A+ customer service !! We bought a new 2020 Toyota from Chris D'Onofrio. This is the 3rd new Toyota we have bought through Chris. He located the car we wanted and transferred it to this dealership. We traveled from Georgia to take delivery, Chris helped us every step of the way !!

Very seldom I have encountered a Sales Associate with the stright forward talk and honesty of Homan "Sal" Sahari. This young man was the reason why I came back to own a Toyota Corrola after having a Honda Civic for 5 years.

I had come to the "Prestige Toyota" of Ramsey, just to compare cars and shop for the best deal. Sal, was aware of my needs and proceeded to work out a fair price without the ussual "sales talk" that is such a turn off for me. I saw a young man who tryed his best to meet my price . I explained from the beginning that I was also going to "Honda In Mawhawh"to see if they wanted to keep me as their customer.
My experience was the opposite of Toyota. I was there less than five minutes and went bach to Sal and bought the Corrola with all the extras at the price I had in mind.

This young man went out of his way to make sure that I was happy and comfortable with the car. I had a rental car that I had to return. He delivered the new car to my home, drove my car so I was able to return the rental the same day!

I hope that Homan "Sal" Salahi is rewarded for his professional and commited manner in dealing with the public.

He is an asset to Toyota!

Brett Kalish and Sameh Ghabour made the entire process of leasing our new car an enjoyable one! They were friendly, considerate and professional. When I spoke Brett on the phone prior to visiting the dealership, he was informative and was able to meet the price we had in mind. When we went to the dealership, Sameh showed us the different options that were available for the Camry. Even though it was late both evenings we were at the showroom, everyone went out of there way to take good care of us. When we came back a few days later to pick up the car, Greg (don't recall his last name) pitched in (I don't think it was his usual his job) because it was late and very busy, to show us every feature of the car. And the gentleman we did the financing with was terrific. We left the showroom very happy in our beautiful new Camry! Would highly recommend buying or leasing a car from this dealership.

We had a great experience at Prestige Toyota. After having previously dealt with a dealership with questionable practices we went in with our guard up a bit. Andy was great! No pressure tactics. Listened to what we were looking for and answered all our questions. Chris in financing was respectful of our choices. Made sure we had all the information that we needed before we purchased. Left the dealership that night with the car we came in interested in purchasing. Would definitely buy a car there again.

Arsen and Anson are excellent salesmen. They ultimately are the reason I ended up getting my new RAV4! I have a 20 year old Camry and I was long overdue for a new car. Part of my hesitation was due to anxiety over the car buying process. Arsen and Anson made my experience so stress-free that I will definitely have no fear when it is time for my next car. I had an absolutely wonderful and happy experience at Prestige Toyota, especially with the sales associate Arsen Musalaev and the manager Kevin. They were very attuned to what I wanted exactly (certified pre-owned Tacoma) and didn't try to sell or show me anything "that's close enough". They were very patient and were in constant contact when new inventory came in that matched with what I was looking for, but without being pushy or abrasive. I felt like I was buying a vehicle from a family friend. Arsen was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicles, as well as very personable and likeable. He has a very easy going demeanor and works very hard to fit you with the vehicle that you are looking for. Kevin did a wonderful job in making the numbers work within our budget and at the end of the day I felt like I got a great deal.
I am extremely happy with the service that I received and would recommend Prestige Toyota and especially Arsen for anyone looking for a Toyota. Just a great experience.

My experience at ramsey toyota was interesting to say the least, the act of purchasing the car was pleasant, its the aftercare that threw me through a loop, the morning after my purchase the paint had begun to chip off my bumper, a chip the size of a tennis ball. Getting a hold of someone after your purchase is complicated at best. Once someone was willing to talk to me they said they said they were willing to fix the paint, not at the dealership shop, and I was on my own as far as transportation to and from the shop. They sent me to a third party shop to get the work done. once in the shop I was informed that the grill on the front of my car was glued on from the last person who worked on the car, work I was not made aware of when I got the car. when attempting to contact the sales or management team again to discuss what happened to my car they refused to answer or call me back. hindsight is always 20,20 they had me wait weeks after the chip was discovered and talked about to fix it because they were waiting out the local lemon laws, I love the car, the front right wheel is making a fun noise now and no one is willing to talk to me any more. I would not recommend anyone shop from this dealership, attached are photos of the dealership and the chip on my car,

I may be the most difficult customer since this is my first financing without any credit. Andy went above and beyond to get me in a older car which is harder to get approved for financing than a new vehicle. When I first came in I realized somebody else was interested in buying the vehicle and was looking to test drive. I had setup an appointment prior. Luckily I was more interested in the vehicle than the former potential buyer. Spent 5 hours in there attempting to get approved for a loan. Andy decided it was best to put a security deposit so my two hour drive wouldnt be wasted and I would not have to worry about another potential buyer. I give this dealership 5 stars for the above the bar service from Andy and the persistent finance department.

