Beautiful new window! The guys arrived on time and had the new window in very quickly. Everyone that we dealt with at Power Home Remodeling was very nice and professional. Great job, thank you.

I had Power come over on Saturday and it was seamless. The guys arrived between 8 and 9 am as expected, were professional and very personable. They installed 12 windows on 2 levels of my house. Ron, Schyler and Jason were amazing, they conversed with my Fiance and I - joking and talking as they worked. They were very meticulous in their work and made sure any messes were cleaned up. With each new style of window installed we were given a tutorial on how to use them after they were installed and then again before they left. I will certainly contract Power again for siding and the remaining 3 windows in the house. Thank you Daniel for coming over back in February, we made the right decision.
Power was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I couldn t have asked for an easier experience. Everyone that we came in contact with was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly! Highly recommended. They stand by their products and I wouldn t choose anyone else!
I really enjoyed the windows and the people, they were very nice and professional
Do not use this company. We had a roof and siding done they started the siding a week late. Now my roof is leaking for the 3rd time. They showed up 8 hrs late to fix it and then it still leaked. They were supposed to come out today and I had to call so they could tell me they are not coming out today.
Everyone has been very professional from the initial sales contact through the installation process. Impressed with the product and quality of work.
Professional and polite. Ensured minimal impact to our activities and were proactive for scheduling changes due to weather. The gutter system looks absolutely wonderful with the new roof, also done by Power Home Remodeling. The product quality is top notch and installed to not only function properly, buth aesthetically pleasing as well, correcting issues from previous old gutter installations that were not correct.
Great product and great installation. Just keep on top of the workers to make sure they don t trample your property and don t be shy about making sure they clean up, THOROUGHLY!
Ty was totally professional. He approached me and wondered if I was interested in getting new windows. I told him that I was unemployed and was not interested at the moment. He responded that estimates were good for a whole year and I was immediately interested. He even offered me a job! After the appointment was set up, Matt Duffy stopped by and he was totally professional. He offered me an already low price. Unfortunately, I had to turn it down because I told him that I was unemployed. He offered me an even lower price! Afterwards, he told me what my finance price would be and I was sold. The installers were totally professional also and were prompt and early. They finished the job in only a few hours and made sure I was happy with the work. I will certainly be recommending Power Home Remodeling to all my friends and family.
Okay so I usually do not do this and go and trash a company on google, but this was well deserved for their obnoxious practice. So the salesman approaches me on his door to door gig. I am okay with this because I actually just got a roof quote a few days ago and welcomed the quote. So essentially everything was good until this point. That is when the salesman put me on the phone to talk to the home office. This is when the bullshit ensued. I was continually asked questions about my significant other to the point of where I was wondering if they were there to fix my roof or rob my house. I continually told them that is was irrelevant what time my significant other would be home but they insisted on knowing. I told them repeatedly it did not concern them about anything about my significant other and declined to answer anymore questions about her times she worked or here availability. I did not appreciate the constant prying about this information that was absolutely useless to them. After that i was able to set up an estimate for 4 30 the next day. I then received a phone call the next morning confirming that i could be at the address at 4 30. I assured them I could be present during this time but again this is where the bullshit ensued. They informed me that the estimator could not come out if my significant other was not present. This is absolutely absurd. I am not signing a work order I was merely requesting an itemized bill that could then later be reviewed by myself and my significant other. So after I changed my work schedule to accommodate their estimator I then received this BS call about how they could not come and give me an estimate because we would both not be present. This is ridiculous and I will make it a point to make sure that friends and family do not use PHRG. I hope you realize you lost a potential customer and suck at sales.
Power home remodeling did an incredible job today with my windows Installation. They have a great crew and I hope we see you soon for our next project.
Our experience with Power Home Remodeling Group was great. We had two- phase projects. The first one was new windows installations and the second one was installation of new siding. Prior to each phase the field managers scheduled pre-installation appointments. They came to our house and explained in details the processes and answer all the related questions in a very professional way. The work teams arrived to our house on time as they scheduled (8:00am). Five windows were installed in 3 hours by two excellent men without any mess. We love our new windows. The siding job was completed in a day and half by seven professional men. During the new siding installation, the team went out of their way to satisfy some of our requests including changing the places of air conditions. After completion of these projects, our house looks different and we love the way it looks. We deeply appreciate their work and many thanks to everyone who had worked in our house to complete this outstanding job. We recommend Power Remodeling Group to everyone.
