We are on the search for a new vehicle and were a bit apprehensive going into some of these dealerships. But when we went into Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, NJ, we were immediately greeted by a wonderful receptionist named Erica Saenz. She gave us a warm welcome and then introduced us to our Sales Associate Raul Ceballos. He was also very warm and friendly, he listened to us and took a real interest in us and our needs. He took the time we needed, but he was not pushy at all. Once he heard what we were looking for, he allowed us to take a look and test drive the Rav4 and we really liked it. His knowledge of the vehicle was very good and comprehensive. He explained all the features of the vehicle and how we would use it. After we finished with the test drive, he once again listened to our situation and brought us to the best price possible for the vehicle. We were very satisfied with our experience at Prestige Toyota and the people we interacted with. We would recommend them to our friends and family.
