Most aggressive, waste my time, condescending, fear inspired, ineffective sales pitch ever. We felt like we were buying a time share. I wouldn't hire them now on principle.

Great experience, they arrived on time, very friendly and got right to work. Can tell the difference already. They are a little more expensive but well worth it. I am very pleased with the whole process! Would recommend it to everyone!

This is not the first time I have used Power Home Remodeling. The experience was wonderful - the workers respectful and knowledgeable, and the process was easy.

Workers did a great job preparing the house for the new roof, and the cleaning up was impressive. All my neighbors have commented on the improvement to the house, and the way the job was completed. I HIGHLY recommend Power Home Remodeling to everyone - I will continue to use them for all of my remodeling needs.

Power Energy has been super efficient! Our windows were installed in a day and look great. We had Power Energy call us multiple times throughout the day to see how the job was going. They care a lot about their customers! We are very happy with the job they did!

Complete Pros... the crew arrived on time, I was alerted by phone of their arrival in 20 minutes and the job was done with an incoming winter storm striking the Chicago area. Two windows were installed and the roofing job was delayed until the weather improves. The windows are of superior quality and the workman explained what needed to be done, how they were going to proceed and completed the two windows within 2 hours. Everything was cleaned up and the crew were complete gentlemen and bid their goodbyes. I don't see any issues of using this company for further work and I look forward to seeing the flat roof portion of our agreement being done later this month. I highly recommend this company and the services they provide. Lord knows that we have had poor workmanship, service delays and sub-standard materials used in previous jobs. Power Home Remodeling group definitely raises the bar and I will never accept anything less. I welcome this Pennsylvania company to the Chicago area... what a breath of fresh air.

Unprofessional. Do not set up workers with the right work orders to do job. Do not send out appropriate equipment to do job. Can never talk to the same representative , always have to repeat incident. Some window latches don't meet up with top half of window. Roof flashing done wrong and won't fix

I am the type to procrastinate and put everything off. I thought I was another 5 years away from replacing the shingles on my 20 year old roof. This time I took the time to listen to my salesman and his expertise. I asked many questions and he had all the answers. My wife and I were extremely satisfied in his presentation and felt fully confident we made the right decision. Now with our new roof installed I am very satisfied. I was home during the entire job and the workers were very attentive to detail and very effecient. The roof looks great and the job was done neatly and in less than a full days work. I know someone else who recently had their shingles replaced by another outfit and their crew left in the middle of the job and had to come back a second day to continue. Great job PHRG.

We had a new roof installed on July 10, 2015. From the first visit from Nick Rinaldi, to the Project Manager, John Coleman, Quality Assurance Manager, Shane McKee and the job foreman, Matt, we were thoroughly informed as to what was happening at all times. The job was done exactly as explained and we were left with no complaints. If we had any other exterior work that needed to be done, they would be re-hired. Thanks, gentlemen, for your exemplary work!

BEWARE! This company in their Austin , Texas office sends its people out in unmarked white vans casing your neighborhood. They hop over fences and trespass through private roads, gated properties, and will go into your back yard and try to bang on your door. Frightening! This is on the "alert" list in the 78633 zip code, and has a criminal trespassing complaint filed against their people for flagrant trespassing onto private property. If you call their main number (I believe I ended up with the number in Houston)... they don't apologize for this, they don't carry on a productive and cooperative conversation, and they KNOW what's going on. They aren't sorry for it; they encourage it. If they are in your area, lock your doors and your gates and contact the Better Business Bureau like many of us did. I leave this review for the headquarters in Chester, PA, because your Austin, TX office has been charged with a Criminal tresspass warning for Williamson County, as well as a formal complaint filed today with the Texas Attorney General's Office.

We just had 16 windows installed in our home in less than 6 hours and, so far, we are very pleased. The installation crew was terrific...timely, efficient, friendly, courteous, and exceptionally clean. However, our experience was not flawless. We felt confident in our decision to sign with Power after our sales representative walked us through the entire process. This feeling was short lived as we experience a slight bump in the road regarding our price quote. Our issue was quickly resolved once our concern was brought to the attention of customer service. Our sales representative paid us another visit and worked with us to reassure us about our decision...Power definitely works with it's customers to gain and keep their trust. We will definitely consider using them again in the future to finish the remaining windows in the house.

