Window installation today :Great customer service, sales rep and project, site manager, installment quick and professional, great company follow up, team very professional, on time. Cleaned up after job. Would "highly recommend " Power Home Remodeling.

This is the second house where I had windows installed by Power Home Remodeling Group. I recently bought my current home and unfortunately the 30 year old Anderson's were drafty and cold with pitted foggy glass. I so missed the windows that I had in my last house I made the decision to go ahead and do it again with this house. No, they are not cheap. However, neither is the product. Their people are professional, courteous and the installation is done in a clean, neat, orderly and efficient manner. I hate spending this amount of money, but I do not regret the expense once I see the difference inside and out.

Power home remodeling does great work and we are very satisfied with the workmanship looking forward to having more work done.

Great product and excellent service. We had the windows done in the whole house and the front doors as well. I definitely recommend this company!

From start to finish everything went smoothly for our window replacements. We had five windows replaced after having three done and being pleased with the service and product. Power worked with our schedule to install the windows when it was convenient for us and were patient with us having to move our dogs around when they did windows in different rooms. They called us to verify our appointments and called us afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with the service and product. The installers were professional and courteous as well and cleaned up as if they were never even here. We also had a small problem with a screen from the first project and since it is warrantied for life they came out and fixed it with no questions. Had a great experience each time.

This is a very professional company; the work was done with very skillful and courteous workers, they arrived at the given time (not always something I have had happen in various other instances), and we were well advised as to any preparation on our part.

Our consultant Brandon Bebee was cordial, polite, and very knowledgable. He did not pressure us, but made us very comfortable. The installation was extremely clean and fast and the installers were very respectful of our home.

I had Power replace all windows and gutters. This company is outstanding in customer service and follow through as well as product. The new windows have significantly reduced the outside noise level. The professionalism of each employee was outstanding. I have never worked with a company that embraces technology to simplify the process as Power does. The install team arrived on time (if not even earlier) and went right to work. There was no need to clean up after them; the areas were immaculate. I would recommend them to friends and family.

So I have to say..... their work is impeccable. Every step of the project was flawless. I'm a stickler for good communication and they were overly communicative! They fit the project within our budget and made our home look beautiful! Totally recommend Power for a 5-star job!

Power Home Remodeling Group just finished our new windows my wife wanted. How exciting is she going to be when she gets home. At first she just ordered 4 windows, but before the install date we added 5 more. We had 9 windows installed today. What an amazing group with an excellent product. From start to finish, the folks at Power Remodeling Group were profesional, courteous and efficient. Thanks to Bruno Regis and Paul for a great installation experience. We just had 4 windows installed and they look great. Our installer was fast, neat and friendly. He demonstrated the various features of the new windows for us before he left. We are planning on doing several more windows with Power, because they not only did a good job, but they stay in touch throughout the process.

The material quality and workmanship are outstanding. We're very happy with our upgraded roofing. We surely would like to have other upgrades with them.

I have read some of the other reviews here on Google and I have no idea how anyone can give them anything above 1 star (I'd give them a 0 if I could). We fell for the old "we're doing a project in the neighborhood... so let me give you an estimate" routine. So, we're in the market for a new roof and I thought we'd let them provide the estimate. Long story short, they spent 2 & 1/2 hours with the presentation just to tell me that the price was $23k for a 2100sf roof job. I've had estimates for 1/4 of that. Now, they did provide financing on that for 27% which was 84 payments of $780/mon for a total of ~65k. Of course, if you acted right away they'd drop it to 20k, then 18k, then finally 17k. The salesman literally argued with me on why I didn't want to sign a contract that night. I had to throw the guy out. If you are looking for home improvement companies, move on from these guys and find someone local with recommendations.

We were extremely impressed from our initial consultation with Jeremy through our quality assurance experience with Bill. This company prioritizes customer experience and quality. Would recommend to anyone considering having windows redone.

Overall, process was great. From the initial estimate to the installation from the follow-up after the work was completed. We are planning on additional work for Power Home Remodeling Group to complete. Chris Romanchick was the Remodeling Consultant that really assisted us on the overall process. He really wanted to help us out with all of our needs, and used every resource to provide us the best overall experience.

Overall awesome experience. From the sales process to the measuring process to the actual install the guys from power were amazing. The windows look great. There was a small issue with some the windows not being measured correctly but their customer service took care of it at no cost for me. The lifetime guarantee makes me feel secure as well. Looking forward to using power again.

