Hi everyone I was a potential customer until calling to confirm a free estimate consult when I encountered Matt who answered the phone and began asking questions that were previously asked and answered he not only creeped me out about if there was a man in the house after being told I was the sole owner and it s my appt he wouldn t let it go. I moved things around in my day to be told only after I called back that they over booked..this was told to me by Rob who apologized but couldn t answer as to why I wasn t told this when I called to confirm, so poor business practice to say the least but I won t be using them at all and be careful of the questioning women I suppose we aren t good enough
