I ordered the phone back in July with the pretence...

I ordered the phone back in July with the pretence it would be here within 3-5 days as soon as I paid I got an email to say it would be 10 working days. This past and I tried and tried to call but nobody answers the phone. I emailed and got a response after about 15 days I eventually got a phone delivered to me that was in a worse state than the one I had (bent, smashed screen). I contacted them through email and they sent the delivery company to pick the phone back up. I obviously want a refund but we are now in September and nobody now replies to email. A total rip off company that needs to shut down. I will keep perusing my refund and seek legal action. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THESE CON-ARTISTS.