I dont want to sound like a cliche' customer review that someone reads and thinks "they must work for the company, this is too good to be true" so here goes nothing... I really had a great experience with power home remodeling, the windows are great and it was the crew that installed them that made my experience the best. The crew was friendly and through some small talk i found that they used to do windows and siding for 20+ years before they joined with power remodeling, that made me feel comfortable. Also in talking with them they told me that this really is one of the best windows they have installed and they used to do this for contractors installing whatever the home owner wanted. Good experience, they replaced 12 windows ( one of which was over 5ft tall and 7ft long ) very pleased with my experience.

My windows aren't latching. There seems to be too wide of a gap between the latch and the lock and it will not catch. I've talked to someone over the phone who said to slide the top part up and open the window as if I'm cleaning it, then closing it while maintaining upward pressure on the top portion of the window but that isn't doing the trick. My house is unsecured and this is unacceptable. I'm extremely disappointed in my service and my project so far. In addition to this, there's holes in the screens and a very poor silicon job on my sliding door. The nearest appointment is two months away and that's the best we can do? I cannot stress enough how dissatisfied I am.

They removed the siding on the shed dormer and replaced all flashing and the put back the siding, Other contractors would just use the old flashing

The people at Power were extremely professional and accomodating.I had to re schedule my appointment and they were very good about it. The finished the job quickly and they didnt amke a mess. I would certainly recomend them to anyone looking for a positive experience in re modeling

We recently hired Power Home for a large siding project. Here are the pro's and con's. We were impressed with the Sales Presentation by Earl, who came to our home to perform the estimate. The estimate process was longer than expected and the initial price point was very high (higher than 3 other estimates we received). We changed options to lower the overall bid, however we had to commit that day to get a "special price" which was somewhat frustrating. On the first day of installation, a dumpster arrived at our home and we had no communication of this delivery. We live on a street with ONLY public parking, so this took hours to figure out, move cars and make room for the dumpster (this could of been avoided if we knew to block spots days prior). The installation went smooth and the crew was very kind and took all safety precautions. We're very happy with the final look.

Run! I'm not sure where all of these positive reviews came from but please do yourself a favor and just don't. They came to our house soliciting around our neighborhood. We stupidly agreed to have them come give us an estimate for a roof. The guy was at our house for over two hours going on and on about how great they are. It's clearly a very rehearsed salesy spiel. Two hours into it, dinner was ready and cooked and we had a fussy newborn, I asked the guy if he was almost done. His response, "why, do you have somewhere to be"! My jaw dropped. Not to mention there estimate was 50k which is a joke. Now they won't stop calling us! Just run, don't give them your number!!

Worker were professional and fast. Great craftsmanship done by all that we dealt with. Even after a dispute with the office they managed to resolve everything quickly and efficiently. Extremely satisfied with Power.

I am writing this on behalf of Horace McCrary and myself. Power Home Remodeling Group installed 14 windows and we have nothing but good things to say about them. They came on time and were very professional, courteous, and possessed great work ethics. They constantly cleaned up after themselves and keep us apprised of any changes big or small. We are very pleased with the finished work and the house is so much cooler with these windows. The windows are doing everything that they promised it would do. I do highly recommend them.

We just had our roof replaced by Power HRG this week. Our experience with Power, as usual, has been fantastic! Just a little background, we have dealt with Power now for our third project. In 2013, we completely replaced all of our windows and that made a huge improvement in the noise level coming into the house. As we replaced the windows shortly after moving in, we cannot comment on whether we had any energy savings with the windows. The windows are of excellent quality and look very nice. In fall 2014, we had Power install the solar eclipse and attic insulation to maximize our energy efficiency, and finally now we completely replaced the roof as our original roof did not have proper ventilation. The result is amazing! The crew came on time and got the job done in 1 day (it was estimated to take 2.5-3 days as our roof is huge)! We couldn't have been happier with the job and look forward to possibly doing more projects with them down the road.

The entire experience with the Power Company was great from the sales to the completion of the windows. Everyone we worked with was very nice to work with. I love the windows. I would recommend this company to every one.

We had a tremendous experience with Power Home Remodeling group from start to finish. Especially during the installation process. Greg, the project foreman, was great. We were going through a challenging renovation project. We just had our hardwood floors sanded, and they only had a been died and received 1 coat of stain, so they were in a 'sensitive' state. Greg informed his crew, and they were awesome, not one nick or piece of debris was left. And the windows look AWESOME. It's the first thing everybody comments on when the see our house.

The installation was super fast, extremely efficient, and the installers were very, very personable. I was amazed at how simple they made it look to install this huge bay window. I previously did my roof and front door with Power Home Remodeling Group, and I got exactly the same great experience I've learned to expect on the bay window.

