I just got my door installed from power home remodeling ,it is look wonderful and I kove it.

Our salesman, Mike, was persistent but not pushy and, ultimately the most thorough roof salesman we have ever met. His attention to detail left us confident that Power Home Remodeling was the company we wanted to do our roof replacement. The installment was super-fast and the clean-up was great. The only sign that they had been there was the beautiful new roof. If you can sit through the lengthy presentation, the end product is worth it.

Good transaction. Worked with us to figure out our needs. So far, so good!

We just had a couple windows installed by Power. My Sales Rep Dan was really good and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions. The installers were neat and clean and vacuumed up after themselves. What a difference the windows make in the look of the home and I noticed a positive difference with the retention of heat only hours after install. I would recommend them and will likely finish my windows up in the future.

My wife gave them our phone number for a visit but when we changed our minds I kept getting calls and the caller kept hanging up.
It wasn't until I googled their number did I find out who the culprit was.
Infuriating to say the least

I recently had gutters and sofet replaced at my home and was well pleased with the workmanship and quality of work performed.

The installer arrived on time and finished the job within the time frame stated. They had a professional attitude and recommend their work to their supervisors/manager.

I will surely have Power do another job at my residence when the time arives.

Just replaced 12 windows and I am very pleased with the overall project. The sales pitch was professional, informative and convincing. The product appeared superior and definitely pricey -but you get what you pay for. The installation crew of 3 were efficient,
knowledgeable and tidy; very willing to answer any questions and make every accommodation for some rather uneven windowframes in a relatively old house. The job
took approx. 9.5 hours and I was pleasantly surprised that it was finished in one day.
I am planning to replace my basement windows soon and will again hire PHRG to do the job.

Great work and great crew very professional and very neat when it came to cleanliness. My wife and I had 14 windows and sliding door replaced by power and not one issue with the work performed or the crew who came out to do the work. I had siding project done by PHRG. Overall, the experience was professional through out the installation. The workers were making sure that I was satisfied with the install every step. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

The total expierence is great. Professional company who communicates well both internally and with the customer. They take care of the homeowners association submissions for a no hassle expirence. The roof looks great and with the lifetime warranty is worry free purchase. All personnel that i delt with were professional and cared about the company's reputation in the eyes of the customer.

I had my windows and front door installed today. I am loving I. with the living room window it looks larger ,and I now have clear view on my yard. I also have a garden window in my kitchen , I now getting more sun light into my kitchen. I can't wait to add a herb garden. Thank you Power Home .

Best company to get your windows done from. We first got 3 of our floor windows done from them, then we called them to get our garage door, and now we just got all the remaining windows done. Yes, they are a little pricey. But you are paying for the quality of the work, professionalism, and their life-time warranty. The best part is their life-time warranty, just give them a call and they are always ready to help. Amazing customer service. After they do a project, they will regularly call to make sure you are satisfied with their work. Sometimes people like me will hesitate to call, or are busy, so when you get a call from them, it's easy to tell them if you need something fixed or have any questions. They are very clean with their projects, we had gotten work done from local constructors and they left a great mess. Power does not leave my house in ruins, they clean up after themselves, and take their garbage with them. In my experience, they have always been wiling to negotiate on prices, and also provide installment plans, which help big time. I've only had good experiences with them. Professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I am so disappointed! Although the roof looks great, getting there was nothing but a disaster, from start to finish! We sat in my living room for almost 3 hours and from the start we told him we needed the decking replaced, not once, but twice, he assured us it was included in the price, well, it wasn't. So what are you to do when they start ripping your shingles off the roof? Yup, backed in a corner. But that wasn't the end...they said they would have 6-7 workers here, we had 4; they ran out of shingles, not once, but twice, so a project that was to be done in one day, took 2. The dumpster is still sitting in my driveway until tomorrow because they don't work on the weekend. The mess and such disrespect for my property was a total shock to me. They threw my gutter screens all over the yard, they never but back up the tarps, so i had shingles, wood, nails and paper all over my yard and my neighbors yard. They do give you a beautiful picture when they come and speak to you, but the reality will hit you hard!

Installation is the smoothest home maintenance I've experienced so far. Staff were personable and made sure I knew who was coming in and out of my home and why. They also made sure I understood the scope of work and how the day would progress.

Excellent service! This company has a ton of window designs to choose from and they stand behind their product 100%. We have used them for 8 windows and will continue to use them in the future.

We had the three windows in our master bedroom replaced by Power Home Remodeling group. The installer was very kind, professional and experienced. He took time to explain any questions we had. He cleaned after himself so there was no mess after he completed the job. He finished the project by the time he estimated to be done and that was important to us becuase we needed to go and pick our kid from scchool. We are very happy with the new windows. The windows are excellent and were installed with great care. The installers were on time, efficient and cleaned up. The company has presented itself as honest and caring. We never felt as though we were being "sold" windows but that they care for the well being of our house and family. We are so happy with the product and installation that we are conting our home projects with Power.

