I had ordered the wrong years on my commerative plaque and it was my fault. I called them up told them what happened and in less than 5 minutes i had a new one being shipped lut to me with the correct dates. This is the best customer service i have ever had. Thank you!

Great for quick customized gifts. Quality not the best though.

Canadians Beware. I asked why it ships in two days for the USA but in Canada they add another two weeks. They said they ship by UPS. The excuse is they claim it has to clear customs. That's BS they give it to Canada Post and charge you as if it was next day UPS. We ship both ways everyday and it does not add two weeks or delay the delivery at all. They need to get the story correct and justify the crazy shipping fees.

Update: UPS is not affiliated with Canada Post. You may ship from China using UPS or use UPS to clear customs and that's fine. But UPS does not give it to Canada Post to deliver. That is misleading. They are two different companies. You use Canada Post, period. That's the issue.

Everything clears customs. Most deliveries are precleared, very few are ever stopped. Suggesting it sits at customs to be cleared is not true. There is no duty on printed material from USA to Canada, there is from China! Now it's clear why the delay and higher cost of shipping.

This is a scam.
First at the website they claim to have a 4.8 review rate, which starts as a lie.
For mother's day they promised a delivery until 13th, which never happened.
Don't be cheated as I was.

Ordered an anniversary frame from them. Ordering was fast and easy. The order arrived prior than expected. The only thing I didn't like was that the font they used for my message is too small and it's hard to read it.

A issue with the FEDEX shipment left us a day before our event with our order nowhere to be found. After being elevated from the normal call staff, Amanda went above and beyond to insure we received our order in time for our event. I manage a customer service team and am always aware of the experience I am having working with other retailers. This was truly what customer service is all about. Amanda cared more about the order than I did. And I cared a lot. Great job. We will order again and hopefully will not have any issues with FEDEX. My only opinion would be to use UPS instead, but understand if FEDEX is the company you have a deal worked out with in your area.

This is the place for almost all your engraved stuff. I would recommend this place to anyone. They products are well made and worth the money and I will be coming to buy again.

Probably my last order. Very disappointed. It s my fault, I guess, but I thought the sign was actually lazer cut instead of just a print. The bottom of the y in the text goes off the sign. Everything adverstised says wood sign that s pretty much of a stretch, given that it s mostly some kind of styrofoam. WAY overpriced for what it actually is. Said they couldn't do anything for me except offer 10% discount on my next order NOT!

Everything I have ordered has been on point!! And the the waiting time for delivery is great. I usually pick up my merchandise but at times have some items delivered. The merchandise are nice and of good quality. Cannot complain. Greasy job personalization mall!!!

I worked at the location in bolingbrook on 11/25/2017 through the temp service primary staffing and didn't get paid. I've already contacted the department of labor and reported them to the BBB. Horrible how they treat temp works. Avoid these place everyone!

Terrible customer service. They goofed up on a pre-made template and misspelled a word, but since I "reviewed" it they said there wasn't anything they could do to replace it without me paying again at a discounted price. Why should I have to pay, when they didn't follow their template?! Then when I followed up their original response, they never reached back out and continued sending me coupons and promos for other products (even after unsubscribing to the emails). Very disappointed and feel like I wasted a fair amount of $

I absolutely LOVE personalization mall. I have been ordering from them for a few years now and have never ever been disappointed. Every order has arrived to me wrapped so nicely and never damaged. They have such good quality products, I will always order from here. I usually order gifts on this site and my friends/family are always extremely happy. The shipping is also very fast, but I AM in the same state as them so I am sure that helps. I received a few orders today and am so happy with my purchases. Keep it up, personalization mall.

I'm not one usually for writing a review unless its either really quality or just flat out s**t. I absolutely could not be more impressed with how fast I received the item and the level of care that goes into each customization/packing. Everything I ordered is accounted for and immaculate. Not to mention the fact that it has a home crafty feel to it but higher quality. Super impressed with this site and will definitely be coming back soon for a majority of my shopping.

Extremely not happy with this company !! Do not purchase from here. Very deceitful. Not only made a mistake but customer service lied on my order when i called two times to confirm i was ordering just one single card...Not a case of them to one person. Customer service stated yes i ordered one single card. The world is full of deceit at our expense. PersonalizationMall is exactly that ! Just one christmas card. They charge me for for than 25 cards. They would not reimburse me nor an apology ! I did however find Zazzle. A kind & honest reputable company & economically friendly ! They are awesome !!

This company is a scam, don't buy from them not only did my item not arrive on time but no one picks up the phone or replies to my emails.

