Am currently in the process of starting a small claims court case against them. They delivered a non-working phone to my granddaughter, kept telling her to turn it off and perform a reset, even though it wouldn't come on at all. They ignored every email we sent asking for a refund and now, after finally agreeing to refund within 7 days, we're still waiting 12 working days later
