I've ordered air conditioning and have already transferred the money. But what did Rednux receive?
Nothing, no air conditioning and no tracking number.
I tried to reach you several times, but I am always forwarded to a colleague who simply says: I don't know or have no information about it.
Even though a tracking number would be sent, the man at customer service said I haven't got one to this day.
And now I'm getting into trouble from my boss because Rednux doesn't know when the delivery is due.
