Well, the product seemed to be ok and the installation was almost competent. But I had a new window put in to replace a pair. The old windows were alarmed and the alarm company said to tell the installer to make sure the wires were accessible. It turns out that they buried one of the wires. When the alarm company came to reconnect they couldn't do a simple install because of the buried wire. They had to run new wire. So this doubled my cost. So Power gets a thumbs-down. The lessons I learned were 1) oversee every aspect of any job to the point of hovering over the work force and 2) don't use Power any more!
