This is the second time I leave my car for mainten...

This is the second time I leave my car for maintenance on a weekend, am told I will get a call as soon as the car is ready (just an oil change- and left it at 9am), and I never get a call, resulting in having to stress to find a way to get to work Monday morning. If I am told I will get a call back, I expect to get a call back. And if for some reason the car will not be ready by end of day, I at least expect a courtesy call letting me know the car won't be ready. There is absolutely no reason why I should have to call to follow up on my car's status and find out the place is already closed for the day, without receiving as much as a courtesy call to let me know it wont be ready. This will be the last time I bring my car here. Communication is key in business and doesn't seem to exist at Joyce Honda Service dept.

Quick and Easy. I am a previous customer. My lease was up. Based on our phone conversation, Chuck Buchholtz my sales rep knew exactly what I needed. We had a brief conversation when I arrived at the dealership. I didn't even need to see the car. Chuck, Rob and I tackled the paperwork in record time and I picked up the car hours later after they prepped it. No hassles, no haggling, no upselling. Just great service. price and bought the car that day. Never made it to the other two dealerships.
Joyce Honda and Moe were VERY professional, gave me a great price and had a car in stock that met my needs. The dealership is close to home which isw another convenient
perk. I would not hesitate to send any family member or friend to Joyce Honda.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership. I brought a brand new Odyssey in June 2018. I had no issues with the sales process. Afterwards, I have brought the van in for issues with the sensors and automatic breaking on multiple occasions. The response I have received, when faced with an issue has been terrible. I have left messages for Larry Swanson, General Manager, Craig Ferguson, Sales Manager and Aron Cooper, Service Manager with no response. Be aware!

Just want to recognize the exceptional experience I had today at Joyce Honda. The price was very fair and the customer service was amazing! We were litterally in and out in less than an hour!!

This is a very well run store that is filled with happy associates who clearly like working there and are focused on ensuring each guest has a great experience. Tom Duffy and Manny Paez assisted us with the car purchase and were terrific!

The finance manager could not have been nicer, I'm embaressed that I dont rember his name but he was a joy to work with!

If you are in the market for a new or used car you should deffinetly keep this dealer at the top of your list!

Completely unprofessional, they made me wait two days for a car that they had in their lot, all because their financial advisor continued to play with my mom rather than do his job even though I had gotten approved. They were so desperate for the sale that they lied to the bank and said I was going to pay $2,800 when I only agreed to $1,800, on a car not even worth $14,000. When I asked for my money back they refused and only until the police got there did they then throw the money at me. They also went on to disrespect me and say, I am incapable of Comprehending business, and then tried to tell me I m a Nuisance for wanting my money back. I found this place on car gurus and they had horrible reviews a and now I see why. They are con artists who will do what it takes to make the sale even if they know it will hurt you in the end.

Liars. Gave me the old bait and switch. I went in person with my vehicle. After 20 minutes they gave me a trade-in quote. I said I would make the decision the next day. I have emails from the salesperson giving me a specific price on the car and a specific trade-in value. I agreed to the deal. I took the car in, gave my keys and title, they gave me the keys to the new car. After an hour they put the papers in front of me to sign they said they were going to give me $2000 less on the trade-in than originally agreed. The said they had the right to change their mind at any time. I walked away.

Asked for a inspection of review camera as the guide lines were taking up to 15 seconds to appear. Specifically asked to be with technician when testing. This was ignored and then told the condition was normal. Having owned a few vehicles with rear view cameras the guide lines appear withing a few seconds not 15.

One of the worst dealers to deal. Complete Cheats. First time buying a Honda. They show me a Accord with touring package and then write up the sales order with an EXL package for a car that was not even in the showroom and never explained what an EXL package stood for. When i asked them to correct it, they very conveniently told me that i had signed an agreement for EXL. I have had very good experience dealing with car dealers in the past and so trusted them. This place and people including the sales manager are very dishonest and unethical people and i would not ever buy anything from them.

For the second time in 6 years, I took my business to Joyce Honda in Denville, and have been treated with a respect and honesty unheard of in most dealerships, regardless of car brand.

I would give this place, and Jared in particular, 10 stars if I could. Nothing beats honest service.

Worst customer experience..service was bad .they were not in position to hear customer words.
I went Joyce Honda for air conditioning repair..they took 4 hour's . finally they told your AC system was good,only refill of some fluid is needed.they charged me around $150.
They are not in position for accepting Groupon coupon and forcing the customer to get the package from them telling some fake stories on the car.they cleverly utilizing the customers fear on their cars.
As soon as come out from the service center,
my AC blows warm again.No change in AC system.

It was Saturday evening..so I waited till Monday and went again.
Now they took another 2 hours and said AC compressor has issues and they given estimate of $1300.
People coming to offical Honda service center only for trust and reliability,inspite of huge charges.

I asked service manager to refund the money as you guys didn't find the issues on first time,broke the trust on their service and making me to wait for long time.
He was very rude and not in position to hear my words.

I raised this concern to Honda directly.They don't have any control on their service dealer.its huge disappointment for me and frustrating experience from Joyce Honda.

If your car is more than 5 years old.they will ruin your money like anything for each service visit.

The one of the most worst so called Honda Authorized Service Center in New Jersey and USA. Their technician are not trained, lethargic. The writer or manager is the stupidest. I have two cars, Honda Civic and 2015 CRV with them for service. I had work order # 85778 on June 29, 2018 for my 2015 CRV for engine and deferential oil changes as well as Tier rotation. After the work done, they handed my CRV with loose bolt of my both front wheel. And Manger Diana also informed me everything well and good. When I was driving to home, I almost involved to an accident and I have to go to back to so called Honda authorized service station and I complain. Very first there was no manager on service station at 4.00 pm on June 29, 2018. The name of technician work on my 2015 Honda CRV is A. Ambrosio. Both Manger Diana and A. Ambrosio has no right to work with lives and they should also be fired. Or punished.