I always bring my car to Prestige. They are courteous, convenient and helpful. This time, I requested a loaner car (which I never do) and got a great Highlander to drive for a day. A few months ago I had my rear wiper blade replaced, drove away and later noticed that it wasn't actually replaced, but I was charged. Took a used car for test drive stock # T17468T with the salesman. Noticed a humming sound coming from back of car. Salesman acknowledged that there was a sound and said he would talk to the manager. Manager refused to acknowledge that there was anything wrong with car without even test driving the car and said they will not fix anything in the car. On top of that, the car is being sold as is. I recently purchased a 2021 Highlander from this dealership and my sales person was Andrew (Andy) Eagle. I can't say enough good things about Andrew. There was no pressure, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process and made my experience quite pleasant. I was dreading going car shopping based upon past experiences but then I found Andy and he changed the game. I truly would recommend him to anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle and to anyone in general who is shopping for a new vehicle. Total waste of time going to Prestige Toyota in Ramsey. Stay far away. Being a repeat customer, I was invited to a "VIP EVENT" last Saturday. $7000 off purchase of Camry, $99/month lease Camry, etc..
Called 15 minutes before the event, spoke Mark about availability of vehicles. He's told me there s plenty of Camry's in stock and available for $99/month. Arrive 15 minutes later, greeted by salesperson Raul who told there were no vehicles available, then brings me to another Camry $10K more than the one in my invitation. I said I didn't want it. He goes in the 'backroom , comes back and tells me there was actually one left, but at a storage location in Nyack, and would have it delivered to dealership on Monday. He asks for credit card and tells me he got his manager s approval to take a $500.00 deposit and hold the car for me.
Fast forward to Monday morning, I get a text message from Raul's telling me the Camry had not arrived in Ramsey and would get back to me when it did. He said in the text he tried to call me, but I didn't answer, which was a lie, phone was by my side, no incoming log with his number. Placed a call to his manager Kevin, who called me back and told me a mistake had been made, and the promised car was the wrong year. Told him I was only interested in the $99 offer, he said he would TRY to get me a car by Friday or Saturday. I noticed the $99 promotion still their website, so I call and spoke to Mike, who told me they did have cars available for the $99 lease deal. I asked to double check. He does then tells me there's absolutely cars available, no holds or deposits on them. Call Kevin about conversation with Mike. Kevin calls and tells me that one of the vehicles was a demo, and the other did have a check as a deposit. I then call Nelson Fong, General Manager, and Steve Reedy, General Sales Manager with my concerns. Neither one returned my call. Later Kevin calls to tell me he located a vehicle and will have it delivered on Tuesday, and I can pick it up Wednesday.
Tuesday morning, I call Kevin requesting a pick up time and ask for a copy of the lease and all financial details. Not having heard back, I reach out to Nelson and Steve again. No luck. Kevin finally calls advising me my vehicle would be ready next day. I ask for financials again, he directs me to Sam, the finance manager. I call Sam, who insists on reviewing financials over the phone. Sam misstates several of the fees, and adds a few not in listed in the disclaimer. They amount to over $1000. I voice my concern, Sam refers me to Steve his manager. Yes, Steve Reedy, the guy who doesn t return calls. Steve calls, I try to voice my concerns, but no luck. He tells me all the mishaps were "honest human error", and that I would have to pay all the fees to lease the vehicle. I agreed, asked when I could pick up my vehicle. He then pulls out of the deal, because of my concerns. When I asked about the deposit Raul had taken. He abruptly ended the call, saying he was never told about the deposit. He called back saying there was no deposit. My bad for not asking for a receipt. He then reiterated his decision to no give me the car.
Wednesday, finally get a call from Nelson Fong who had no interest in my concerns. He tells me he doesn t want to do business because, you be somebody who would continuously not be happy with the transition WHAT?! He follows with, it s no difference going to a restaurant and eating food you don t like, and people don t want you to be there . HUH?! Next he tells me he sells 450 cars a month, presumably to make me feel inadequate.
Good luck getting that $99/month lease....