The entire experience with Power Remodeling has been great. They were all professional, kind, supportive and on time. I would recommend Power to other people.
Couldn't be happier dealing with power. Everyone has been friendly and professional, showed up on time. Did the work better then I ever imagined and were fast clean and neat. Love my new windows
Very unreliable company. Scheduled appointment for an estimate, confirmed appointment 3 times and no one showed up to our home. Supposedly there was "a glitch in the system". If this company cannot keep an appointment that was confirmed 3 times, how could I trust them to show up and work on my home. Very, very poor customer service and retention. Save yourself from a headache and go with anyone but Power Home Remodeling.
Outstanding installation crew! They brought all of the own toold, covered my furniture and even vacuumed up all the dust! very impressed and satisfied!!
Our experience with the company has been nothing but great, from the field marketer to the installers. In fact we are having more work done because of it. Everyone has been courteous and friendly. The windows are beautiful. We would recommend your company to our family and friends.
The product seems extremely high in quality and the skilled tradesmen seemed to know what they were doing. They were also quick and clean.
THAT SAID...
Scheduling and communication is the weak point here.
Upon signing my contract with the salesman, we scheduled an installation appointment between 8-10am for the assigned date (a Wednesday). I thusly made arrangements for someone to be around during the day on that Wednesday. On the Monday prior to my installation appointment, a rep called me to "confirm" my installation for 12-2pm on the assigned Wednesday. While only slightly annoying, at least I had two days to rearrange my schedule. On the assigned Wednesday at 1pm I get a call from a rep specifically asking how my installation is going. The crew had not arrived yet, so I told her. She backed up a bit, asked if I wanted a manager to come by to review the work, and told me to call back at 2pm if the crew had not arrived yet (also specifically stating that they "don't like to wait until the last minute"). 2:05pm rolls around, so I call them. I get bounced once to "Christy" (sp?) who is someone of high authority in the installation department and I tell her that I was instructed to call if the crew had not arrived by 2pm. Christy said she'd check and call me right back (she even took the time to ask me for my number for quick reference)... Nothing for another hour. I call back again at 3:10pm and somehow I get the warranty department in which the gentleman was kind and tried to troubleshoot my problem, even though it was not his department. After being on hold for a bit, the gentleman asked me if Christy had called me back. I explained that I had heard nothing since the 1pm call asking how well it was going (you know, the install that was supposed to be happening). The gentleman explained that Christy was supposed to have called be back to explain that the crew would arrive between 3-3:30pm. I explained that I received no such call from anyone; no email and no text message were sent either. He apologized profusely. I asked to speak to someone in charge. He said he was unable to give me to anyone who outranked Christy and also wouldn't give me to Christy either. This seemed odd/suspicious to me.
Finally, a field-install manager called at 3:25 and said his crew was on their way and they'd be there but 3:30pm. He apologized often. He also said that he had informed Christy and she was supposed to inform me (which again, never happened). The field-install manager called back at 3:28pm and said that the crew would be here in 3 minutes. They arrived at 3:31pm as the field-install manager said.
Once they were here, they were pleasant, quick, efficient, and clean.
I understand when crews get behind, but the lack of communication and the odd scheduling is a problem. I had some other errands I could have run from 12-3pm if they had just told me that they were running that late; I wouldn't have been so bent out of shape about it...
I absolutely, 150% would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, not even in the nature of a minor repair or installation. Not even to change a light switch cover.
Please, if you are reading this, keep reading.
We paid $16,000.00 for a few new windows and doors. The day of the installation, the crew was an hour late and did not reach out to us to let us know they were running behind.
Half way through the job, at the point where all of the windows and doors were removed from the house, the lead technician calls the other technicians outside. They meet in a circle for about 15 or 20 minutes. The lead technician eventually comes to me and says, I m sorry, we are going to have to stop work for the day. I need to see a doctor. Mind you, all of the windows and doors are removed from the house.
