Started off offensive insinuating as a woman that I couldn't be the homeowner/decision maker, but then totally redeemed themselves at consultation and install! Quality materials, lifetime warranty, and beautiful doors = happy homeowner that will sleep well tonight.

They did a great job on the attic insulation. Going to use them for my gutters next. Great quality for an affordable price.

Just had a new roof installed by PHRG. The job was extremely well done from start to finish. We were checking with different companies to do this job, but we were sold on the attention to detail and product quality as explained and demonstrated by the sales representative. The installation crew showed up as scheduled and worked diligently through less than stellar weather conditions. They were courteous, worked efficiently, and when they were done it was nearly impossible to know that any work was done on our home...since absolutely no debris was left behind. We would honestly recommend this company to anyone interested in a quality and professional roofing installation on their home.

We had Power put a new roof on our house. They did a fantastic job. We had salesmen come out twice to speak with us and they spent lots of time with us answering all of our questions and setting our minds at ease. The day of the install went flawlessly. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, finished the install early and in one day and cleaned up after themselves. The roof looks great, the foreman even fixed a missing piece of siding for us as well as other miscellaneous issues that arose during the install. We are very pleased with our new roof and the work that the guys from Power did. They will be coming back to install new insulation as well.

The folks from Power are all so professional and well informed. I have done quite a lot of investigation into the quality of window construction and their product is exceptional. Their personable nature and customer service excellence really makes dealing with them a pleasure. I also appreciated the follow up phone calls reminding me of the appointment and after installation to ensure our satisfaction.

We just had PHRG out for a second time to install some more windows. Due to the cost to replace all of the windows we have to do it in different phases. Both times the workers were very professional and performed the job quickly (With the heat off on a Chicago winter day the temperature only dropped in the house 4 degrees while they replaced 4 windows the first time). They asked me to review their work occasionally during the install, and it always looked perfect. The caulking job is first rate on all the windows. After the first install I used a temperature gun to see if the windows were an improvement over the old ones. The gun showed the new windows 5-10 degrees warmer (in the winter) than the old ones. The warranty is a big selling point as well. Overall, worth the price, and after the installers are done you will never know they were there except for the brand new window.

Hired Power Home Remodeling Group to replace 32 windows and a door to the deck.
All 32 windows replaced in 2.25 days by a crew of 2 and the result is excellent. The crew was professional and cleaned everything.

Could not replace the door because surprisingly incorrect size door was sent after everything was measured twice by two different people! They have ordered a correct size door but it will take 25 days.

Other than a small disappointment about the door, completely satisfied with the product, the installation and professional crew.

I had the work done on my home today and never had such a professional organization work on my home. The project manager was very nice and personable. I would strongly recommend this company to do any remodeling work. We will definitely be repeat customers.

From the moment they came they were very professional, neat and organized. They were swift and efficient. I think the upstairs windows were a bit of a challenge. We would definitely use Power again for any needs.

I was very impressed with Power from the knowledgeable and pleasant salesman, through the installation of additional insulation in my attic rafters and on the floor and the capping of my soffet and facia, along with new gutters with leaf guards.
The two service teams were professional and polite and gave my projects excellent execution and completion. I would highly recommend Power to all of my friends and family, and I will contact them again, when I am ready to replace my roof. I am very impressed with their 50-year warrenty.

Hired power to redo our roof. Very good customer service throughout the whole process. I had power out to look at my roof. My sales consultant BRIAN WAS GREAT. The crew was on time and they were easy to communicate with. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up very well. In trying to ascertain whether or not i made the right decision going with them prior to install i talked to my brother in law and as it turns out he used them for his roof and was very pleased. i am also very pleased that i chose them.

I recently 3/2013 had 9 windows model SL 2700 installed by this company during a Cold Temp Period and I am very pleased with the Window, and the installation from start to finish. Windows are very solid workmanship, the outside noice reduction is the first thing that I noticed, the overall looks are excellent inside and out. There now is no drafts that I can feel and I live in an area that has a nasty north wind, that my previous windows from a well know company can not match. I have no reason not to recommend an Excellent

We had a great experience with Power Home. Remodeling group. Everyone was so helpful and professional, from the first sales guy to the installers to the manager. The windows were installed quickly and the crew cleaned up everything perfectly. We have only had the windows for a few days, but already notice that the heat isn't kicking in as much. The energy efficiency is great and the lifetime warranty is excellent.

We ve had two separate issues with window caulking and water leakage and a gap in our front door that was installed by power HRG. when we called to have it evaluated the earliest service time was over a month after we called for each issue. For both of these issues they were not really issues that could have or should have waited for over a month and neither customer service representative spoken to seemed to understand the gravity of having water leakInto your newborn son s room or heat loss and energy wasting from the front door in the winter.

When I brought this up I was merely put on the cancellation list. We spent $14000 and are definitely not going to see that in energy cost savings...it s unfortunate because it seemed like such a good company in the beginning.