I would think twice if I was you before ordering from here. I order different merchandise from here and had it rush delivery paid 21.99 for it and never received it. It was a wedding gift for my wife and I look bad when I open my small gifts that day but I didn t have anything for her. I call customer service and you would think they would say sorry or something. But no all they said it s not there fault that s between me and UPS I couldn t believe it. Then they said they can ship it to me I am a nice person I said fine ship it to me, then tell me I have to pay 5.99 to get it ship to me that s when I flip out. I ask for a manager then they said it will be ship free of charge. Then customer service said to contact UPS for a refund for the rush delivery which that didnt occur to me I just wanted my goods. I call UPS about the refund and they said that s fine but to get the company to call because they have to issue it to them. I call personalization mall again and what you think they said no we not going to call and we not going to give you a refund for it. I never do these reviews but I had to say something and let everyone know before you decide to purchase something from here. Yes, I am upset.

Great experience. Ordering online was easy and straightforward. Only bad part was pick-up still cost $5.

Pick-up: The place was easy to find. Good parking space. The walk walkways are nicely shoveled and salted. The service was friendly and nice.

Bought their custom image guitar picks (text on one side, picture on the other) and the quality was great. Everything was well packaged as well. Shipping didn't take too long either.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Ordered a gift on May1 for a birthday gift on the 5th and paid extra to ensure delivery. Never received the gift and had to wait for an "investigation" to get a refund. Then they sent an email saying you have to call for a refund because the info for the account is not kept and when I called they still had asl of my info! I didn't have to give them any account information!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I worked for them Before. They don t want you to park in their parking lot being an employee, even thought they have enough empty spots and to top it off the parking spot where they wanted you to park was about 1 mile away from this place to where there is an empty warehouse. You walk in and they don t let you wear sweaters. Also you have to go through metal detectors. They don t let you go out for lunch or any break even though they deduct your lunch from your pay. It s more like a prison. Not worth it.

I purchased personalized fleece blankets and ornaments to memorialize a loved one, and I was not sure what to expect. The items are well-made and absolutely beautiful, and my package arrived sooner than I anticipated.

We had a girls weekend and for fun we ordered these sparkly tumblers to use as drink cups on the beach. They were PERFECT! So cute, the perfect size and we loved having our names on them. I'm so disappointed and upset with this company. I ordered a doormat with the rubber tray as a going away gift to my sister who is moving out of state. I received the doormat but with no rubber tray. Without the rubber tray it looks pretty cheap. I called to complain and they said they would ship out the rubber tray asap. I received my order today- "Black Wood Easel" is on the small package, not my rubber tray. Whoever works there obviously isn't paying attention and my order got screwed up TWO times now. I needed this by Saturday and with today being Thursday I thought they'd be able to rush this to me considering the circumstances. Nope, no effort from Customer Service. I am so mad, I will never order from here again. I advise anyone to not order from here because they can't seem to get things right and won't accommodate time constraints especially when I placed the original order over 2 weeks ago to make sure I received it in time. STAY AWAY!!!!

TERRIBLE - MISLEADING--NOT HELPFUL- feeling ripped off, mislead and disappointed

I ordered the "Memory Becomes A Treasure Personalized Keepsake Memory Box" and this product is absolutely terrible quality. The script, personalization, and coloring are all beautiful. The box is even a decent size. But the box itself is constructed of a thin cardboard type substance that makes papier-mache seem like steel. It is honestly a step up from a cereal box, for $36. I will not give this as the intended gift, it would be embarrassing to do so. I contacted the company for a "satisfaction guaranteed" refund to learn that they will only replace items that are defective and will never refund an item that is personalized. First and last time shopping with Personalization Mall, this is the worst product and customer service I can recall receiving from any store.

I am writing this review in regards to my latest order with Personalization Mall. I ordered an item for my husband for Father s Day under the promotion that ended on June 6th that came with a guarantee that all items were to be delivered before Father s Day. Upon placing the order late that evening I received a confirmation email stating the order would be processed in one to two weeks. I sent an email immediately, as it was after business hours affirming my understanding that I was to receive the item by Father s Day and if this was not the promise I would need to cancel. The next afternoon I had still not heard from the company so I phoned in and the representative assured me that the delivery was guaranteed by Father s Day. I then received correspondence that the company was making contact with the location that produces my item and they would be back in contact. The very next correspondence I receive is that they have canceled my order. I immediately phoned the company and spoke to a representative that dismissed my promise of the Father s Day delivery and stated you wanted it canceled, you got it. The cancellation would not even be an issue if this company stood by what they promised me and I was only assured of this on my phone call that next morning. I have a call out to the manager and will update my review should I receive what was promised and a more satisfactory and customer friendly approach. At this point, I would not encourage anyone to do business with the company, especially should you have issues they have demonstrated thus far they will not make good on their promises (despite I have all the proper documentation on hand that I should receive the said item by Father s Day).

