If i could give there customer service and management a big fat -5 I would for sure. The installers were great, but the lack of communication from the project mgr Matt to his installers and to myself is ridiculous. The day of my install for the 2nd phase of my window install the guys didn't show up until after 10am when they where suppose to be here between 8-10am all because when they went to pick up the window one of thenm wasn't ready after 6 weeks. Also the 1st phase of my window install i have already had to have 4 or 5 shashes replaced and the mgr wants to tell me why it happens. I don't care why, i spent over $7,000 . It should never happen. I was supposed to be compensated for all the aggravation i have been thru, but once again I'm getting the run around. I was promised a gift card to dinner from the project mgr, plus money back and this has been doing on for 6 weeks now. I ask to speak to Matt's boss and they won't let me for some.reason. I ask to speak to the project mgr and I'm always told he is not available, but when i ask for his boss he all of a sudden he is available. I could go on and on and on.
