Bought my first certified pre-owned car from Prestige Toyota. Sales Rep, Rob Rago was very professional. No high pressure sales tactics. Very pleasant buying experience from Prestige Toyota. Received a great price on the car.
Car pick up was very easy, car was detailed and ready to go with a full tank of gas. Prestige Delivery Rep spent over an hour with my daughter going over all the options on the car. A few days after we pick up the car, Rob called to check up on the car and to thank me for my business. My next purchase will be with Prestige Toyota.

I recently was in the market to buy a new car and visited a few dealerships to find the best option. Rob Rago at Prestige Toyota in Ramsey helped me every step of the way, making the process simple without ever making me feel pressured into making a decision I was not sure about. He was knowledgable, personable and patient. I went once for a test drive, came back a couple days later and left with the car that very night. He made it all easy. I highly recommend!

We are on the search for a new vehicle and were a bit apprehensive going into some of these dealerships. But when we went into Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, NJ, we were immediately greeted by a wonderful receptionist named Erica Saenz. She gave us a warm welcome and then introduced us to our Sales Associate Raul Ceballos. He was also very warm and friendly, he listened to us and took a real interest in us and our needs. He took the time we needed, but he was not pushy at all. Once he heard what we were looking for, he allowed us to take a look and test drive the Rav4 and we really liked it. His knowledge of the vehicle was very good and comprehensive. He explained all the features of the vehicle and how we would use it. After we finished with the test drive, he once again listened to our situation and brought us to the best price possible for the vehicle. We were very satisfied with our experience at Prestige Toyota and the people we interacted with. We would recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you Erica and Raul for taking such good care of us.

Overall, I had a good experience with Presige Toyota. For about 2 weeks me and the salesman Andy Eagle, spoke about the vehicle. Him and Krystina Gronka were very helpful, and provided me any information I needed about the vehicle. They both were very good about responding to my emails, texts, and phone calls. Personnel gets 5 stars for sure. The reason for my 4 star review, is as follows: I drove from a little under 3 hours away to come get the vehicle, and I was not offered a test drive or anything like that, the first time I saw the vehicle was the day I bought it, this was also the first time I drove it. Also, I was waiting for a fairly long time, alone with my family to sign paper work. Employees passing by weren t the kindest and gave weird, somewhat unfriendly looks. However, the vehicle was spotless inside and out, the detail department did a great job. Again, for such a big dealership, I get it is hard to have a relationship with every employee, but Andy and Krystina were great, ask for them if considering a purchase from here!

I just wanted to say a few words about Prestige To...

I just wanted to say a few words about Prestige Toyota in Ramsey. I ve been looking for a 2016 Rav4 for several months now and reached out to a number of dealerships. I got a lot of runaround, little room for negotiation and communication that would just drop off once it became obvious I was looking for the best price, not their price. That was until I contacted Prestige. They had a Rav I was interested in and so I reached out via their website. Krystina Gronka emailed me back and we negotiated a great price on the Rav I wanted. I made an appointment to come in to see it and test drive it. At this point, I was waiting for some kind of bad surprise given my experience up to that point with dealerships. I arrive and meet Krystina and she sets me up with Andrew Eagle to do the test drive and to explain the vehicle to me. He did a great job explaining everything and let me get a good feel for the car before making a decision. Once I said I was ready to proceed, I was again expecting a bad surprise. But it didn t come. The great deal I had negotiated was honored and the fees were about what I expected without any surprise fees. Andrew also made sure a couple of minor issues with the Rav were addressed at no cost to me. He then did a more thorough walkthrough of the Rav to make sure I knew what all of the electronics could do and I was comfortable to drive off. I would honestly grade them with an A+. Krystina did a great job negotiating a deal to get me in the door and Andrew did a great job of showing me the car and finishing the deal. I will be recommending Prestige to anyone I know looking for a Toyota.

This is a great car dealership. I went to turn my lease in and they made the process very quick and easy. The facility is beautiful and they make you very comfortable while there. The salesmen are not pushy at all! The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I had Chris and he was amazing!!!! Definitely will be going back for my next car. Highly recommend this dealership.