This technicians knee looked swollen when he arrived at our house, and I don t blame him for being concerned about it. Understood. However, he goes on to say, Well, I was at a job and I got a large splinter in my knee. It s been swollen like this for a couple of weeks and this is my first day at work since I took a few days off. Why didn t he see a doctor on his days off if he was concerned about it?
The lead technician tries to tell me that they ll have to finish the job the next day. There are no windows and no doors in our house.
The perturbing part is that this technician didn t think to let his supervisor know that they had to leave and that there was no solution to the problem. It was up to us to get a hold of someone to see if another crew could come finish the job.
Thankfully, another crew did come out to finish, but it wasn t until almost 7:00 at night. When they did finish, they said an inspector would be out to go over the work that was done.
No one ever showed up. We called and asked for an inspector to come look at the installation. No one ever came. We looked at the installation ourselves, and it was some of the worst quality work we had ever seen. The caulking was everywhere, there were pieces of siding falling off the house, there was a large gap between the door frame and the house to where you could almost see inside, and that s to say the least.
We call and call and send pictures for an inspector to come out and technicians to come repair the work. No one ever came. We called again and scheduled someone to come fix the work. Finally, some one came, but he said he couldn t fix it.
We called some more, again, no one shows up.
Months later, the repairs still not done, our front door breaks. We call and ask for a warranty repair. They said, Yes, of course your door is covered under warranty, but unfortunately, because of COVID-19, we aren t sending any one out.
We wait, we call again. Yes, you are number 1 on our list and yes, your door will be fully covered. We will call you when we are able to send people out.
We wait, yet again, we never get a phone call back. We had to call again. At this point they are sending people out to do warranty repairs. We talk to a guy, Rich Sobken, who says, yes, we ll send someone out right away, but unfortunately, your door is not covered under warranty.
We said, Well, we ve called a number of times and everyone said it would be covered.
Rich says, Who was the last person you talked to that told you that? We didn t know, so we asked him to look at his records.
He says, the last person you spoke to was me.
So, We ve been lied to on several different occasions from numerous people, including one who says he never told us it wasn t covered. We asked to elevate this issue to his supervisor. He says, Well, there isn t anyone above me, I m the floor manager. For a company as large as it is, how could this be?
Needless to say, don t ever, ever even get an estimate for the job your looking to do from this company.
Their customer service and quality of work is by far the worst we have ever seen and dealt with in our lives. We have never been so unhappy with anything we ve purchased than we are with this. Don t even think about calling.
completed job in 1 day and cleaned up after themselves...... awesome
I am very pleased with my new doors. The process of having them installed was a pleasant experience. The installers were very friendly and handled themselves in a professional maner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have any knid of remodeling done.
Everyone showed up on time knowledgable. Material was delivered ahead of time. Happy with whole process.
Power were very professional and helpful with everything. We are happy with our new windows and front door. Our only regret is that we have no screen door as they told us it would hurt the warranty. We will eventfully get a screen door as I like to open the door when the weather permits.
Very professional work crews. Clean and neat project. Our house looks almost brand new!
Crew arrived promptly, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. So far we love the look. We're looking forward to the electric bill to see the savings.
We would recommend Power Home remodeling group without hesitation and are very happy with our new windows as a matter of fact we are planning to get the rest of the windows replaced in the back of our house next year.
The name of our installer is Breno Regis and he did a wonderful job with his team installing our new front windows. They arrived when we were told and worked hard all day wasting no time at all taking out the old windows and replacing them with the new ones.
Before leaving at the end of the day we were shown how the new windows work and how to tilt them for cleaning. We were asked if there were any questions before they left and everything was cleaned up inside and out.
Great job and thanks for working so hard

Can't work with a company with such outdated and sexist policies.
(I only gave one star because Google does not allow a rating with no stars.)
I just had my first experience with Power Home Remodeling Group. One of their representatives stopped by our home last night and asked if they could give us an estimate for new windows. He was excellent and I agreed and set up the appointment with them.
