We bought a system back in the spring that was installed in time for the heat wave at the end of June. Given the prepayment, I was skeptical, but took the risk. Our request for brown cable ducts has been rejected. The installation team from Dortmund was great, and the brown sewer wasn't a problem for them either. They have it in the car anyway.