I m not the type of person to run online and write...

I m not the type of person to run online and write an angry review about a place but this is the first time where I feel like I really need to. This place is extremely unprofessional and never returns their calls. The salesperson I worked with was extremely unprofessional the entire time I worked with him. Left me in his chair waiting for him for over an hour while he got lunch and then waited another hour while he figured out what his password was for his computer. I was willing to get over that until I received a bill from Toyota financial later on regarding my prior lease which this salesperson told me I WOULDNT have to worry about. He said he d take care of it. So a month passed by of me constantly calling and leaving voicemails and never got a call back. Then I get the manager involved and even he doesn t return any calls and keeps telling me he s working on it and he ll give me a call the next day. Which he never does and never answers his phone either. I m in shock with how horrible the customer service is here and I will never lease or purchase another car from here ever again. I ve leased 3 times with them and this will be my last time. And I will make sure I let anyone I know who s interested in getting a Toyota, to look elsewhere.

SIMPLY STATED...AFTER DOING RESEARCH ON LINE FOR BOTH A PREOWNED AND/OR 2016 PRIUS FOUR, I WAS CONTACTED NUMEROUS TIMES BY THEIR SALESMAN ADAM SANSONE.
I EXPLAINED SPECIFICALLY TO HIM EXACTLY WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR IN BOTH A PREOWNED AND A NEW MODEL, AFTER A FEW PHONE CONVERSATIONS I AGREED TO TAKE A RIDE TO DEALERSHIP, HOWEVER
3 HOURS BEFORE I MADE THE DRIVE, I SAID "ADAM ARE YOU SURE EVERYTHING IS THERE BEFORE I MAKE A 2 HOUR DRIVE" ADAM SANSONE ASSURED ME THAT A SPECIFIC COLOR/STYLE INTERIOR WAS ON LOCATION FOR ME TO VIEW AND MAKE A DECISION FROM THERE ....SURE ENOUGH AFTER THE 2 HOUR DRIVE, I ARRIVED ...NO VEHICLE IN THE ENTIRE LOCATION ,SPOKE TO HIS MANAGER A SAID YOU NOT ONLY ME AS A CLIENT BUT YOU LOST EVERY PERSON I KNOW...

Every person that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. They quotes that I'd be there for 1 hour and 15 minutes and it was probably closer to 1 hour. I needed some new air filters. The need was explained to me - I didn't feel pressured to buy them. All in all, it was a great experience!

Yesterday I contacted Prestige Toyota to inquire about a used Tesla they are selling. I set up an online appointment to see the car and test drive it. Moments later I was contacted and told the car was sold. Later in the day I contacted the sales dept. and inquired about the Tesla that was "sold". Still available I was told. Checking the internet today the Tesla is still posted on Toyota's used car site. Hmm, what's going on here. Update, I received an email from Toyota apologizing for the error, I was advised when a car is sold it could be a day before the ad is updated on the computer.

I'm not normally one to write negative reviews, but after my horrible experience at Prestige Toyota's service center this past weekend, I feel obligated. I scheduled my regular maintenance appointment well in advance, confirmed my appointment via email with a coordinator and agreed to drop off my car in the "night drop". I was told that an appointment would be about 1.5 hours and received my email confirmation for 7AM. By 10:30AM, I decided to call the center to get an estimate when my car would be ready-- after being transferred 5 times, I was then told that since I dropped my car off with the "night drop" that it automatically is pushed to the end of the list and wouldn't be done until about 1PM. Isn't the point of a "night drop" so it's done first thing?? I mean, I had, according to my email, a 7AM appointment. I told the service rep that this was unacceptable. He told me that they were taking my car in now and should be done by 12.
Being incredibly inconvenienced by not having a car and needing a ride to the service center, I got there around 11:15AM. After being shuffled around to about 6 people to find out the status of my car-- someone finally decided to help me. The man I spoke with told me that I should have written that I wanted my car done first thing when I filled out my car drop envelope otherwise it is automatically at the end of the list. I told him that my email confirmations prove that the appointment should have been efficient and showed him that my original 9:30AM appointment was changed to 7AM when I switched to night drop. He told me that's impossible since they don't open until 7:30AM and kept asking me for "written proof"-- Um, last time I checked, an email is written proof.
Not only was the staff argumentative and non-apologetic, but they tried to convince me that this inconvenient situation was entirely my fault and that I need to wait for at least another hour. Since, at this point, an hour after I initially called, they STILL hadn't looked at my car, I decided I wanted my car back and left without the service being done.
My family has always been loyal Toyota customers and have been going to this service center for years-- I will NEVER recommend this service center and will be going elsewhere for any other service needs. I will never go anywhere where I am disrespected and treated poorly and the customer service in this center in unacceptable and inexcusable. I hope this review is brought to the proper attention and other customers don't get put in this horrible situation.