Today I received a call from them to confirm my appointment. When I indicated that my husband would not be present, their rep said they would need to cancel. The only way they would come out for the estimate would be if my husband were also present. I explained that I would be the decision maker. Again I was told they would not be able to come out if he was not there.
I called back in to complain to management that I felt this policy was both dated and sexist. I was told that this policy was an efficiency for them to ensure they did not have to come out twice. However in the next breath they said of course they were always happy to come out again to answer questions. They also indicated that the other reason they do it is so that they are protected in the quote they provide - since it is good for a year. They don't want there to be misunderstandings as to what was covered. However, since all the specs are listed in the quote, they are protected. Any change requested later as a result of the spouse not being present at the initial meeting would naturally require a new quote. So that does not hold water.
That only leaves sexism.
My suggestion to the manager at the Confirmation Center was that their script be changed so that they explain their reasoning AND if the person confirming the appointment feels that is not an issue and wants to continue with booking the appointment - they should book the appointment.
The manager also said that my experience was an anomaly and the person handling my call just needed additional training. However, when I called to complain, the person who answered my call asked if this was about the "spouse" requirement. The manager later told me she would have known that based on my phone number that I dialed in on. But I did not call from a phone number they had. Therefore I am not the only person who has complained of this and this is not just a "training" issue.
Interestingly - at no point in my discussion with the manager did he say -- "I'm so sorry. Of course we will meet with you. Our scheduler just did not understand." Instead, he kept trying to justify the policy and explain why it was not sexist.
We have invested a lot in major renovations on our home in the past 2 years including a new roof, siding, skylights, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, driveway and stone work, and additional buildout/remodel within our home. I have never had a company refuse to provide an estimate or work with me without my husband present.
I hope this post will encourage this group to rethink their policies. I'll definitely be encouraging my colleagues, neighbors and friends to take this into consideration before scheduling any quotes or work with this company.
No show , didn't get a phonecall except 20 min. before they were to arrive.

A very upset potential customer ,one thing in their favor they did say that they were sorry! They knew where I lived ,they should have never made the appointment . They called me 3 or4 times prior . They also sent a confirmation email .
I still lost a day's wages and so did my wife .
Power did a excellent job replacing my window and we would definitely use them again.
Very pleased with attention to details from the very beginning with the consultation, to the measuring, to the actual install.. the careful checking of products before installing and having new materials delivered to assure we'd be happy with the result was very much appreciated...You all have treated our home like it was yours and the extra time and effort made gives you the 5 star rating! Thanks Andrew, Robert, Shane, Renee, and John...and all the extra hands who tirelessly worked thru rain, mosquitoes and bees. We thank you. It looks like we have a NEW house! :)
Had a great experience with these guys. Got the job done on time and they gave me a pretty good deal, too. I'd recco these guys to anyone.
Stay away! Way too expensive!! Consult was 3 hrs long.
Had a great experience with Power Home Remodeling installing gutters & flashing. Workers were timely. Work completed when they said. Cleaned up afterwards. Overall great experience.
The sales representative was very through explaining every single detail. The service and installation were excellent
We had 4 windows replaced by Power and from Sales representative, Matthew Hess to the technicians(Ray) that installed our windows were caring and knowledgeable! I even got a lesson during the installation which was great. I definitely plan to have the same company and same technicians come back and install the rest of the windows in my house!
My first encounter with Power Home Remodeling was in a supermarket. From that moment on, every employee I've interacted with has been absolutely wonderful. Customer service is on point, the work is phenomenal.
Customer for life right here!
I had my windows installed by Power Windows everything went perfect with the installation, we are loving it. No complaint at all I will strongly recommend Power Windows.
we loved the fact that power was licensed and insured, this created a huge peace of mind for us. The installers did a fabulous job on our roof.
We just had Power install 17 windows at our home to finally be rid of our builder grade nightmare windows. What a difference already. Everyone at Power was extremely efficient and courteous and knowledgeable about the install and product. I would recommend to anyone.
We had a gorgeous new picture window installed today. The guys showed up at 8:30am, and they worked (the whole time) until around 2:00pm. This is our first remodeling project, and it went very smoothly. In fact, things went so well we decided to get new doors, too. We can't wait. If you need remodeling work done, it certainly wouldn't be a waste of time to check out PowerHRG. They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for. You can't beat a lifetime warranty. We financed our window and door projects, and the monthly payments are totally manageable. Do it!! You know you want to....