I've had several homes prior to this one and the one before it I completely gutted and remodeled it. I KNOW how much things should cost. I also know when I'm being sold BS. I downsized and I was looking to insulate an attic in a small rancher that measures 1200 sq ft. There was some insulation up there but some areas didn't have any at all. I was getting quotes from various companies and came across Power Home Remodeling on Anjie's list. They had gotten very good reviews. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews because I experienced pretty much everything on that list. When I called, the gentleman on the phone kept insisting that my husband must be present. My husband has Alzheimer's and doesn't know what day of the week it is. Which I explained to him. He then wanted to email me their website and kept informing me about what an excellent company they were. I just want an estimate. I scheduled an appt for 10 am and was called the night before. He again insisted my husband be present for the sales pitch. Again I told them he has Alzheimer's and he wasn't going to be making any decisions whatsoever. Then he had the nerve to ask me if I "have power of attorney." Excuse me. I OWN the house. I've been having work done on this house steadily since we moved in in November. Never has anyone questioned me like this. Then after confirming with him that I would be home the next morning he told me someone would call again at 8am to confirm again. I just confirmed. Why are you waking me up? Sure enough, at 8am they called to confirm again. And asked that both parties be present. The salesman showed up. He was a nice enough guy. But I hate it when they try to sell you the company and not the service you want. All I want is the bottom line. Cut to the chase, give me a written estimate and leave. I watched videos and looked at newspaper articles about how wonderful the company is. Then I got the price. Now mind you, the first estimate I got was from a local business that has been in business since 1971 with an A plus rating with BBB. He is licensed, insured and has workmen's comp. He quoted me $1999.00 to install pro vents (which there were none) and to bring the insulation up to R-49. He said he'd also throw in an insulated cover for the attic opening. He'd also do some foam sealing. The second estimate was for $1950 with the same services. This salesman pretty much put aside any real estimate for just the blown in insulation and kept trying to sell me on putting a sheeting material up all over the attic making it a metal box, saying they would insulate every opening with foam and put insulation in the electric outlets. However I explained I had spent much more on this house that I had initially figured on and I just wanted some insulation so all the heat didn't go out the roof. So their price for just blown in insulation was $6600 and for the sheeting etc was $19,800. Not gonna happen in this lifetime. Then he asked me how much I thought it should be. Just give me an estimate. Then he brought the price down to $15,171. Then he brought it down to 11,921. Then $10,800 with the understanding that he was seriously "under estimating" the job and when the other guy got there they would probably raise the price. Oh, and the price was only good if I signed today. Then he said he shouldn't but he'd hold that quote till Monday. Ok. But it's still gonna be "No". Then he wanted to know if I wanted anything else done. Windows? Roof? How about a new front door? I'm not going to use them. And I have always received a written estimate whenever someone has come to give me one. He just wrote some figures on the back on a piece of paper and that was it. I would stay far away from this company. Oh, and I just texted the salesman to tell him I wasn't interested and he asked me to SHRED THE ESTIMATE because they aren't supposed to leave them on the "first pricing". Exactly how many prices do they need to do. Check out yelp reviews. They are at least 3X higher than anyone else.

My saleman was well informed and patient with me. When he saw that my existing windows were in good condition and did not need to be repalced at this time he then focused on my love of a garden window in my kitchen. We worked together to make this dream a reality. The day they installed the garden window it was sunny and bright. The installers were prompt, courtesous and neat. They finished the installation in the allotted time and left my house clean and neat. I love my Garden Window.

I have been blown away with this company and the product. I had 6 upstairs windows installed mid March and my old house is much warmer. From the initial salesman Tom to the installer Joe, everyone is well informed and knowledgable with great attitudes. Power sent out John to make final measurements and clear up final decisions. On the day of install PHRG sent out another well informed representative Brian and he helped me with a new roof, facia, soffits, siding and the rest of my windows. It's a fantastically organized company with top of the line products and a lifetime warranty (on windows and siding and 50 years on roof) that transfers, what more could you ask for? I discovered PHRG just as I was looking to get bids on all the things my home needed. I was interested in a company I had faith in and a product that was going to last and I found that when I learned about Power Home Remodeling Group.

Do not use this company! They are unable to even give me a simple quote, I have asked for 2 estimates for my 2 properties and they keep saying they can not even come out to the property. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone. They also called to see if I was interested but then said again that they can't come out. It is so disorganized from just a sales aspect.

I have used power twice now for two different projects. I have the home sided first. This time around, there were two roofing leaks diagnosed and I decided to do the roof. Through both installs, I have found them to be highly professional, timely and communicative. Additionally, I noticed a huge savings in my energy bills. My oil bills during the winter months decreased by about 1/3. My house now looks like a brand new house!!