She was very knowledge in the product and kept my daughters best interest in mind. She worked very hard to make sure that she was going to have a vehicle that was reliable. I have dealt with many sales associates in the past, I can say with out a doubt that Jillian was by far the most knowledgeable and respectable sales associate that I have dealt with to date. My family and I are repeated customers to this dealership, but I will say this was probably our best and quickest trip here! I was expecting to wait 5-6 hours based on previous experiences with my family. But this time I was probably there for under 3. John Parra and Gabriel Bueno were very helpful throughout the entire process! John let me test drive the car (which we've never been offered to do before) and made sure that I was walking away with a car I wanted. Gabriel helped with the financing services and was very understanding since it was my first time buying on my own. John and Gabriel both were extremely patient with us and were definitely there to help!! They both answered any questions I had! Great customer service from both of them. They both spoke Spanish too so it was easier for my family to understand what was going on! There was a 3rd gentleman who helped us for a bit too, who was also very nice and understanding! Picked up my car today and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you, Toyota of Ramsey!!

A word of praise for one of your salespeople, Josephine Bachetti! On July 29, 2015 I had come into the showroom to look at the Toyota Corolla model that I had expressed some interest in. She assured me that I should sit and talk with her more so perhaps we could arrive at a price that was affordable for me and met my needs. This had been the first time that I had set foot into a car showroom in many years so the prospect was daunting to me, at first.

Meeting Ms. Bachetti was a pure delight! She was personable yet professional, showed a great knowledge and enthusiasm for the product she represented and most importantly, I felt she really wanted me to feel comfortable with the process of buying a new car and not feel pressured in anyway .and she did just that!

Ms. Bachetti has a very distinct style all her own. I sensed that she was not only interested in making the sale but she also wanted to support the reputation and good name of Toyota. I could see she held herself accountable for her own performance and had very high standards set for herself. She promised a lot in our initial meeting and delivered much more!

Having met her and having this experience of total satisfaction both in the process of buying a car and seeing there are car salespeople like Ms. Bachetti who in her own way made it quite pleasurable. It most certainly increased the likelihood of my returning to her for future purchases. I also would not hesitate to refer family and friends to her, as well. I suspect she will be part of your organization for quite some time!

It's been a year since I first purchased my 2015 Toyota Corolla. I've been back to the service department & dealership several times since then. The level of customer service by Josephine Bachetti, salesperson..Kevin Regan, & Jakub Soja, service advisors...continues to amaze me! I
had the opportunity to see them again throughout the year only to find the same warm, welcoming service I found the first time I walked into Prestige Toyota one year ago! Having that same feeling of being valued as a customer a year later is something only a well-trained, caring staff like you have in Ms. Bachetti, Mr. Regan & Mr. Soja is so rare & commendable!

Had multiple bad experiences at this service center. They are always short staffed on Saturdays. Last time I scheduled a drop off for 8am. I asked for it to be done by 12. Didn't receive a courtesy call to tell me it wasn't going to be done by noon. I had to follow up and then they couldn't tell me when they would be looking at it. Only that they were backed up and short staffed. I didn't get a call until 2pm about what needed to be done to my car. And wasn't able to pick my car up until right before they closed. Totally screwed up my Saturday.

My advice to you if you are going to drop it off on a Saturday schedule your appt for after 1 or 2pm. Otherwise your car will just be sitting there all day.