Great work was done on our roof. Would recommend them for future projects.
All the sales and marketing personnel were very kind and patient. They answered our questions and did not try to pressure us to make a decision.
The installers were were polite and skilled. They thoroughly cleaned up our yard after the job was complete.
I would not hesitate to use them in the future.
We are very happy with the door and shutters. The transformation of our home was well worth the investment. We also noticed immediate energy savings with the attic insulation!
Power has a very efficient team everything i had done looks great. Will use again and highlyrecommend
Every one
Is very profitable that has worked on my house
The guys did a nice job installing my replacement patio door. Door looks great and works well.
Replaced a bow window with 3 double hung windows. Instill was fast and neat.
My roof was done in late Feb. it had snowed 4" 3 days before the job started . Weeks late the snow was gone & there was some clean up to do in the driveway NAILS & small pieces of roofing debris .....I don't like nails
Power called my residence after doing a job in the area. Knowing the roof would have be done we agreed to an estimate. The first sales representative came out and showed us a demonstration of what to expect. We still felt we needed to do a little research first. We agreed later to have Power come out for a second visit and moved forward with the project. Everything has gone really smoothly at he roof looks great.
The entire process was quite easy. Al and Danny were very professional and friendly.
Overall, very good. Excellent communication start to finish. Very professional. Services completed as promised. Very smooth process. Would use again and recommend to others.
The sales presentation was entertaining and the representative explained everything thoroughly. The work went smoothly.
My windows were done today and they looked beautiful & efficient. The crew were great (Mike, Danny, Tony & Shane) & did the job professionally. Another Mike who came to the final inspection has also great customer relation. I m satisfied with this company.
Power did a great job installing soffits, facia, gutters, and window in our home. The staff was friendly, the install was quick, and the clean up was done well. Thanks for the great work!
The salesperson was rude and obnoxious. Left my elderly mother shaken and in tears. I wouldn't use this company for anything!!!
This is our second installation by Power Remodeling group and we couldn't be happier with the quality of their windows and the exceptional installation. We requested the same installation team and we got them! The amazingly cordial and professional installers left their work area spotless when they left and their craftsmanship was impeccable. We have three windows left to replace and we're looking forward to another amazing job from Power.
We are supremely impressed by everyone that we have come into contact with at Power. From the guy that knocked on our door to our Remodeling Consultant Steve Seybert, we were impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The install went off without a hitch and they really delivered on the total quality package that we were initially sold on. We will definitely do more work with them in the future.
We are pleased with the quality of the windows, the quality of the custom installation and quality of all the people. We would recommend Power, a quality team.
Excellent sales, pre-inspection, installation and post inspection! A genuine company with a great sense of teamwork. 100% customer friendly. Answered all of our questions and completely respectful throughout the entire process of our new replacement windows!
The person who installed the two attic windows was very professional and polite. He finished the job within 2 hours. He cleaned up the area appropriately. The windows look great.
I am highly satisfied and would recommend PHRG to anyone.
Quality of materials used far surpasses any other quotes reviewed. Final product is beautiful.
I had a great experience with power. Even through the pandemic they kept me informed and let me know when we could get the projects started. When you finally could get started the gutters were put up in a flash. And the windows came a month later. They were on time professional. I will be getting more work done by them very soon. Thank you too Lewis and all the workers that came to my home. We appreciate everything you have done and will do it the future.
Knocked on my door, "they were doing a job in the area" and they wanted to give me an estimate on my roof. I agreed and set up a time for the next day thinking it was going to be a 20 minute thing. Four hours later at the end of their pitch I needed to agree to their price or I would have to pay $6000 more if I didn't except before they left. Blind sided! didn't realize that it was a sales pitch . Wasted most of my day having two guys at my house That wouldn't leave until I understood that they were giving me an awesome deal and I excepted.
Great experience, very professional and worry free.
They are very professional and high quality product. I'm very pleased and highly recommend.