I used this dealership to lease my wife s highlander 2017 and we had a great experience. But when I leased my Tundra April 2020 the experience was great again until the sale was complete. The sales person never called me back or answered any of my messages related to my registration or the other questions I had. He got the sale then moved on not looking back. I am Very disappointed and would not use this dealership again to lease or buy a car.

This place is disgusting. They leased me a brand new car in 2018 that now needs tires replaced. I was advised that I should contact the tire manufacturer for defect. Toyota as big of a company they are would not replace the tires and take it up with the manufactures. I paid over $6000.00 to set up this lease with excellent credit, never missed a payment and they cannot resolve a tire issue that is within their purvue, not mine. Shame on you "Prestige Toyota"

This is my second time buying cars from Prestige Toyota, and I highly recommend working with Rob Rago at Prestige Toyota. I was extremely happy with his professional attitude as a salesperson. He understood what I was looking for and tried to deliver it at highest effort. I could tell he was very knowledgeable in the car as well as other competitive models and recommended right one for my need. I shopped a few other Toyota dealers looking for better deal, but no other salesperson could compete with him in terms of delivering the right experience. It is such a privilege to have a salesperson like him for any car dealers. My experience with prestige toyota was fantastic...Hermes Pena (sales consultant) treated me really well. He is a nice person, he explained me really good about everything and I felt comfortable with it. He took a lot of time to answer all my question. Me and my wife were happy to get a new car and Hermes made that happen. I appreciate the time that he spent with us.
Then I met Mario Calle (finance manager) he is a cool guy. My wife and I felt like we have been talking to a friend that we know for long time.

I really appreciate the time that both guys spent with me and my wife to explain all our questions.

Also, another good thing is that both guys speak English and Spanish. That was good for me because my wife is not that fluent in English so both guys took the time to explain some things that we dont know, in Spanish.

If I could rate this dealership 0 stars, I would. We knew what we wanted, we had an appointment, we decided on a price, we offered full payment, this should've been the quickest, easiest quota grab for them. Did I mention we were purchasing an Acura at a Toyota dealership...literally off loading their dead weight. Instead we were made to wait 5.5 hours now, unrelated to Corona, with no end in sight because they couldn't properly staff or train their team. They didn't show any human decency toward committed customers who were sitting on the floors of their back hallways because there was no where else. I'm writing this from the dealership lot at 11.00pm now, after cleaning crews came and left, after everyone else got to go home to their families on a week night, and we are still here waiting on Toyota to act like a professional brand. I've never had to work so hard to give someone my money. The GM here clearly doesn't want to be in business. Update: our agent, Chris, just left us on the dealership lot waiting on insurance to reinstate our old car under our name. We are stranded, he just went home. These are not good people. Customers, especially Toyota fans, steer clear of this place. Its not worth your time or hard earned dollars.

I give this dealer two stars as they were responsive and dealt with me quickly on a Saturday. I did not like how they were unwilling to work with their customers budget. It would have been nice to be presented with alternative options or have them try and work with me to find something I am comfortable with. The manager came out and could give two cares in the world if I liked the price or if I didn t or if I made a deal. Being a current Toyota leasee, I would not return to this dealer.

Went to buy a car there, and they have fee after fee on top of the advertised price. Finally agreed to a price and was brought into the finance room and it was locked so I couldn't get out. The finance lady tried to add fee after fee again and again, until finally I asked for my car key back( I was trading in), she kept trying to talk me into the fees, and i got up to leave and I couldn't because it was locked from the inside. At that point I demanded she unlock the door, and get my key, and again she tried to keep me there and finally I threatened to call the police, and she hit a button under on her desk that unlocked the door and I left.
Shady, and borderline illegal selling tactics with possible kidnapping salesmanship. Go anywhere else but here.

It has been a great pleasure dealing with Chris and the Prestige Toyota Team. Shopping for a new car is not an easy chore for someone who does this once every three years. Many of the dealerships were just looking to make a quick buck without making sure the customer was completely satisfied. This is quite the oppostite with Chris, Mike, and the Prestige Team. They did not play games and from the very first phone call offered me the best pricing available for the vehicle I was looking for. Also, it was apparent from the beginning they were honest guys and had my concerns and needs top of mind. Prestige also allowed me to do all of the negotiating with them over the phone and email, which was really a huge plus in my decision to work with them. We had numerous emails going back and forth, and like many other dealerships, they never insisted on me going in there to discuss price and negotiate. When I did go in there Chris and the entire Prestige Team made me feel very welcome and took their time walking me through the process of finalizing our agreement. Additionally, after I took home my car I received several calls from Chris, and also a letter thanking me for my business...something I was not expecting so that was definitely a nice touch. If you're looking for a hassle free, honest (and best price), shopping enviroment then Prestige Toyota is definitely the place to go! I will definitely be going back here for my next car!