I feel so educated about my house and how it has been put together. I understand every piece of roof, siding, and window that has been put on my house and how it was manufactured. To top it off I have never worked with any company that cares so much about how happy I am with the job they performed after we paid.

My husband and I were truly pleased with the work team and project manager who put our roof on. Randy Lewis was the young man who stopped by our house and presented Power Home Remodeling Group to us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The presentation was great and the fact that he was a good Christian man is what sold me on the company. After speaking with Randy, two gentlemen came out and took some measurements and then scheduled our project. Promptly on the scheduled day William Mueller and his roofing team were at our home about 8:30 am. They worked very diligently and in a professional manner. The job was completed and it looked absolutely fabulous! The day before the project was to begin, a large trash receptacle was delivered along with the necessary equipment and supplies for the roof. Once the job was done, the roofing team cleaned up everything and told us that someone would be by to remove the trash receptacle. Since it was Easter week-end, the receptacle will be removed on Monday after Easter. I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling Group to anyone who needs a new roof. The products they use are top of the line and their work is guaranteed. Thanks for a job well done!

Took several attempts to get the initial appointment with Power Home Group. Initial session was very informative and long. Reserve a lot of time as they want to make sure you understand their product. Yesterday, the team came out to install our windows for the whole house. Despite a thunderstorm, the team was early and worked diligently completing the job almost 11 hours later. I was kept informed the whole time of where they were in the process. I was also impressed how neatly they worked. Work was checked and rechecked. In the end, the windows are beautiful and we can all ready feel the difference in out heating.

The sales presentation was longer than expected, but very informative nonetheless. The windows were originally supposed to be installed on Monday, but due to rain they are now being installed today and everything has gone very well. The new windows look very nice and I am happy with the choice I made to go with Power.

We hired Power Home Remodeling Group to install a new roof on our home after it was in need of some major TLC. They delivered on every promise they made during the initial estimate. The estimate was a very long meeting, and the salesman put on a "hard sell", but despite that, we decided our roof needed to be replaced and we decided to go forward with the work. They completed the work, exactly on the date that was set. The materials were delivered as promised, and the entire process was over in a single day. The old roof was removed, and the new roof was put on in one day. There was a bit of light rain first thing in the morning, but it cleared out by 8:30 or so, and the workers were completely finished and gone by 5:30 in the afternoon. The new roof looks great and my wife and I have a lot more security when we hear a storm is on its way.

Great job on my gutters. They arrived early, cleaned up well & helped fix my sensor lights as a bonus.

Had two different install teams from Power come to our house. The reason for this was we originally purchased four windows to replace some damaged ones. About a month later we were so satisfied with the windows that we had them come back to replace the remaining 7. In all we purchased 11 windows. We love the windows and the quality of them and had an excellent experience with both install teams. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up like they promised. They had me inspect every window when it was installed to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the installation.

We have now used Power HRG 3 times and have a 4th improvement scheduled. They are a fantastic company and do quality work, are easy to talk with and very professional. You owe it to yourself to give them a chance if your thinking about any home improvements you won't be sorry.

We have had some bad experiences in the past. But with Power HRG it was a GREAT experience. Justin our salesmen was great. The installers were professional. We love our new Windows.

I knew I needed windows and I was going to do it myself but then Power came out and gave an estimate and the guy was really informative and the product looked great. The windows just got installed and it went smooth. Installer did a great job. Would recommend.

From the presentation to the installation, the entire process has been great! I received several calls confirming the time, the crew and what they would be doing. These guys came in, put their tarps down and got to work. A few short hours later, you would not be able to tell they were here. I can already hear the difference with these windows blocking out the noise from all the activity going on with our neighbors. My old windows were so terrible that they howled when any wind came through, you could hear every bird, plane and car and I'm looking forward to a great night sleep with a constant temperature. I would definitely recommend these guys. Professional installation and a superior product.

They went house to house completely ignoring the sign that says no soliciting in the neighborhood. You should have been arrested.

Over the last month I've been having my home remodeled by Power. I couldn't be happier with the work that has been done. The materials used far exceed what was on my home originally. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. If you have any thoughts of remodeling your home you should have Power give you a free estimate.

Since I had never heard of Power Home Remodeling I had some trepidations at first. But it happened that we did need a new living room window so my wife and I decided to take a leap of faith and purchase one. Well, as it turns out it was an excellent move on our part. All of the employees of Power were extremely professional and very pleasant. The window looks incredible! We have received many compliments on it. It was a bow window with 5 panes. We love the way our living room looks with the new window.
I will not hesitate to use Power again if we need any additional work done on our house.

The installers were very careful and skillful with the installation. They answered all of my questions and were very patient with my concerns about my security system. They did not rysh thriugh the installation, but rather took plenty of time to do everything carefully. The new door frame looks great. It makes the front of my house look very attractive.