My wife had a representative from Power Home Remodeling to advise us about energy saving windows. As they were being installed, we could tell how good the windows were going to improve our energy bill. They also inspected the rest of the house and we also included much needed gutters. The photos that were sent to friends have given highly positives comments of how more modern my home looks. Will be recommending Power to friends if asked for home improvement needs. Financing was also a plus in terms of paying for improvements.
PHRG did a wonderful, professional job on our roof and we couldn't be more pleased. They showed up on time and checked in with us a few times during the day to make sure we were pleased with how things were going. They cleaned up after themselves and it looks like they weren't even here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again when we redo our siding.
We replaced our basement windows. Communication up to the date of install was good. Respected our home in regards to taking off shoes when asked. Install is not done yet so I cannot comment on clean up but so far so good. The only thing I think they could have done better at this point is explain what they were doing when installing the first window. I had to take it upon myself to ask questions. The first window looks great inside and out. Be aware that new frames for basement windows need to be painted, etc. they put wood around the steel frames. This results in a smaller window space...but standard. All in all, at this point, I would use them again.
Good deals on Windows DO NOT purchase a roof from them regardless of their "lifetime warranty" they charge 4 times the amount that it would cost learn from my mistake. Average cost of a new roof in my area is $6000 they charged me over $20,000 for a roof. Insane. *To the response from the owner your products that are supposedly premium I was given GAF shingles which I can buy from Home Depot.... Like I said great deal on Windows most likely where you're getting your 96% customer satisfaction from.
Fantastic and friendly service. Everyone was so kind. The products they're using are amazing. A lifetime warranty! Who does that? That's because they believe in their products and I have full trust in them.
Your experience with power home remodeling was above expectations we are very happy with the whole process we are going to recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors
Windows work and look great, finished in a day, great quality
They came to my house and tried to hard sell me. Stayed at my house for 8 hours and told me the price would increase if I did not sign that day. There are plenty of other roofing companies that are about the clients first, that I would recommend. Plus the quote for the roof was so overpriced it was laughable.
Power was a wonderful company to deal with, couldn't be happier with my new siding. Everything that was promised came true. I was most impressed with the installers, very nice guys, they worked so hard I couldn't believe how thorough. Got my siding done in one day. The cleanup was impeccable you would not know anyone was here except for the new siding on my house. I Would refer to anyone who needs any home improvement projects.
Great 5 Star experience from initial contact through installation. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient.
I would just like to say that Power Home Remodeling group is one of the rare companies out there that actually exceeded our expectations. Everyone promises you the world, but the follow through in our experience, is often time very far off from the expectations of quality and service that were set by the salesman. Power was ABSOLUTELY incredible. The remodeling consultant was very courteous and respectful of our time. He explained everything to our satisfaction and we felt comfortable at that point that the quality of the windows and installation were top notch. That said, upon installation, the first day, we noticed a huge difference in the temperature of the house. They were highly communicative and professional and we will use them again in the future.
The sale person did NOT bring the window samples. He did NOT put in the contract that the window in our master bathroom will be obsecured. We asked him several time before he left the house and he said the system doesn't have the option but he did put in the note. When the PM came, I asked the PM if the master bathroom will be obscured and he said no. I told him that the sale person said he noted so the PM went out to his truck for about 10 mins and came back said ok we'll give you an obsecured window w/ no extra cost. I'll make sure everything will be on the contract next time.
The sale person also didn't give us the whole estimate for All the windows. He also forgot about the door that we asked for an estimate.
The installers came on time w/ in the time-frame window. Took them about three hours to replace our four very old/rusted aluminum windows. The bottom window trim in the master bathroom was damage during the removal.
Over all the whole experience is very good. I will considder Power Home for our next home improvement.
We had our windows replaced by Power windows Philadelphia. The windows fit well. The crew was professional and quick. the one reason i say very good over excellent is that they left some dust from the job around our bedrooms. other than that they were great! WE have had a lot of work done on our house and they are the quickesy, cleanest and most professional out of the contractors we worked with. i would recommend them and the product. We are happy so far.