They (John, Head manager) LIE and promise that you will receive $780 after 2 weeks of training. Thus for meaning, you would receive your check on your 3rd week of employment with this company. Unfortunately you will not receive the $780 after training. I literally received a $312.98 check. This was very upsetting due to me having bills to pay such as rent. I am now behind on a few of my bills because I was expecting the $780. Since I started working with BluePrint Solution (Power Home and Remodeling) I have asked on numerous occasions if the pay was based fully off of commission. John (Head manager) beats around the bush when answering this question. He first stated that there was a $400 base pay, then later went on to say that you have the option of either going fully commission or having the $400 base pay plus commission. Then a few days later, I asked him about the pay and he stated that I shouldn t worry because we get paid based off of performance in the field, so I shouldnt worry as much. When I asked him to clarify he then stated that we get $260 from every estimate/demo that we get and that the goal is to get at least 3-4 demos a day. I then asked about the base pay and he stated that there wasn t one. He stated that employees get paid based off their performance in the field. Thus for meaning if you do not get an estimate/demo for that week you will not get paid. He then went ahead to try and assure me that, that never happens because they have a PITCH that they follow when they go door to door trying to get people to sign up for a free estimate on windows, roofing, or siding. When I finally received my check after training and saw that I only had a $312.98 check I asked John (Head manager) about the rest of my missing funds. He then became irate with me, swearing and cursing, telling me that he explained the pay to me before. Instinctively, I became agitated and frustrated that my HEAD MANAGER is cursing me out over what seemed to be a pretty simple question. I am currently in the midst of filing a report against this company and the HEAD MANAGER (JOHN) out of TOWSON MARYLAND. I started my employment with this company on the 13th of August, 2019. I Didn t get paid til the the 30th of August, 2019. First paycheck (Training pay) did not reflect the amount ($780) that was discussed/promised during interview process. I hope this was helpful for anyone seeking employment with this company.

I had Power install new gutters on my house, and it was a smooth process through and through. They provided ample information getting started, performed a quick and clean installation, and sent quality assurance afterwards to inspect and ensure that everything was done correctly (which of course, it was). I'll be using them again in the future!

I had the roof replaced and attic insulated on my home and gutters and fascia replaced on my garage. Power HRG was timely, courteous, and professional throughout every step of the process. I really appreciated that they were able to work around my schedule. You can really tell that everyone on the team works well together based on their efficiency and generally friendly attitude while they complete some grueling work.
I plan on using Power HRG for additional projects in the future and would definitely recommend them to a friend.

My installation date for my rear sliding doors changed due to weather. The new installation date was a day I needed to leave my house by 11am. Unfortunately the installer did not get the memo that he needed to arrive as early as possible. He came at 9:30 and I told him my dilemma. He said, "I'm sure I can install this and get you in your way on time." He did! And he did it with professionalism and precision. I locked up and left him to do clean-up on the exterior. When I returned, everything was completed. A follow-up inspection was done later in the day. The sliding doors look great! I highly recommend this company.

Do not ever give them your number. We had an estimate setup and when they called to confirm they couldn t do the time they promised so we had to reschedule. We did and right before they came out they cancelled because both my husband and I wouldn t be home, first off sounds shady if the both of us have to be home and 2nd we work opposite shifts and never home at the same time. We told them that and said we will call to reschedule. I have since then received a call at least once and day and even more. No one is on the phone when I pick up and it s an automated response. I m interrupted during work hours and it s not okay.

Power was very professional, each person we dealt with in the company was very knowledgable, and was able to explain all of their products in simple terms so we understood. Very good communication throughout the whole process. When they day of the install came, everything that was explained what was going to be done, actually happened. The installers were very precise and meticulous and made sure they protected our home. Thrilled with the 13 windows and the one sliding glass door.

Will Never do business with them!! Set up an appointment for this saturday morning. My husband was called into work so we had to cancel. Also told the represenative that I had a death in the family when he wanted to reschedule for sunday. No condolences offered. Told him after the Holidays were over would be better. He mumbled "we'll call ya" and hung up on me.
I work to hard for my money. I'll give it to a company who hires a phone representative with manors.

Had a great experience with Power buying and adding new windows to my home. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The experience with Power Home Remodeling Group was good. The issues we had was that there were 2 wrong windows installed and the installer had to come back and install the correct window. Before leaving I checked all the work that had been done. One of the screens was not secured tightly in the bottom of one of the windows. The screen was replaced immediately. Another window had a block that should have been removed upon installation. This was also removed immediately.

The week before the correct windows were to be installed I received a call asking when I would be available for a representative to come out to the house for an estimate for the windows. (the windows were already installed). There seems to be disconnect between the estimate department and the installation department.

Other than these 2 issues I am satisfied with the quality of the windows and will probably have more windows replaced in the future. We are also going to get estimates for siding.

Everyone was incredibly responsive, prompt, friendly and polite. If I had to get windows again i'd do it with these guys in a heartbeat.