I recently leased are car from Toyota Prestige. Jillian Delgado was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable right away. I had a lot of questions since this was the first large purchased that I have ever made on my own, and she answered them all. She made the experience a great one and I will always be grateful for the hard work she did. I know that when my lease is up, I will want to deal with Jillian directly to hopefully finance a vehicle. The actual routine service work is usually pretty good although last year, the maintenance was a little sloppy. We still bring our car for service because our service rep, Luke is really on the ball and took action to resolve our minor complaint.
Everytime we go for routine maintenance- Luke takes care of us- extremely helpful, professional, courteous and goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. We really appreciate the friendly staff and helpful customer service.

Great and not a difficult dealership. Other dealers I have visited have given me a hard time, crazy unrealistic fees, and the run-arounds. My salesman was Hermes. He immediately helped us even though he was in the middle of helping out another customer and handed us the keys for a test drive. The conversation, negotiation, and transaction went smoothly and we got the car for what we could afford on our budget. My only concern is it took long for paperwork processing. we got there at around 6, and ended up staying past dealer hours until around 10:30pm. Overall it was a great experience and glad we went to an actual manufacturer dealer instead of an independent owned used car dealer/broker.

Chris Ortega in the internet department was straightforward, and promptly sent me a detailed quote.

Maurice Johnson was an A+ salesman - very knowledgeable, and willing to negotiate a fair price.

A little background, I have leased from Prestige Toyota since 2012. I had a 2012 Rav4 LE, 2015 Rav4 LE, and 2018 Rav4 LE. My lease for my car was up in late December; right after Thanksgiving I started to receive calls about my options (buying the vehicle, returning the vehicle, leasing/buying a new vehicle). Clearly, I love my Rav4 and wanted to lease a new 2021 Rav4. Being that I am older now and working, I thought it was time for an upgrade to the 2021 Rav4 XLE.

I had spoke with Rob Rago from the start. Initially Rob had asked what I was looking for and he explained all my options to me. He was thorough and clear with what all my options were.

When I had told him that I was looking into leasing a 2021 Rav4 XLE, he had explained to that production was down and prices were up. He did tell me that since I have been a loyal customer for 3, hopefully 4, vehicles he would give me a great price. To be honest, he came in with a deal that I was not thrilled about. I decided to keep my options open, so I called around to other dealerships. Other Toyota dealerships were coming in $80-$120 more per month than Rob's initial offer, with more due at signing. Throughout my discussions with other dealerships it was becoming more and more clear that Rob Rago was the most honest and best offer. Rob had reached out to see where I was in my decision and I had explained my issues with the lease. Other dealers had shot down my requests, but Rob was open and heard everything I had to say; and honestly, I was asking for a lot. Rob could've easily said the initial deal was the rock bottom he can go, but instead he insisted that he wanted me to get the car I wanted and he would do everything he can to get me in what I want.

Rob had called and said that they were getting in a shipment of vehicles with a few Rav4's. Based on the shipment he was getting, we picked one of the vehicles and it came time for finalizing the deal. After a few more phone conversations, we came to an agreement. The final deal was a little more than I had planned on spending, but when compared with his initial offer and the offers from other dealerships, I can tell that this was the absolute best price I could possibly get for this vehicle.

My overall experience with Rob Rago was excellent. He was a real person, not just another salesman that was upselling me on every little thing and not just telling me what I wanted to hear. I could tell he actually wanted me to get the car I wanted and get me down to as close to the price point that I needed. The experience from initial call to driving off the lot only took one week; it was fast and easy. Rob worked quick, yet efficient with taking my calls, negotiating prices and finalizing the deal.

I recommend Prestige Toyota to anyone that is looking for a new car, and especially recommend working with Rob Rago.

We went to this Dealership on July 4th to look for a car for my husband. We were browsing through their used cars inventory outside in the hot sun about to go inside , when a kind young gentleman came out to greet us with iced cold cups of water. We were so appreciative of his kind gesture, he did not have to do that. His name was Tony, we cannot say enough nice things about Tony Arteaga he was knowledgeable, kind, patient, but most importantly not pushy.
