Our first impression was with our initial meeting - the salesperson, Mike, was prompt friendly, professional, informative, and made the initial meeting fun! Shortly after, we had the project manager come and remeasure all the windows - they were prompt, quick, and again, very friendly yet professional. They day of our installation, one of the installers had an emergency, so we only had one person. Vito was ALSO very professional, worked hard, and was personable. He cleaned up everything, and did a great job, even solo! Lastly, we had someone come after installation to check the work and show us how to clean the windows, let us know how to file taxes (energy efficient tax deduction!!), explain financials, and answer any questions we had. Again, quick, helpful, and very friendly. The entire process was a pleasure and I thoroughly enjoyed working with each person we came in contact with. I will DEFINITELY be a returning customer. Thanks for a job well done!