I ONLY left 1 star because there wasn t an option for zero! DO NOT buy from this company! I ordered a graduation banner and the colors are absolutely WRONG! I contacted them to make them aware and their response was its within their standards. The color I ordered was burgundy the color I received was a burnt orange. The fact that they absolutely disregarded my concerns to begin with not to mention the fact they totally messed up my order and REFUSE to make it right is absolutely appauling ! Poor way to conduct business! Save your money DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

I have ordered 4 canvas pictures, a personalized ornament, a shirt with grandchildrens names, a personalized coffee cup and a pet memory plaque(which will be delivered very soon). I love the work very nicely done canvas pictures are so clear. Im already looking to see what I can order next.

I have been ordering from this place for over 5 years and I've loved every single thing I've ever purchased! They've been a apart of some of the biggest moments in my life! I bought bridal party gifts for my wedding, a doormat and photo canvases for when we bought our new house and of course, when my baby was born I was sure to have a personalized baby blanket with me in the hospital so his very first pictures would be extra special. My family and friends always say I'm the best gift giver and this place is my secret weapon! If I've ever had an issue (once I got a photo ornament that was a little fuzzy) their customer service was great - they acknowledged the mistake, apologized and were quick to send out a replacement. Such a great place for special gifts! I recommend their canvas wall art, cutting boards, and fleece blankets - those are my favorite! Oh and they have the best Christmas ornaments, too!

I ordered three items for Christmas that arrived just as I expected except that one item was broken. I had to email at least 6 times with my order number, and pictures of the broken items. The email response was very displeasing. I would either not receive a response or have to fish through junk email to find them. When I would reply I would again receive no response. I finally got through to them via phone. I can't say I was pleased that I was on hold for over 30 minutes while being told that my wait time was 10 minutes but I was able to speak to a representative. They are replacing my order free of charge with an expedited shipping so that it can be sent to my mother for Christmas. I wish that they would have better replies to emails or more customer service reps to handle call volumes because once I got someone on the phone they were very helpful. I hope that my order is received by my mother by Christmas, in 5 shipping days but I would just be satisfied if she does receive her gift damage free.

My husband paid $28.00 to have my anniversary present delivered on January 6, in time for our party. It came on January 7. I was embarrassed in front of everyone. The charge for delivery was almost as much as the clock he bought so it wasn't that it was so expensive, it was the personalized thought.

Great Product, I have ordered gifts for different occasions and was very satisfied with quality. I see some people complain about delivery and give only 1 star but they don't mention anything about quality of the product, and everyone has to remember that the company ships, there could be delay in transportation, due to weather or traffic conditions.

The absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with. Someone committed fraud and used my money to buy items from there services. They refunded me for one item and shipped the other item. I explained to 4 different reps the problem. Then they asked me to pay for shipping!!!! Are you kidding me! Your company allowed someone to commit fraud and you want me to pay for fraud! FOH! I hope this place goes out of business and never see's the light of day again! If I could give this place no stars that is what it would get!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!, I a code for free shipping but for some reason it did not take it when I placed the order so I called them right away to let them know, I was told they re going to remove shipping fee, Once I receive my bill to my surprise they didn t. Call them to report the issue & they refused credit. I requested to speak to a supervisor they told me there s no supervisor right now & I could get a c/b with 24 hrs. I refused a c/b I told them I wanted to speak with management rep hang up. Call corporate office to report this issue. Unbelievable they weren t able to HELP!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PERSONALIZATION MALL!!!!!!!!!!!

They made my order wrong and I understand that mistakes happen but the problem is they have not fixed it. I've sent pictures of the error several times and have had no reply back. I like their products, they just have extremely poor customer service.

I am so sorry to leave this review. I have ordered from this company a couple of times before with good results. They would not stand behind their product and sent me an ornament that literally looked like someone shot my grandfather. Very disturbing. I recently ordered some ornaments with my grandfather's picture on them for my mom, and her brothers after he passed away. It was to be a good remembrance each year. I received the ornaments and was appalled that the hole was placed directly in his head. I could not even fathom giving these to his children that were in the early stages of grieving their father. When I called customer service I was told it was my fault and "on the proof there is a blurred area that may contain the hole". I am so sorry but as a consumer, that repeatedly orders from a company with no complaints, this is not acceptable. If a company does not understand that their consumer may miss a line in their instructions, and also a company that has apparently no "proofing" and would send out a remembrance ornament with a hole in the person's head without question is not a company that I feel is appropriate to handle these extremely sensitive matter. I have uploaded a picture because I truly think this is horrifying and I am surprised they have no quality control at all. Very disappointed and there is no way I would ever show this supposed to be "treasured" ornament to my mom, it would truly make her and her brothers cry and hurt versus love and heal.

