I would not recommend this company. Its sad because they do nice work. Their reliability and customer service on the other hand is sub-par. When I originally bought my window and door(1/15/20) I was well aware of the lead time of 10 weeks(the salesman was at my house for 5 hours). There was a pre-install inspection where they came out and measured everything (a day i had to take off).Then covid hit and it pushed back my install date, which Is understandable. Then the day of my install(a day my wofe had to take off) the window is too big. Again I understand that people make mistakes but it pushed me back another 4 weeks because another window had to be made. Then I finally get another install date, yesterday 7/29/20. My appointment was for 12-2pm. 2:30 comes around nobody showed up and no phone call saying they would be late. I call them and they tell me its now pushed back to 5 (they ended up showing up at 5:45). And when i talked to the director he made it sound like I should be grateful that I was getting it done that day at all. I spent a lot of time and money(they re not cheap at all) into getting this done and to get treated like that is unacceptable.
