The staff is friendly, however, they do not leave your house until they get a "yes" out of you. I got an estimate from these people and they were at my house for almost 5 hours (4:30PM-9:00PM). Staying at a person's house for hours, simply for an estimate, is uncalled for. They may be friendly and nice, but do not let them come inside your house.