John Vaughan did an excellent job facilitating my purchase of a certified Toyota Land Cruiser. I m located in North Carolina, so John completed a test drive and inspected the vehicle to ensure it looked as good as the pictures (no scratches or dings!). The purchase transaction went very smooth. John also handled shipping. I received my car 48hours after sending the signed purchase agreement. The vehicle was better than described. I m extremely happy with the purchase and appreciate all John s help.

My Nissan Rogue lease was coming to an end I mentioned this to my cousin and he recommended Daniel Becerra at Prestige Toyota, we looked up the website, inventory and prices, after getting in touch with Daniel on the phone we told him which cars we were interested in and price range we set an appointment, although we live in Bronx NY we took the ride to Ramsey NJ, the facility is huge and they follow all COVID protocols social distancing, masks are all required there s hand sanitizer everywhere also plexiglass in all the desks. Daniel greeted us we chatted for quite a while he then took us around the huge lot to see the inventory and had the keys to the 3 vehicles we were interested in. He handed us the keys and we test drove all 3 We narrowed it down to a 2017 highlander limited in pearl white with every single option there is, we made a deal the same day he took care of everything including calling a nearby Nissan dealer to take back my lease return which he took care of driving it there himself. We proceed it to finance and Mario Calle took care of everything else,going over warranties and the packages that I included we signed the papers and Wednesday July 29,2020 we drove home the same day in a Toyota Highlander limited. Another beautiful car in my life. I just bought a toyota highlander limited 2013 from prestige toyota and extremely happy on the purchase, It was a great deal from prestige toyota compared to other 4 dealers around I went. I was dealing with Luis Oliver he is an excellent sales person, very polite, calm, gentle and professionally well behaved.
He spend a lot time with us explained everything and helped to get the car with a great price. He never forced me or put me down in any situation and I liked dealing with such sales person. I strongly recommended this dealer and the agent Luis Olivier to anyone.
On top of all its a great car at that price!! am enjoying my driving.. good luck to others.

I had a great buying experience at Prestige Toyota...

I had a great buying experience at Prestige Toyota. A lot of other Toyota dealerships didn't have the trims of the car I wanted to test drive/compare, so already Prestige was "winning" when they had a variety of cars on their lot. I visited Prestige on a weekend, and I was connected with Andy Eagle. Andy made me feel at ease with my experience; I really appreciated that he didn't hover around me, which some salesmen tend to do. The car I wanted was very specific, but I left it in Andy's hands to find it, expecting not to get my hopes up for several weeks. Within a few days, he found "my car" at another dealership and personally retrieved it. Andy communicated with me daily on the status of my car, requirements and payments needed, and he even worked with my bank to speed up the process. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman to be on my side; I honestly felt like he cared about my buying experience and that he cared about customer service. I picked up the car the following weekend and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Andy and Prestige!

BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEAL...

BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALER. My father bought a used 2016 Toyota Avalon on Friday 12/6/19 for $18,000. On Sunday 12/8/19 just 2 days later the blind spot monitor light came on. I've called them on Monday and told them about it and they told me they'll have to check with the Sales Manager to see if they would fix it. I was transferred to the Manager's line but nobody answered so I left a voicemail. Couple of days later and we still haven't got a call back, so I called in again and the manager answered and told me he would check on it and call me back. Couple more days later I still have not received any calls so I call him back again and this time he end up transferring me to a different Manager I believe his name is Eddie. Anyways he did not answer so I left him a voicemail. Couple of days later I still have not gotten any call backs so I called in again, and again and again. I've must of call over a dozen times and left half a dozen voicemails in a month's period and gotten no response. My father told me a couple of days earlier that the car was also burning a lot of engine oil. I was sick of calling the Sales department so I ended up calling the service department and made an appointment to come in today 1/8/2020 to have the car looked at for both the blind spot monitor and the large amount of oil consumption. Lenny from service was very nice and told me they'll diagnose the problem for free as long as they don't have to take the engine apart but whether or not they would cover the repairs that would still be upto the Sales Manager. Long story short, they would not take responsibility to make any repairs. My father just drove from Philadelphia to north Jersey and back, 4 hours round trip for nothing all because the Sales Manager Eddie (I believe) was unprofessional, never returned a call. Ignoring a customer's complaint is no way of solving any problems. Could of called and told me that they could not cover the repairs for my father's car and saved my father 4 hours of driving. Very disappointed with the services from the Sales Managers and I don't recommend buying any used cars here either.