Well, the product seemed to be ok and the installation was almost competent. But I had a new window put in to replace a pair. The old windows were alarmed and the alarm company said to tell the installer to make sure the wires were accessible. It turns out that they buried one of the wires. When the alarm company came to reconnect they couldn't do a simple install because of the buried wire. They had to run new wire. So this doubled my cost. So Power gets a thumbs-down. The lessons I learned were 1) oversee every aspect of any job to the point of hovering over the work force and 2) don't use Power any more!

I had a few windows replaced at my home, and all of the positive reviews that are written are spot-on. The experience from start to finish was spectacular, and I'm not going over-board with that phrase. I felt completely at-ease with my buying experience and everyone I dealt with was professional and extremely courteous. The installers were highly knowledgeable and explained every step of the way what they were doing. My installers were Tony, Ricky, and Marco....and they were the best contractors I've ever dealt with for any of my previous home improvement projects. Power Remodeling will receive my future business for sure !

We had a great experience. We liked the company so much we went with them again to do our attic insulation. Mark Bateman is a great guy explained everything thoroughly the installers came in did a great job cleaned up and were Extremely knowledgeable.

We were provided a true education on the roof that we just had done. The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable and good as we did buy a roof. The professionalism of everyone involved was very comforting. Everyone was on time, which made us feel at ease. the quality of their product is superior to anything that we've seen and it comes with a 50 year warranty that transfers to the next homeowner. I would recommend to anyone.

PHR's sales tactics are supremely pushy and frustrating. I feel like the extreme politeness makes it even more annoying. A couple well-meaning kids hired by this company showed up at my door last week and spent about 15 minutes politely hounding me to get a window estimate despite my having no current interest in replacing my windows. They were sweet and obviously fed a script (so ATTN managers or supervisors reading this -- this review is your fault, not these kids). I gave in 'cause A for effort on their enterprising skills & charm (maybe that's the point in using fresh faces for door-to-door sales).

They called me about my appt today set for noon. Would I be there all afternoon? Uhh.. no, if y'all want this quote thing to happen keep your appointment time. Turns out they can't do that. Ok. Next he wonders if my spouse will be present. I expressly told the sales folks at my door and the telephone agent that I was not getting my spouse involved in this quote (after both pressed the point). Dude says it will affect the price of the job. Are you fking kidding me?

I tell them that I am not getting my spouse involved in something I barely have interest in entertaining. Finally dude says, "oh then maybe you can just call us in the future when you do." Yeah, no.

What a great experience from start to finish. From sales people to quality assurance and especially Bernard and Maurice, who did the hard work of putting in my new sliding doors. Thankyou. I appreciate your professional, thorough, and tidy work.

Was with friend when salesman made pitch. He was overly persistent and made excuses for going out of the house to give my friend time to think. Then he extended sales pitch with a bogus survey after he was turned down. I just had a roof done and talked to several contractors, so I had an idea of cost. A few weeks later a contractor who installed a roof on a friend's house made his pitch. POWER WAS MORE THAN TWO AND HALF TIMES THE PRICE. NO EXAGGERATION . I would never use them. Those who say they are good probably made the huge mistake of not shopping around. The Power sales rep played the "we are doing a job in your neighborhood, so I thought I'd stop by" game. So they get people who are not shopping and have no idea what a roof should cost. Stay away.