Having done sales and having to walk into businesses cold, I respect the job. But having to tell you repeatedly "No", take the hint. This Jersey girl is pretty blunt. When I finally said "Listen I just got out of the hospital and want to go back to bed. Thanks but no (as I show the hospital bracelet on my wrist)", The answer should be,' sorry for the inconvenience' not "Oh, what happened". I nicely told him that wasn't his business and shut my door. I understand pushing a little, I had to do it to land sales but you need to be able to read multiple hard no's.
Great workers. Consistently on the go. No slacking with your workers.
Power is an amazing company. They are on their 'A' game all of the time. They say what they mean and they mean what they say. Highly recommended.
The installation went well but was incomplete and the follow from John, the project manager, has been less than desirable. The level of customer service and follow-up definitely could definitely be much improved, especially given the amount of money a customer spends per project.
They were very quick and clean through our bow window project. They explained everything in detail. A very efficient company.
The work crews provide me with confidence because everything that they do is precise. They do it step by step and do a wonderful job!
I heard good things going into this project. The salesman Kyle was great, his big selling point was his patience with my boys, even stopping his presentation to see what my oldest wanted to show him.
The small details in the work on the siding is amazing. Power Home Remodeling exceeded all of my expectations.
We love the windows so much we haven t put window treatments on them yet! The crew was awesome, very professional, and done in one day!
Power installed new downspouts and gutters. Installation crew was very prompt and had all materials ready to do the job. The quickly and safely removed all gutters and downspouts and installed the new gutters. The crew was professional and courteous and did a thorough and complete cleanup. Highly recommended!
Just had Power complete their third installation and their fifth product. I have their roof, their attic insulation/radiant barrier/entry doors/gutter systems and now siding. They are always on time, the cleanup is always impeccable and you can't beat their warranties. They are certainly my first choice for any home improvement projects. If Only they would expand their offerings into redoing kitchens.
Joey came to our house to talk to us about new windows. He was very professional and personable as we went through the sales pitch. He went around and measured everything (which other companies didn't do), checking the sills and molding to make sure everything was good. The only problem I had was at the end. He quoted us a price of around $13,000 for 9 windows; then had a first appointment price of around 11,000. When we asked about a lower price, he went down to $10,000. He told us that when he walked out the door, that was the end of that price. I had a feeling it was going to be a high pressure sales pitch and it was. So my suggestion would be to look at this company last, then you can strong arm them into a low price that might fit your needs...otherwise, go with someone else.
I set up an appointment with PHR to replace all of the windows in my house. On the day of the install, no one showed up. After calling and waiting on hold for a *very* long time, I was told they weren't coming because it may rain. PHR had confirmed the install the day before the install. I dismantled my house for them to do their work and they never showed up. I lost a day of pay to wait around for a crew that would never show. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Had a new roof and gutters put on, very pleased with the work and the professionalism of all the staff!! Waiting and looking forward to new siding !
Professional in every way. On time. Work done as described. Cleanup well done. Would recommend.
Very professional job, Great quality windows, great warranty, job was finished in less than half a day. Still have a few windows to replace, will definitely be calling them back for those.
Great install, and pricing. Replaced 17 windows in one day. All employees were respectful and courteous. Finished product looks great.
Very Professional, Top Notch Staff.
Kudos to Laura and Tim - everything and everyone associated with the company go above and beyond.
In an age where most people take short cuts or kick the can down the road; this firm is the exception.
They still cross their "T's" and dot their "i's".
Happy to do business with them.
the entire team was great with communicatoom, they wsre professional and i never felt left out i always knew what was going on
We love Power. In fact, I wanted to adopt our remodeling consultant Justin McVicker as we feel like he is already a part of the family. Everyone has been extremely nice and polite and clean. We found out that our windows were installed in a very off kilter way that was going to require a ton of extra work on their part to install the windows that we bought, but we were super happy to find out that there was no changes in our price!! The installers are clean and efficient. We will definitely use them again for more work in the future.
Really appreciate everyone at Power. I was looking for a good company to do my siding and roof on my home and they did not disappoint. They were up front and down to earth. Extremely honest and did incredible work. Im so happy I could come home to a roof that was done right and didn t have to pick apart. Worth every penny.