I dealt w/ Chris D'Onofrio. I was dreading shopping for another vehicle until I went to this dealership. UNBELIEVABLE !!!! No pressure sale pitches were made during the entire time. I couldn't make up my mind which vehicle to purchase ( 4Runner vs. Tacoma) and asked to take the vehicles out multiple times. Chris never hesitated about getting the keys for other vehicles and never seemed put out by the amount of time he spent w/ me. The first time he asked me to produce ID (drivers license) was when I finally decided on the 4Runner. He was extremely knowledgeable about both vehicle models and very courteous the entire time. This was the BEST experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle !!

I have bought a lot of cars over the past 50 years but my experience at Prestige was probably the best. My salesperson, Rob Rago, was very up front and was able to get me the best trade value along with the best pricing compared to the other dealers I contacted. I have to say that the dealership is spotless including the bathroom which is a reflection of management. I know that sounds odd but it is often the little details that matter with impressions formed. They had the car I wanted with the package I wanted and I was able to drive home that day. There was a small issue that they offered me money to compensate and honored their promise. I dealt with low ball offers and bait and switch tactics at some of the other dealers but this was totally above board. And, dealing with Rob, was a pleasure. I HIGHLY recommend Prestige Toyota especially Rob.

Carlos was great everything was great. When I was signing paperwork, they tried to slip a fast one on me and charge me $895 for nitrogen inflated tires. They never told me, I just saw it when I was reviewing all of the charges. Luckily I caught it and had it taken off. Would have been nice if they had asked me before throwing it on there and trying to charge me for it.

The employees, from the front desk and the phone, to the sales team of Jeff and Carlos, were wonderful people. Courteous, professional, and friendly. Stopped in to look at a used VW for my son. 147,000 miles, been on their lot for 2 months. Drove it, liked it, came back the next day to have my son look at it and start the process. Carlos began pleasant negotiations, countered my offer, received another. Both amicably agreed on a number and he left to seek approval from "the wizard in the back room". Upon returning, Carlos states the price listed is the price and they can not move from that. What was the point of those negotiations? A non-Toyota vehicle taking up room on their lot for 2 months and they cant move one dollar off their advertised price? This was immediately after asking me what I did for a living. I wonder if that had something to do with it? Hmm

Tried to get my tire fixed here on my forerunner. They wanted 500$ claiming there was sometthing wrong with the sensor. The tire was worth 300$, so i said leave it. I took the tire to morristown toyota and they fixxed it for $12.

The next week I bought a new car somewhere else!

This place is not to be trusted.

I have very bad experience with this dealer ,i bought a car for them and they sold me a warranty I didn't even use it after 2 years i was in need to fix my car ,i found out that i have to towing my car to them 38 miles because the car have to be fixed at them shop .
so i had to fix my car place else and pay out of my pocket $350 to fixed
the towing to them shop was going to cost me $250 .
so i was calling them to speak with someone in finance over 25 times
i did left over thin 25 voice message and no one come back to me to proceed with this warranty cancellations.
i do advice each one of you stay away with those ppl they sell you the car and run away .