Will NEVER consider this company again. They were out canvassing and my husband wanted to get an idea to replace one of our big windows that was original to the house. It started out good, we made it clear we only wanted to price one window, weren t going to do anything in the immediate future just gathering information and pricing. The woman was friendly and nice, she was very passionate about her product and informative. I was feeling positive about the company and using them in the future. But after the first thirty minutes it was obvious she was just over explaining and trying to throw in other services and drawing it out - which I understand and expected because her job is to be a salesperson and gain clients. But it turned into a two hour thing, our dinner was now cold. I had started getting things ready for the next day while my husband continued to sit and listen. At the end, 8pm, he tried to politely say that we weren t ready to make any decisions in this very moment and wanted to think about it and go over budget. Here s where she became a bit aggressive and pushy. She wanted us to go over our budget with her, (Uhh no that s a private matter, I would never ask my friends what their itemized budget was let alone a stranger) when we refused she tried to make us feel guilty because we were willing to make a potential problematic window wait, then went for the fact that I was rude because after the first 30 minutes I started to clean up my house after the kids went to bed... I m a mother of young children I can t sit and spend two hours on a sales pitch, besides I was in earshot and my husband was there. Then it was that we didn t offer her water or dinner and didn t close our pet in a room because of her allergies- seriously?! You were invited in to do a quick estimate and go not spend hours trying to sell it to us. At a certain point my husband tried to politely make the point we were done by saying we are not ready to make a commitment right now at 8pm at night yes it was 8pm, my children were asleep and I wanted to be snoozing too!! At that point she turned into a bully and became super meanly pushy - I had to leave the room before I said or did something unnecessary because she d hit a nerve. Don t come into my house and try to bully us into something we specifically said we were only looking for information on. When she finally left she was suddenly nice to my husband again complimenting my children and saying to tell me goodbye ... yea ok.
For the attitude of their salesperson alone we will NEVER use this company- that type of behavior should not be tolerated or encouraged.

My wife saw a shingle on the very left side facing the house that seems to not be nailed down like the right hand side. Maybe the gutter is a bit lower; we can't tell.

Our first impression was with our initial meeting - the salesperson, Mike, was prompt friendly, professional, informative, and made the initial meeting fun! Shortly after, we had the project manager come and remeasure all the windows - they were prompt, quick, and again, very friendly yet professional. They day of our installation, one of the installers had an emergency, so we only had one person. Vito was ALSO very professional, worked hard, and was personable. He cleaned up everything, and did a great job, even solo! Lastly, we had someone come after installation to check the work and show us how to clean the windows, let us know how to file taxes (energy efficient tax deduction!!), explain financials, and answer any questions we had. Again, quick, helpful, and very friendly. The entire process was a pleasure and I thoroughly enjoyed working with each person we came in contact with. I will DEFINITELY be a returning customer. Thanks for a job well done!

Power employees are very informed of their company products. They throughly explain things to my husband and i.

Do not give them your phone number, they will never stop harassing you. All 5 star reviews are paid/fake - don't talk to them, don't give them anything. Call the police if they won't leave, they most likely do not have a permit for door-to-door solicitation.

We had five old windows replaced. The experience with Power was great...knowledgable salesperson, good follow-up, excellent installation. We can't believe how much brighter our house looks.

We had a new roof and a very large picture window installed by Power Home Remodeling Group. Our initial meeting with Patrick, Remodeling Consultant, lasted several hours. He was very professional, extremely thorough, and very pleasant to talk with. Our Pre-Install Manager, Mark, arrived at our home as scheduled and once again we were impressed with the professionalism we experienced. Our old roof was completely stripped and a beautiful new roof installed. The workers were so in sync with each other that their experience was obvious. From start to finish it only took them six hours. That is amazing! Shaun was the on-site supervisor. He answered all our questions during the process in addition to helping install the roof and clean up afterwards. The clean-up surpassed our expectations. Eric, the Project Manager, arrived toward the end of the day to appraise the situation. My husband and I could not say enough good things about our experience with PHRG. Our new roof looks incredible! The following day our picture window was installed. This was a major installation and two impressive workers arrived. They had to cut out a very old, very large window. They went above and beyond insulating and caulking. Our new window is very large and heavy and the two of them managed a very smooth installation during a very windy day. They were very friendly and extremely professional. The clean up was immaculate. We are so happy with our new roof and our new picture window. From start to finish, everyone and everything was top notch quality. We have been telling our family and friends about PHRG. We will absolutely use PHRG for our future home projects. Thank you!!!

Power is great. They gave me all my options and time to thinks about it, no pressure or rush to get started. The installation was great also they follow instructions to help with my dog and did the work in a timely neat manner.

