A word of praise for one of your salespeople, Josephine Bachetti! On July 29, 2015 I had come into the showroom to look at the Toyota Corolla model that I had expressed some interest in. She assured me that I should sit and talk with her more so perhaps we could arrive at a price that was affordable for me and met my needs. This had been the first time that I had set foot into a car showroom in many years so the prospect was daunting to me, at first.

Meeting Ms. Bachetti was a pure delight! She was personable yet professional, showed a great knowledge and enthusiasm for the product she represented and most importantly, I felt she really wanted me to feel comfortable with the process of buying a new car and not feel pressured in anyway .and she did just that!

Ms. Bachetti has a very distinct style all her own. I sensed that she was not only interested in making the sale but she also wanted to support the reputation and good name of Toyota. I could see she held herself accountable for her own performance and had very high standards set for herself. She promised a lot in our initial meeting and delivered much more!

Having met her and having this experience of total satisfaction both in the process of buying a car and seeing there are car salespeople like Ms. Bachetti who in her own way made it quite pleasurable. It most certainly increased the likelihood of my returning to her for future purchases. I also would not hesitate to refer family and friends to her, as well. I suspect she will be part of your organization for quite some time!

It's been a year since I first purchased my 2015 Toyota Corolla. I've been back to the service department & dealership several times since then. The level of customer service by Josephine Bachetti, salesperson..Kevin Regan, & Jakub Soja, service advisors...continues to amaze me! I
had the opportunity to see them again throughout the year only to find the same warm, welcoming service I found the first time I walked into Prestige Toyota one year ago! Having that same feeling of being valued as a customer a year later is something only a well-trained, caring staff like you have in Ms. Bachetti, Mr. Regan & Mr. Soja is so rare & commendable!
My gratitude to Prestige Toyota & their extraordinary staff!