Power came out to my house in 19127, provided me with a free estimate for my roof and educated me on the Power Home Remodeling company. Once we discussed their competitive pricing and reviewed the materials used for the build, they explained every detail of the process that would take place from that point on. Starting with a pre-installation inspection, what would happen the date of installation and the quality assurance inspection when the job was done. During my pre-installation Power's pre-installation inspection manager Jeff Gordun came out and further explained in detail the installation process and discovered some barriers to completing the project. I had chimney issues and some unstable beams in my roofing frame that needed to be addressed before we could move on with the project. While this pushed the installation date a little further, I appreciated that Power did not try to rope in the work for extra fees, they did not try to work out of the scope of their practice and do things that they weren't comfortable doing and just wing it to get the job done. This increased my confidence in they company, they were good at what they did and they referred out whatever wasn't in their scope of practice. After resolving the issues, the installation team arrived first thing that morning and began the demolition of the old roof, the workers took time to protect my windows and backyard belongings so they wouldn t be damaged by falling debris, and also laid tarps down to catch all the material. During the install day, a project manager named George visited me and talked through the details of the work with me while they were finishing the demo work. He ensured that the install team was doing everything up to code and that the work was completed (with the right colors and construction) to plan. The installation took one day for a 1000 roofing project, there was a 5 man team working constantly through the day, they only took a 20 minute lunch break, and had everything cleaned up and in the dumpster when the day was done. After the Job, I had a quality insurance manager named Stephen Cooper do a final walk through with me to make sure that everything was to my liking, he even did me a favor and swept up some minor debris that was leftover after the dumpster was taken away. Overall I felt that the project went very smoothly, I always felt like I knew what to expect from them, and they either met or exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend the Power Home Remodeling group to my friends family and neighbors and I would definitely use them again for home improvement projects at my home.

We recently replaced 2 custom sized windows at the front of our home. The process was seamless, the installation took a few hours and I am so happy that we finally jumped at the chance to do this. I met this company's representatives at the Philly Home Show, and think I dodged a bullet when the representative cancelled on me less than two hours before the at-home visit because my husband would not be attending the meeting. I had already indicated that I would be meeting with them myself, however, on the call I was told that it is company policy that the husband and wife attend the meeting - probably for a hard sell and to have access to your combined credit information. Without sharing more personal information here, I will just say that my husband and I discussed the plan for windows ahead of time. He did not feel like he needed to attend the session and trusts my ability to make decisions and collection information, too bad this company does not have the same respect for its potential clients. Yuck!

The installers were absolutely amazing. They could not have been more considerate, polite and professional in extremely hot weather. I recommend the guys to anyone and everyone.

Please don't go door to door soliciting business in the midst of a pandemic. There has to be a better way to find new business than scaring members of the general public in their own homes.

From start to finish the entire Project could not have gone smoother. Initial contact at BJ's was not too high pressure and representative was very positive. Sales team communicated often, showed up on time and had a great "dog and pony" show and had our signatures and an install date before they left ! Now for the fun part. We were hosting our annual Christmas Eve celebration and the install was scheduled for December 23rd!

The team arrived and was able to replace all 16 windows and totally clean up inside and out by the end of the day. They followed our requests for which windows to do first (so decorating could be done) without any reservation or complaint. The windows and trim work look absolutely FANTASTIC and Christmas Eve was a success. I have already received compliments and have suggested Power HRC to a couple of friends.

In Short, we are very happy again. We have done a couple projects with Power. Our Journey started with our sliding glass door, then we had windows done. This last project, we did the roof with them. Through all three separate projects, there are a few impressive constants that have allowed us to do as much work as we have done with them. Everyone has always been trustworthy, polite, and knowledgeable and personable. The quality of work is always very high as well as the product quality. Their warranties are ridiculously good and transfer to the next homeowner. Had a morning appointment for windows to be installed on entire house. The contractors were on time. They were very nice, but never introduced themselves by name. They did good work, they were efficient. They were there to get the job done. I didn't feel like I had to watch them to make sure they were doing what they were supposed to be doing.

By early evening we had what I call "a finisher;" a person to come by to make sure we were satisfied with everything or had any concerns. There was a mixup on one window, but plans were made right away to correct it. Communication within the company was proficient and professional. The finisher also made us aware of projects we could do in the future and introduced us to things we might consider. Again, no pressure to buy. He, also, was friendly, personable and funny.

I would do business with this company again (and I am), and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to go green on their homes or have remodeling done. They wouldn't be sorry.

The install date had to be changed due to the timing of the custom sliding glass door. We called they provided us a new date and they are sending us a Visa Gift Card. The installation day was smooth. The installers were polite and professional. A manager stopped by that evening and showed us how to work the windows and how to activate the warranty. He was professional and helped us with our questions. We needed to schedule an appointment for touch up paint on the exterior windows. I spoke with Dave who helped me schedule a date for the touch up paint. He was empathetic and understood my concern. Overall I could have not asked for a better company to work with. PHRG treated my wife and I like family.

The roofing crew did a great job. We took a look at the roof when it was done and felt like we should have done the gutters too. We decided to have Power come back and do that too since they did exactly what they promised with the roof. I knew this wasn't the cheap route for remodeling, but I feel reassured knowing I picked a reputable company with a real warranty.