Hi everyone I was a potential customer until calling to confirm a free estimate consult when I encountered Matt who answered the phone and began asking questions that were previously asked and answered he not only creeped me out about if there was a man in the house after being told I was the sole owner and it s my appt he wouldn t let it go. I moved things around in my day to be told only after I called back that they over booked..this was told to me by Rob who apologized but couldn t answer as to why I wasn t told this when I called to confirm, so poor business practice to say the least but I won t be using them at all and be careful of the questioning women I suppose we aren t good enough

I have been so pleased with the work done by Power. They have installed siding ten years ago. It looks as good as new. The work they recently did was a new front door and bow window. Both are fabulous. Power really does honor its guarantee! I feel blessed to have a company with such integrity to do my work.

Overall they have a nice product. My main and really only issue was salesman told us that our bay window was a single unit window, in which it had to be replaced by a single unit window assembly. When the installers removed the window they said it was 3 individual windows constructed to make a bay window. With the replacement of the 1 unit window I lost several inches of window space on each side and the front is also inset. The appearance isn't as nice as the original setup nor is the light entering my house. When I complained I was told the installers were incorrect and it was definitely a single unit assembly, I have to believe the people who cut the window frame in half and install windows daily before I believe the second guy who came out and told me the installers were wrong and never saw the original window. I now have a issue with the bay window and we will now see how they stand by their warranty, it appears that moisture has gotten between the panes.

Excellent process so far. This review is to amend our previous review as we have had more work done. This time around we had our remaining Windows installed. Both times, the projects were very organized in all aspects from the sales demo, to the pre-install inspection and install. I really like that they verify the measurements. Our installer Rob was a pleasure to have work on our home. He was exceedingly nice, polite, efficient, professional and actually pretty entertaining. We were impressed how quickly he installed the Windows without sacrificing attention to detail and quality.

We had sliding glass doors installed. The installers were very friendly and efficient. We will be using this company again to have our windows replaced and will be requesting the same installers.

Found the person at the show to be very nice and helpful. The sales rep that visited our house did an outstanding presentation. The installers did a very good job even going beyond what was need because our inside ceiling was sagging and they removed the ceiling from inside the patio. Well done.

Minutes ago some guy entered into my porch, proceeded to ring my doorbell and knock extremely loud while my son JUST went down for a nap. Needless to say, he woke him up without a care in the world other than to make a sale. Absolutely disgusted that POWER, who I thought was a reputable company, would go about earning someone's business in this fashion.

Our windows were 40 years old and so drafty the curtains would rustle with a strong breeze. The new windows are fantastic. It's so quiet now too. Everyone we've worked with has been professional and very nice. We had 6 2nd floor windows done in a day and everything was clean and neat after they finished.

Can't be more happier everything was great great employees great workers.

I'm disappointed with the windows they installed. It's not that they are bad, broken, poor quality, or anything like that. They are really no different than the ones they took out. They talk about up to 40% energy savings, but I've seen absolutely zero savings and may even have seen my bill go up. Hard to tell with the winters we've had. And now that I'm getting to all the rooms, I can see their caulking around the windows on the inside is not that great and in fact, I'll have to redo a lot of it when I paint those rooms eventually. About the only good thing was a "free" upgrade they gave us on 3 regular windows which were side by side in the front of my house. They made it one big bow window which really looks nice and the guy that put it in was a true craftsman! If you really need windows because they are the old, double hung kind or your windows leak a lot of air, these guys may be for you. But get a few quotes and don't fall for the "if you buy now, we'll throw in an extra 10%, but only for today, right here, right now." My guess is you get other quotes and come back and say you want that extra 10% or it's no deal, they'll give it to you.

The staff is friendly, however, they do not leave your house until they get a "yes" out of you. I got an estimate from these people and they were at my house for almost 5 hours (4:30PM-9:00PM). Staying at a person's house for hours, simply for an estimate, is uncalled for. They may be friendly and nice, but do not let them come inside your house.

We had our siding replaced by this group. This group is very professional and hardworking. Devon and Kyle were very helpful working thru our project with us!!

We have enjoyed the high level of quality care, communication, and the education power gave us. Never did we feel pressured or pushed, just felt we were informed of the quality of there products and processes and we have been very satisfied thus far. The installer mark rafferty and his crew were fantastic, they were polite, introduced themselves right away, and were very clean as they performed the installation.