Love the windows!!! We replaced 31 windows and 2 doors for what I consider a reasonable price. We were approached when the neighborhood sales team knocked on the door. We had been considering replacing our windows (28 year old original windows). The entire process was easy. Nick gave a good albeit lengthy sales presentation. The windows came when promised and the install took exactly what they said it would. They did an excellent job installing the new kitchen garden window and replacing the french door with a slider! The new windows are very nice, easy to open and close. My only comment is that with the new windows we have about 4 inches less of glass so the windows themselves are a bit smaller... this wasn't mentioned at any time... so it was a bit of a shock...doesn't make me love them any more or less.... just would have been nice to know in advance.

We were pleased with everyone from the salesman to the project manager. The workers were neat and orderly in their work. They did a nice job on our roof even in the snow. When I had a question, they were very responsive. The 50 year warranty was a huge factor on our selecting this roofing system. We will definitly call them to bid on future work.

Our experience with PHRG was an excellent one. They completed our garage roof a couple of weeks ago, and we were so impressed they will be doing our home roof in a few weeks.

The salespeople were extremely personable and knowledgeable, and listened earnestly to our concerns and questions. When the installation took place, the crew was on time, and our garage roof was completed in half a day. The clean up was impeccable; you would never know the roof had just been torn apart and redone.

The price was also terrific. Thank you, PHRG, for doing such an amazing job--this is why we will be utilizing your services again so soon!

Install team is great. Clean and professional. Sales team is knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the process from beginning to end. And was executed as they said. Would highly recommend this company for Windows and roofing installs.

Do not get anything from this place. They will sell you in the beginning and when it's time for replacements or warranty there is a problem. They will not be honest with you and are not professionals. They do not call before service and when you call them nobody can help you. It takes months to get service for warranty windows they guarantee when purchasing. There is a guy named Bill and he is very unprofessional. He talks to customers with no respect.

We had a bit of an awkward experience initially with Power when a young guy knocked on our door. We were actively looking for windows when he came, so we decided to have them out. They called back a couple times to confirm and they sent out a really nice guy named Sean Ennis. He was amazing and very thorough in showing us all the ins and outs of the windows. What prompted us to move forward with the job was the price, quality of the window and the reputation of the company. When the installer came out, he was great. He was very clean and had great attention to detail. The windows look great. I would definitely recommend them.....and have....to others.

The only caution is that they will HARASS you to do more upgrades any chance they get. It gets a bit obnoxious at times.

Just had our bedroom windows installed by Power Home Remodeling. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. They were prompt, careful, and did an excellent job. Especially appreciated the follow-up with Earl. Every question was answered and we learned a lot from our experience.

Excellent job. Professional and courteous. Team worked well and quality assurance member came on sight and we inspected all of the window installs and went over the function and full warranty with my wife and I. Helped with a minor modification to the sliding door install. Highly recommended.

I met Brenden Donohue at the Atlanta Home Show. We arranged to have someone come out to provide an estimate for a full roof replacement. I was asked numerous times if I promise to be home on the Tuesday at 6pm, that we had agreed upon.
I promised. On that Tuesday, someone from the office called me and again asked if I would be home at 6 p.m. as we agreed, again yes. As if that was not enough, would I be there earlier than 6 p.m., did I want someone there earlier. I said I would be there earlier, if they wanted to arrive earlier, but again!!! I would be there at 6 p.m. I was then informed that their company offered financing, OK-but I didn't ask for financing, and the how was my credit?. I told them I did not feel comfortable discussing my credit with them over the phone, especially since I had not asked for more that an estimate. Within 5-10 minutes after hanging up from this call, I received another call stating they were going to have to reschedule my appointment because they had too many appointments in my area that day. Oh really!! Five minutes ago, they wanted to know if I'd be home, if they could come early and now they were overbooked. They did not try then and have not since attempted to contact me to reschedule. In addition, when I attempted to comment on their website, it was impossible. You need to have a survey number to make a comment, That is a great way to control who answers the reviews.

They were on time worked to compleation and cleaned up all in one day. I"m no expert but the job looked flawless my roof is beautiful. This is my second time using power for a project and I( will use them for my next project

We had a sliding door installed by Power Home. Brian Pierson our consultant was very informative and pleasant. We felt like it was a safe company to go with. The installers were very professional. They wore the shoe covers which I was very pleased about since I have small children crawling throughout my house.The overall experience was very good. The only downfall was the homeowner wasn't 100% satisfied with the inside trim that was installed.

The are excellent company, good customer service and quality installation and materials. 100% recommended.

We had our windows installed by PHRG recently, and we were very impressed with them. Everyone from the salesman, the installers and the supervisor were very courteous and professional.
