Will NEVER consider this company again. They were out canvassing and my husband wanted to get an idea to replace one of our big windows that was original to the house. It started out good, we made it clear we only wanted to price one window, weren t going to do anything in the immediate future just gathering information and pricing. The woman was friendly and nice, she was very passionate about her product and informative. I was feeling positive about the company and using them in the future. But after the first thirty minutes it was obvious she was just over explaining and trying to throw in other services and drawing it out - which I understand and expected because her job is to be a salesperson and gain clients. But it turned into a two hour thing, our dinner was now cold. I had started getting things ready for the next day while my husband continued to sit and listen. At the end, 8pm, he tried to politely say that we weren t ready to make any decisions in this very moment and wanted to think about it and go over budget. Here s where she became a bit aggressive and pushy. She wanted us to go over our budget with her, (Uhh no that s a private matter, I would never ask my friends what their itemized budget was let alone a stranger) when we refused she tried to make us feel guilty because we were willing to make a potential problematic window wait, then went for the fact that I was rude because after the first 30 minutes I started to clean up my house after the kids went to bed... I m a mother of young children I can t sit and spend two hours on a sales pitch, besides I was in earshot and my husband was there. Then it was that we didn t offer her water or dinner and didn t close our pet in a room because of her allergies- seriously?! You were invited in to do a quick estimate and go not spend hours trying to sell it to us. At a certain point my husband tried to politely make the point we were done by saying we are not ready to make a commitment right now at 8pm at night yes it was 8pm, my children were asleep and I wanted to be snoozing too!! At that point she turned into a bully and became super meanly pushy - I had to leave the room before I said or did something unnecessary because she d hit a nerve. Don t come into my house and try to bully us into something we specifically said we were only looking for information on. When she finally left she was suddenly nice to my husband again complimenting my children and saying to tell me goodbye ... yea ok.
For the attitude of their salesperson alone we will NEVER use this company- that type of behavior should not be tolerated or encouraged.