We are thrilled to have our new windows and capping on our new (old) home. The fellow that came to our home for the free estimate was friendly and informative. The financing that was available had a good APR and worked within our budget, for the most part. The workers who came to install our 29 windows were courteous, funny, talented and very trust worthy. The windows certainly are quality and they transformed our home into the beautiful place we had envisioned. If we ever need a roof or decide to do the siding in time we will certainly call on Power to do the work.

I've had very little dealings with outside contractors but the industry gets a very bad reputation. Well power home remodeling group was the exact opposite. Everything was smooth and more than lived up to my expectations!

I would not recommend this company. Its sad because they do nice work. Their reliability and customer service on the other hand is sub-par. When I originally bought my window and door(1/15/20) I was well aware of the lead time of 10 weeks(the salesman was at my house for 5 hours). There was a pre-install inspection where they came out and measured everything (a day i had to take off).Then covid hit and it pushed back my install date, which Is understandable. Then the day of my install(a day my wofe had to take off) the window is too big. Again I understand that people make mistakes but it pushed me back another 4 weeks because another window had to be made. Then I finally get another install date, yesterday 7/29/20. My appointment was for 12-2pm. 2:30 comes around nobody showed up and no phone call saying they would be late. I call them and they tell me its now pushed back to 5 (they ended up showing up at 5:45). And when i talked to the director he made it sound like I should be grateful that I was getting it done that day at all. I spent a lot of time and money(they re not cheap at all) into getting this done and to get treated like that is unacceptable.

The company has performed well with a thorough sales pitch and explanation of the products they use. The installation began as scheduled and the work crew has worked hard and been courteous. The installation was slowed by stormy weather but they have continued to get as much done as weather permits.

If i could give there customer service and management a big fat -5 I would for sure. The installers were great, but the lack of communication from the project mgr Matt to his installers and to myself is ridiculous. The day of my install for the 2nd phase of my window install the guys didn't show up until after 10am when they where suppose to be here between 8-10am all because when they went to pick up the window one of thenm wasn't ready after 6 weeks. Also the 1st phase of my window install i have already had to have 4 or 5 shashes replaced and the mgr wants to tell me why it happens. I don't care why, i spent over $7,000 . It should never happen. I was supposed to be compensated for all the aggravation i have been thru, but once again I'm getting the run around. I was promised a gift card to dinner from the project mgr, plus money back and this has been doing on for 6 weeks now. I ask to speak to Matt's boss and they won't let me for some.reason. I ask to speak to the project mgr and I'm always told he is not available, but when i ask for his boss he all of a sudden he is available. I could go on and on and on.

Would give zero stars if possible. Two times me and my wife rearrange our schedule to be home to get a free estimate and no one shows. Then I proceed to call and they say they over booked in our area and no one will be out to our home. Very unprofessional company and very unorganized from the outside looking in.

PHRG did a great job remodeling our windows. We had 17 windows remodeled and they finished them all in One day! The windows are really good quality and we are really happy with them. PHRG met all of our expectations. We will hire them again for other home projects we have in mind.

Great quality Bay Window, excellent craftsmanship went into all phases of building my new bay window. The sales people who came to the house covered every detail of the project, and I was very confidence in what they said.

My experience with Power Home Remodeling Group has been excellent from start to finish. We had six windows in our kitchen replaced, and they stand head and shoulders above the old builder's windows, which were getting drafty and one had blown the seal on the therm-pane. Everything about the windows was explained in detail, and we are convinced that these are the best windows on the market. The install was done flawlessly by "Robert", who did all the work himself. He started at about 8 AM and was done by about 2:30 PM. We liked this company so much that we are going to have them do three more windows and also our front door, which is in dire need of replacement. We would recommend Power HRG to anyone in need of high quality products which are also installed by experienced professionals.

From our salesman Will who provided an abundance of information, and taught us about what we should look for our roof, we moved ahead with the company to get our roof done. I am happy we did. This whole process was extremely easy and went smooth. Good communication from everyone in the company. The day of install came the crew was friendly and personable, they treated my home like it I was their own, and cleaned up very well, only way you could tell anyone was here is because of our new roof on our house.
