Over priced. Questionable business practices.
Valued repeat customers are called continuously to sell them more products. Customers that ask to be taken of the call list are not. They are simply removed for a few months and when the time stamp expires they are being called again.

My wife and I absolutely LOVE Power Home Remodeling. They are not the cheapest remodeling company out there and they will fully admit that. However, they are also not the most expensive company that we have used for our home remodeling projects.
What Power IS though, is an honest company that stands behind their work 100%. They will treat your home better than their own and will deliver on every promise they make.
We found Power Home Remodeling after having work done by 2 other companies. The first company, Thompson Creek, did good work and we have not had any problems, but there prices are absurd. Also, we were told that we would be eligible for a repeat customer discount if we ever used them again. When we called to inquire about that for another project though, they said they don't do that and they never have.
The second company, Castle Windows, was a nightmare. They replaced the remaining 19 windows in our home. We had so many issues that they ended up uninstalling and reinstalling every last window. The major issue was with the expansion system they use on the windows, which they never told us about during the sales process... it's also not installed on the sample window they bring to your home to demo during the sales process. After calling them out on this, they admitted to it. I also had video showing the temperature fluctuations around the windows which I took using a digital laser temperature gun (I use to do home inspections). I also had video showing strips of tissue paper twirling in the breeze from the air coming in around the windows... this was a result of the expansion system used on 3 of the 4 sides of every window. Getting Castle Windows to honor their warranty was another battle. After several months of phone calls, and several headaches latter, they finally reinstalled every window using an RWD system instead of the expansion packs. They did this at no additional cost. Although Castle Windows did resolve the issues in the end, their cheap prices are not worth the headaches.
I am so glad we found Power Home Remodeling when we needed a new roof. They impressed us so much, we have now used them 3 times. The roof being the first project Power did for us, followed by 2 doors, and then a window which we had to replace to meed egress code since my wife and I do foster care. We have never had any issues and love that each of the crews performing the work went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we were promised. We will continue to use Power Home Remodeling for any and all future home improvement projects. We highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.

During the time that I have dealt with Power, I have found this experience very positive. I have found them to be very professional, not only in replacing my roof, the manner in which they presented themselves to insure quality work. It is really too bad that more businesses don't conduct themselves in this manner. Power home remodeling group gave us a fantastic experience from start to finish. The installation was fast and professional. The materials used were high quality. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Bonuses such as transferable Warrenty and lifetime replacement only enhanced the experience. I highly recommend power home remodeling group for any window, door, or insulation project.
i love how Mr.Phil and MR.Davie are a hard working friendly kind person. and also i love how they come and fix up what need to be done. and also if they need some kind of anything they are not afraid to do it.
I have had a couple of windows replaced and like the installers and crew so much that I just had them replace my roof. I felt more assured with Power Home more than any other contractor that I interviewed. Everyone was superb and friendly. Billy, the foreman on the job has a great crew and he was very thorough at inspecting the work of his crew. During the job, a lot of debris was all over the place that I thought for sure there would be no way of cleaning it all up. I was WRONG. They left my yard in better shape than they found it! I now have the sexiest and strongest roof in the neighborhood. We will use them again to replace our other windows and doors. Well worth the extra money!
Great experience; made a very scary and overwhelming experience easy! The salesman was VERY informative and I left feeling like a window pro. I was very informed about the windows and felt very comfortable making such a large purchase; which can be very scary. They got the windows installed earlier than we thought. They called the morning of; just to let us know they were loading the truck and would be there shortly; they then called when they were outside. Installation was super fast; were here by 8:00am and were out of here by 2pm. They wore foot booties and cleaned up after theirselves; there was no mess. Overall VERY impressed with the whole company and team.
I just had a estimate with Andrew flower and he is awesome. I wish everyone is like him. Attentive , very humble and take his time to show and explained the product. No pressure. He even waited for me I was late. Very kind I will recommend him. And look forward to continue to work with him any new renovation I may decide to do. Ultra pushy sales people knocking on the door all the time. They dont take no for an answer. A minute of your time is actually 30-60 minutes of your time. Just stop please. After you say no they will blow up your phone. Just please stop and go away!!!
I was very pleased with the installation of my windows by power home. Everyone from the salesman to the installer were very professional and I am very pleased with the installation.
