Awful experience!! Do not use - still waiting for...

Awful experience!! Do not use - still waiting for promised refund - now 6 weeks late!

I placed an order for a mint condition refurbished phone in June which was in stock. They took money same day. Then had to wait 3 weeks for phone. Camera on phone did not work. Phone not mint. phone returned for refund. They confirmed receipt of phone mid July and promised refund. It's now 8th September and despite several reminders/chasers from me and promises from them (Lucie/Adam) to ask their "Finance team" to issue refund asap the refund has not materialised. Matter been escalated to bank/credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