A firm without manager. Is not surprise? Could you believe it? One of Joyce Honda writer Antony has no idea what he is doing. He having attitude problem, as well. They have to re-lift my CRV and it took almost more than hour. I spent my very precious time of 6 hours.

After a while the VP and General Manager Larry Swanson showed up and try to make me understand and try to give $$ 242.42 back of my work done and try to bribe me. I denied. My life does cost infinite. If they are not good, their, technicians not at par to Honda specification, they should stop and close the facilities. It is serious. Joyce Honda has to be closed and they have no right to play with car and live. Please avoid going there for your Honda Car issues, otherwise, some day you will be die after fixing your car over Joyce Honda. I mean it. Please beware of them.

Like any other place it is always expensive, obviously, but I'm only rating it 4 stars just do to the fact that whenever I take my car here they always have fun revving my car and doing dumb stuff. Yes I've seen it with my own eyes, I have aftermarket stuff I installed to my car and it's like they've never seen an exhaust before or heard one so they rev mine and I honestly feel very uncomfortable when they do it cause it's not their car. Last 2 times I've come for service, I was scolded, yes scolded, for taking my car elsewhere for service. If I have to wait 2 hours to begin a regular oil change, including once with an appointment (which I then cancelled), yeah, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Most of the staff are friendly and honest, a few aren't. And for simple service, my time is valuable.

Wonderful experience at Joyce Honda. I was referred there by a coworker and met with Ryan, Justin and Matt. All three were a huge help in making the car buying process as easy as possible. Ryan and Justin took the time to go over numbers with me and helped figure out what worked best for my budget. Matt helped finalize everything and thoroughly explained every safety feature and protection package offered. I truly felt that I was in good hands and my best interest was taken into mind. At many car dealerships, that is not the case. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a car. Make sure to stop in and speak to Ryan, he is a great salesman. 10/10 for him too. Will definitely be returning there in the future!

I had about 30 minutes to check out a minivan advertised to be in the Denville location. However, when arriving there I was told it was actually in their Rockaway dealership. After going quickly to Rockaway, I was told that they knew nothing about it there, even though they could see it right there on their computer monitor as being in stock. By then, my time was up and I had to leave without seeing the van. Bought elsewhere, but would have liked to have seen what they had. Everyone involved was courteous but clueless as to the location of the advertised minivan. I would recommend that potential buyers pin down the location of the any vehicle at this dealership before taking time out to go see it.

I went in looking for a new or used car/SUV. I spoke with an Angel Jr. on what I was looking for and went through a few options. I ended up liking the Honda H-RV. I test drove it and was going to check out other options but after working with the dealership, they gave me a great offer and ended up driving the car off the lot. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend.

I have been here for car service a couple of times. Look it's a dealership. Expect a wait. With that said, they are friendly, have working wifi, and that bad coffee that kind of feels like you got smacked in the face but you can't stop drinking because you're annoyed you had to bring the car in for service and you should be smacked. Sometimes they have something to munch on (weekends only maybe?). But I like the service because If there is a discount available, they will give it to you without a coupon. Or if something is under warranty, they will simply take care of it without you having to argue for it. And I realized I asked a stupid question, and they patiently answered it. That service detail takes them from 3 to 4. But yeah, expect to wait on average 90 min, maybe 2 hours

We paid for the extended warranty. 3 months later we had a in issue with the windshield (covered under platinum plan we had) and they wouldn't honor it and fix it. They held our car for over a week, no one would return calls, we had to continuously call in and ask chase down "management" to get any answers. They have NO sense of customer service. We know have a lawyer involved to dispute their not honoring the warranty we paid for.

Great experience with taking all my vehicles for maintenance at Joyce Honda. My service manager Erik Matos is extremely helpful and the techs do clean great work. I also feel safe now with the pandemic considering that they disinfect my vehicle during the process.

I purchased a 2017 Civic hatchback in southern jersey around May 17. I live in this area and I have gone here for basic service and maintenance. This is my first new car and the mechanics have treated myself and my vehicle well. I even stopped by one day and asked if my tire pressure could be adjusted and a service person helped me out right away.

Not too long ago I had a minor problem with the windshield washer resovoir which was leaking. I took the car in and the problem was fixed in about an hour. Very happy with the service.

The way car services are handled is extremely convenient; I'm used to having to make appointments for all car services and here you simply drive into the queue and leave your car and someone helps you within minutes.

Very recently I got a flat tire and decided to upgrade my tires; I called the parts department, placed an order through a helpful gentleman which arrived next day and had them installed with minimum fuss.

I've also gotten a basic oil change here as well. I'll be sure to keep coming back here for maintenance on my car. I'm grateful for the quality service

Colossal waste of time. I went there to check out a used Honda Fit. I asked the salesguy to see the invoice for what they paid for the car. When he danced around and disappeared for about 10 - 15 minutes, he came back and asked me what I felt like paying. So I low balled him. He became a complete ass and disappeared only to appear a bunch of minutes later with his "sales manager?" She proceeds to tell me what the car originally was invoiced for and quoted me a ridiculously high price. I remained polite, but I should have lit right into both of them. If this is their idea of customer service, is it any wonder why used car salespeople are so despised. Take your chances here. Better yet, go somewhere else!

Now when I went back not only was it crowded amd the sales associate was working with 4 different people and said he would be right with me then made an offensive comment and when I asked him what did he mean he didn t thing anything was wrong. me that I just walked right out but first told the manager I was leaving and why. They had my email, phone and cell phone and not one person reached out to me to apologize not even the online sales person. When I reached out they said we figured you didn t want to hear from us. Terrible customer experience.