This was my first time ordering and I received exactly what I ordered in the time frame they said I would. I ordered personalized coffee mugs for my team for Christmas. I picked them up 3 days later and they we're perfect. I will order again.

Great Service!!! I originally placed an order on November 13, 2018. I received this order on November 16, 2018 and was able to pick it up at my local UPS store. I got exactly what I wanted!!! Service was fast...

Item did not appear as I previewed it. When I contacted customer service they did respond to me until the 3rd time I contacted them. At that time I was told there was no error and I was out of luck. I surely would not have ordered an item that cut one whole person out, but they said I did. So I am not happy with the product or their customer service.

I haven't received my order yet, so I will update my review based on the quality of the product, however, their website is very annoying/irritating, and when checking out, apparently you must check your shipping method over 10 times because I specifically chose expedited shipping to get my fiance's gift between Feb 14th- Feb 16th for Valentines day because he's only with me for those days, and when I received my order confirmation/receipt, it says I chose standard shipping, which I, as well as my roommate, know for 100% that I didn't choose, and now it will not get here in time. This was the "biggest, most important" gift to him, out of 4, and considering I chose 2-day shipping on all of my items on different website, I obviously would've on this as well considering I ordered them all within the same night. I'm extremely pissed off, and when I chatted with someone on their website, they said it was my fault, not theirs, and that they can't do anything about it. Unless it gets here in time and/or the product is good quality, I do not plan to order from this website again.

I have gotten so many unique my personalized gifts for friends around the world here. Each item arrives flawless, quality, exactly as I had hoped. Production time is lightning fast, online ordering and final product/ personalization preview is so useful. Couldn't be happier.

Worse place to deal with. Do not order from these crooks. And definitely do not pay extra to ensure delivery on time. They will not come through. I ordered two little things on the 8th of February and paid extra shipping to get it by Valentine s Day (6 days later). I LIVE IN CHICAGO!!! It s only a 47 minute drive in rush hour traffic to get to where they ship and they still managed to mess it up. Worse part is the tracking is nearly impossible. They ship UPS which then hands it off to USPS so you can t track it. When I asked UPS why it was handed to USPS, they told me it was personalization mall that requested it handled that way. Well guess what the post office did not get it here on time and I still cannot track it. When I call their customer service all they can tell me is they can refund my shipping. I m not purchasing an item from you guys. I m purchasing memories. If it doesn t get here in time there is no point. Oh well plenty of other online retailers out there and plenty of social media outlets to blast the business.

I ordered a gift for a friend two weeks ago although UPS says it was delivered, it was not. The apartment clearly says 406, but the information they have says it was delivered to 405 which the driver claims isn t true. So where is the package?! I do not want to wait for an investigation that s obviously going to end up with the package not being found because they ve clearly lost it. The office and the driver can t even get it together on where it was delivered so how can I expect you to properly investigate. I would just like the item to be redelivered ASAP and be refunded the shipping cost especially since you couldn t fulfill your guarantee.

Would give no stars if I could. Please do not waste your time with this company. They messed up my order and charged me again to fix it. I will not ever be using this company again that's for sure. Customer service is not their priority.

Ordered 2 customized Xmas stockings on December 2 and it is now December 17 and the order still hasn't arrived. Worst company I have dealt with in regards to delivery. Will look for another similar company to deal with.

This is just the absolute worst company I have ever ordered from I've call a hundred times and email them so many times to each phone number as well as email addresses they have on their website. I have yet to get a response, every single time I call it says their not accepting calls due to high volume. Which is a lie I called first thing when they open, in the afternoon, evening, and when they're about to close answering machine says same thing every time. The other numbers listed on their website I'll be on hold for 10+ minutes and still no answer. Just the worse I put in my order more than a week ago i paid for fast 2 day shipping and nothing.

