ordered an iPhone 6 last Friday still has not came...

ordered an iPhone 6 last Friday still has not came,rang them up and wait like 20 mins then i got angry so i put down the phone. but am still going to wait for 2 more days if not i am going to have a refund !!!!!!!!!!!!
