife stood for 4 hours with our child on the street to secure the climate.
A roof rack that was added on the invoice and that I needed for the roofer was not delivered. It took several calls and 1 week to find out that I didn't need it. The invoice was incorrectly issued by 170.00 and had to be corrected.
Two Polish speaking employees came to the assembly. Communication was only possible using sign language. The apartment was cleared by us in advance and everything was prepared. But after an hour it had to be canceled because the correct cables were not present.
Two weeks later, another new company, assembly successful.
Final accounts were changed again and there were again incorrect items to my disadvantage.
Extremely difficult to reach by phone, callbacks and replies to e-mails were either delayed and ignored. Only the order hotline was always available.
I don't know how often I had to write emails or call. The time wasted on this was immense. I cannot recommend anyone to order here.

On 8/9 received my payment for a multi split air conditioner. 10 days later the shipping company came and delivered the devices. So far so good. On 8/21 I received an e-mail that you are sorry that the delivery of the accessory was delayed and that it will be shipped the next working day. I told my customer about this and set an assembly date for August 24th agreed. Unfortunately nothing came. Had to get the accessories from my local wholesaler so as not to annoy the customer. I then canceled the accessories by phone, email and the report a problem button and asked for a repayment of the overpaid amount. On August 31 I then had a delivery card from DPD in the mailbox. If my package arrives and I don't get my money back within 3 days, I'll give the matter to my lawyer. The shop cost me a lot of nerves. And money because I would have to buy the accessories worth 300 twice. Never again, should my customers prefer to pay a little more, which is offset by meeting deadlines and customer service.

I ordered an air conditioning system from this provider in April.
The first thing I noticed was the rather long delivery time of over 3.5 weeks, which I assigned to the current situation and therefore thought nothing further.
However, the device arrived damaged, which I reported by phone the day after delivery on May 18.
There I was told I should send pictures of the damage by email and the problem will then be fixed as soon as possible. I also sent this email the day after the delivery.
Then nobody answered and only after weeks of repeated attempts to reach someone there by phone, I got an email after a call on June 20th asking for more pictures.
So I send more pictures to 8 pictures.
But there was no answer and the option to contact us by phone was completely discontinued.
It is now the middle of summer and almost 3 months have passed.

I can only advise against doing business with REDNUX.
Unfortunately, I did not read the many negative reviews in Google in advance. On June 19, 2020 I ordered a Mitsubishi air conditioner with order number B423372. The seller promised that this system would also have hyper heating. Now in the calculation I had to find out that this is not the case. The scam can of course also generate a low price.
In the offer phase, my contact person could be reached very quickly via a callback. Now after the order confirmation no longer. He (and no one else) does not respond to callback requests, emails and messages from his colleagues. One often flies out of the hotline in the middle of the call announcement. So I feel wrong and have canceled the order. I can only advise all interested parties to take a close look at all reviews and better not to do business with REDNUX!

The order has since been revoked several times.
Santander has confirmed the revocation and has written that it will inform REDNUX of the revocation.
Instead of a cancellation confirmation I received a new offer with a higher price than agreed. But now I have no more confidence! Despite the revocation, the assembly department then reported. No trace of a confirmation of the revocation.

On July 3rd, 2020 at around 1 p.m. Ms. Joanna Piassek called me and tried to convince me that everything was okay. You would also have received confirmation that the order has been canceled. She also confirmed that to me by email. The THIRD shipping confirmation came on the same day at around 9 p.m. I see it as confirmation of what so many write: It seems to be a fully automatic and pre-planned delaying tactic with which waiting customers are put off so that they can rest for a while.

The Dachser forwarding company called me today, saying they had to deliver an air conditioning system to me. I then told them the story of the chaos shop, pointed out the cancellation and announced that I would not accept any delivery.
Even the "owner" does not seem to have any control over his company, because three days ago he wrote in the reactions to this customer opinion that he had passed on the revocation again.
It is the absolute hammer with which cheek is proceeded there.
REDNUX is absolutely to be avoided! I strongly advise against giving personal data to this company - not even out of curiosity for an offer. If the terror does not stop now, there will be legal action and the story will be offered to interested media for publication on television and newspapers. Perhaps the BILD newspaper will also be interested in it.

I have already bought 2 Kaisai air conditioners from the company. The first was a 3-way split device and was installed 3 years ago. In the meantime I have dismantled it and put it back into operation in my new house. It works like on the first day and so far there has not been a single malfunction. After we called several times and asked for a call back, neither the device nor a call back came. After three weeks had passed, we wrote an email and let go of our frustration. We were then promised to get back 10% of the device price. In addition, it said the air conditioner would arrive with us in the next two weeks. That was also not observed.