I would NOT order from this website again. The Christmas ornament I ordered was BEAUTIFUL but when I got the first order, it was incomplete/ unfinished (not horrible but not to the standard I wanted to give it as the gift I intended). So I requested a replacement- they took quite a while to get back to me (and did NOT get my order to me before I drove home to WI on leave to visit my family) and when I received the replacement (after the holidays) the new one smells like scorched wood (not good- a horrible strong smell) AND the edges look like they are smeared with plaster residue (I was able to scratch some off so it's not permanent or the way the wood is). Overall- extremely disappointed. This looked so beautiful and had such potential but they managed to disappoint me with the quality twice. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered 2 items from PersonalizationMall one item was completely perfect, but the other item I had to contact customer support. They were AWESOME! Very nice, professional, quick to reply and my concerns were 100% taken care of. The chat manager Lisa was EXCELLENT and far exceeded my expectations. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

If there was a 0 star option that's what I would pick for this company!!! I ordered a personal christmas ornament for my husband and my first christmas together. I sent in a professional picture from our wedding for the ornament. The first ornament came and it was so blurry you couldn't even tell who was in the picture. I wrote into the company and let them know about the issues. I offered to send back the ornament. They emailed me back letting me know they would send me a new ornament and to keep my old one. When I received the replacement ornament it was worse quality than the first ornament I received. It was just as blurry and the coloring on our skin was completely orange. It looked like we had a bad fake tan. I wrote into the company again to see if they would right the wrong or send me my money back. They returned an email stating that they believed that their ornament was up to quality and they would not do anything to right this wrong. Needless to say they lost a costumer and if I can stop anyone else from shopping from this company I will. If this is the quality of their product they should be ashamed!!! Please don't order anything personalized because you will be very disappointed!!!!

Had an order for pick up. I am missing an item from the order. I have tried contacting them multiple times to no avail. Highly disappointed. Thankfully, I used a Groupon so I'm not out too much money, but so far costumer service is highly lacking. I gave 2 stars because the items I did receive are of good quality.

Heard of this place through Groupon and they have plenty of deals available. I ordered a personalized bath robe for my mom and an engraved box for my boyfriend as Christmas presents. The items arrived on time and looked flawless. The engraved box is sturdy and well-made, engraving words are deep and nicely executed. The bath robe is one size fits all and though it runs slightly larger than my mom, its material is worthy and the color looks beautiful. I would definitely use this service again in the future!

Worst customer service of my life. Selected two-day express shipping so I could receive the item in time for a trip. Did not receive item on time. Customer Service initially refused to reimburse express shipping rate. Finally received item in mail days later and it was the wrong item!!! After NO APOLOGY from the company, they agreed to ship me the ACTUAL ITEM I ORDERED but through economy shipping. So to sum up, it's been two weeks and I have yet to receive the order which was guaranteed for two-day shipping. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!

I have always been 100% satisfied with Personalization Mall. I have received my products fast and they have always been exactly what I have expected. My latest purchase was the personalized ammo box. You can choose just about anything you want on it. It was the 2nd one I bought. The first one I bought for my Veteran husband who absolutely loves it to store his favorite household tools in. I also trusted them enough to buy all my son's favors for his wedding rehearsal party in the past (personalized mugs) and I would do it again.

I work there first, it is a great place to get personalized gifts also.

If I could give zero stars I would. Cheap, shoddy...do not waste your money. I bought lasered bamboo cooking utensil sets...the laser goes from deep to non-existent. When I called "customer service" (laugh sound-track) basically agreed that it's crap. Bought these for a bridal shower, and will not be able to use any of them. They look cheesy and cheap, not to mention ridiculous.

Horrible experience! I placed an order and TWICE they cut off heads of people and also people altogether- and that's after their quality control dept put the photo on themselves! I returned the incorrect items with a tracking # and they've had it for 4 days, yet they still have not issued a refund because they can't find it. All I'm told is that they will update me once they process it- but they won't do it now even though tracking shows it was delivered 4 days ago. Worst customer service (Velia)- she provided no answers. I will never use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I ve ordered coffee mugs, picture frames, address stamps, Christmas stockings & ornaments, cutting boards, recipe box & cards, baking dishes, garden stones, canvas prints, wall art/shelf art, even a bandana for our dog and an adorable kids apron for my niece. My favorite go-to gifts are their photo frames, photo mugs and cutting boards. For Christmas, their photo ornaments are great and aren t too expensive. They're really great for birthdays and Christmas, especially if you don't know what to get someone. But I also bought things from them for new baby gifts, going away presents and thank you gifts.

My ultimate favorite thing I got from them was a National Geographic canvas map of the world that came with little pins so you can pinpoint the places you ve been to. It was a Valentine s Day gift for my husband and we hope to fill the map up with all 100 pins as we travel the world. Our names and wedding year are printed on the bottom and the quality is really nice.