I had found a Corolla that I was mildly interested in online and called in to get a closer look at it a couple of days in advance. I asked the dealership to please let me know if the car was sold before I got there as to not waste the trip, and they agreed to do so. I went to a different Toyota dealership on the same day and had asked them to do the same thing. The different dealership called me and told me that the car was still there but when I got there it turned out the car had been sold a few days earlier. Prestige, on the other hand, called me up that morning and said, and I quote, "Unfortunately the car was sold as of 15 minutes ago, but we do have other cars that are similar so if you are still interested you are more than welcome to come in and look at them." After searching for used cars from dealerships for months now, this was the first time that anybody had taken the time to let me know that the car I was specifically coming in to see was no longer in the dealership. Often I would come in the same day I found it and it would be gone, but Steve, one of the managers here, took the time to call me and let me know. I decided to go anyway and look at the cars they had and Steve came out personally to greet me. He introduced me to Tyrone who spend three painstaking (for him) hours looking at cars and trying to match what I wanted. When I found a car I was interested, both Tyrone and Steve sat down with me to negotiate a price that I would be happy with. I have never *ever* met with a dealership that was so invested in meeting my expectations with a vehicle. When I expressed doubts about a car Tyrone went through the Carfax with me on each car and went through the work they did on it when they received it piece by piece, covering every detail so I knew exactly what I was getting. We did this before I took the car out for a test drive. While we were driving, Tyrone would mention, "You'll notice the car doesn't make (this specific noise) which we mentioned was a problem with it when we first received it." As far as dealerships go, Prestige is a first class place where they actually work WITH you and FOR you instead of trying to swindle you into a purchase right away. At Prestige you know exactly what you are getting. I would recommend it to anyone.

Today 4/13/21- we worked with Blake the manager in the Lease returns department and he made my first lease return experience super easy and super pleasant.
He was extremely professional, supportive, attentive to my needs and provided me with additional information to make the process seamless and effortless. I have had a terrific experience with the entire process. From my first call until my car was finished. Was weary about car dealerships in general. But after calling Gabi, it all changed. He followed the process of my repairs through to the end. Along with setting up the appointment to a loaner vehicle. It was all in all a tremendous experience working with Gabi.
Gabi has extensive knowledge of work being performed and how it works. He explained everything to me. Without dealing with Gabi, I'm unsure if I would have ever went up to this dealership. He was not pushy and he was polite, honest and extremely knowledgeable.

I would like to say this is probably the worst exp...

I would like to say this is probably the worst experience ever! I ordered a new side mirror that came in yesterday, when I received the mirror it was faulty and broken. I brought my car in today to check minor electric issues I am having and to also return their broken mirror that I ordered and paid for. I took my car in at 7 am and at 1 pm I called in to get an update on my car and I was told I would be receiving a call back. Is it a shocker that I didn't ?.... I called back and I was told that my car has not BEEN LOOKED AT and they will "take a look on Monday"! So you're telling me 5 hours later and no one has taken a look at my car and you couldn't even give me an update when I CALLED. They also couldn't give me a rental because they don't have any on site.. as if it's my problem. Horrible customer service, I wouldn't recommend to go there at all!

Absolutely awful experience at Prestige Toyota. I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I tried to replace my 2011 Camry with another lo mileage 2011 Camry. When I picked the car up I only made it ten miles before the cabin filled up with smoke and I had to open the windows due to the terrible smell of anti freeze burning off the engine. The car was a lemon and could not even get me home so I returned it immediately. First they told me there was no problem. Then they tried to strong arm me with legal threats. I am really angry about their attempt to sell me a dangerous defective vehicle. The good news is I cancelled my check before they could cash it. BTW this was my fourth Camry purchase at this dealership and they tried to take advantage of my accident and the fact that I really needed a car. I am coughing and sick from being choked by antifreeze fumes. And I lost $500 deposit and $200 in new car rental fees. I have to sue Prestige Toyota to get my money back. I could have been killed due to the negligence of Prestige Toyota selling me a dangerous defective vehicle and refusing to service it.

Since buying my car at Prestige five years ago I have brought it back there for every service visit it has needed -- which haven't been many! Every single visit has been a pleasure -- from the greeting I receive pulling into the service area to getting back into my shiny, vacuumed car to go go back home. Each memeber of the staff has treated me with professionalism and kindness. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and welcoming with complimentary beverages. My car has always been serviced quickly and for very reasonable costs. One time I needed body work done to repair a dent in one of my doors and while many of my friends warned that "the dealer is always more expensive", in this case the quote was very competitive and I had the work done at Toyota with the added confidence of knowing the work was being completed to Toyota standards with Toyota quality products. I would highly recommend this dealership and this Service Department to anyone interested in Toyota.