Scheduled for an estimate for 8 windows and possibly a bay window for our living room for today 1/10/2020 at 6:30 PM. My husband received confirmation call telling us they would be here. Well it s 8:15 PM and No Call saying they where stuck in traffic or can we reschedule. If you can t show up on time or even call saying we are running late or can t make it that shows us that 1 what would happen during an installation and two you don t want our business.

Do not give them your info or set up a quote unless you plan to buy. After the sales guy used every cheesy sales tactic in the book to sign up after a long quoting process, they call me every 3 weeks after telling them to stop calling me.

We are really very happy with the bay window that Power installed in our home. We loved our sales lady Nicole. She was very funny and made the process entertaining. The install was easy and everything was kept clean. The end product looks great and I would certainly recommend them.

The experience with Power has been 5-star thus far. I do not sit well through long presentations, but the sales rep was informative and made us feel comfortable moving forward with Power. We have no regrets and though the job is not completely finished as of this writing, the windows look great and will be finished in the one-day promised.

We had 12 windows installed by PowerHRG about 2 years ago. Everything about PHRG is top notch. The salesman had a great presentation, with so much information that it was a very easy decision to choose PHRG. The installation took one day, and the workers were all great, polite, and helpful in answering our questions. The quality of their windows is second to none. We replaced another top "name brand" window that was about 20 years old. The PHRG windows made an immediate impact on the comfort level in our upstairs. After putting the 12 new windows in our upstairs, we noticed an immediate reduction in temperatures during the summer, as well as warmer winters. We are very pleased with the windows we had installed from PHRG, and we would definitely use them again in the future.

I recently bought a home and I had Power Home Remodeling Group come to my home for a free estimate to do some replacement work on windows. The energy saving benefits of the project were explained to me and the quality and durability of the windows were demonstrated for me. I met with my Project Manager he worked with me to finalize the details of the specific windows I was having installed. The morning of my scheduled installation the team showed up at their appointed time. They made sure that my possessions were protected and not damaged in any way. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything before they left. I was contacted that morning by Quality Assurance and someone came to visually inspect the work that I had had completed. I was contacted before each appointment by the call center to confirm that I had an appointment scheduled and was notified that if this time no longer worked for me then I should give them a call. I was very pleased with my experience with the Power Home Remodeling Group. I found their personnel very knowledgeable and they were very helpful in planning and executing my project. I would recommend them to others and would definitely use them again for other projects in my home.

Everyone was nice and a good job putting in my windows. The windows look so much better than old ones.

Had this company out for a FREE ESTIMATE.. I feel as though i should have charged them for the 5 hours.. yes 5 HOURS they were in my home. I said repeatedly that I was not ready to buy, but the salesman kept pushing to the point where my wife text me and asked me to ask them to leave. I have no doubt they are a good company, but the pressure put on my wife and I in our own home was extremely uncomfortable. I will be very skeptical asking anyone in my home again.

From beginning to end our time with power was wonderful. I would recommend to anyone! We loved our experience!

I enjoyed the detail that the company provides to you when getting the estimate. I really appreciated the demonstration the salesmen showed me so I was making a good decision. Very good communication throughout the whole process, and everyone arrived when they said they were going to. They installed my 13 windows in 1 day.

From start to finish, I was very impressed with everyone I spoke to & worked with at Power. More than any other home remodeling company I ve ever worked with, they went above & beyond to accommodate me and provide a final product that looks great. I m confident that I made a great decision in investing in my home and choosing Power. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends & family.

As many others have pointed out, most of the reviews here, on Guild Quality and Angie's List are fake - posted by "Internet Reputation Management" companies. Angie's List is worst, because they pay for high ratings there.

That being said, they use the most classic shady sales techniques you'll ever encounter. Any honest review lists the scheme exactly the same, and that is what I encountered.

1. Four hour onsite estimate where you are their best friend, and they "don't want to see you get ripped off like the other contractor did to you"
2. "Your roof will cave in any day now." You need to replace it now or you could die!
3. "I just called my manager, and he authorized me to give you a discount good today only since you seem hesitant."
4. "If you sign now, the price is lower. Why wouldn't you sign now? It needs to be done. There is nothing another contractor would say that would make you want to go with them! Don't you want to save money? What do you mean you want to think about it? Are you saying 100,000 other customers made a bad decision?" (this essentially means "buy now before you check the Internet to see what we just did)
5. Then, they don't leave unless you buy right away or tell them five times to leave.

Just really sad. Check the real reviews on other consumer review sites. Do a Web search for 'Power Home Remodeling high pressure sales scam' - prepare to be amazed.

Companies like this basically make all their sales off the elderly and overly trusting people that haven't been scammed before.

I encourage you to have them visit your home. It is worth the four hour pitch just to learn how professional sales slime carny their way into your bank account.
