I ordered three items for Christmas that arrived just as I expected except that one item was broken. I had to email at least 6 times with my order number, and pictures of the broken items. The email response was very displeasing. I would either not receive a response or have to fish through junk email to find them. When I would reply I would again receive no response. I finally got through to them via phone. I can't say I was pleased that I was on hold for over 30 minutes while being told that my wait time was 10 minutes but I was able to speak to a representative. They are replacing my order free of charge with an expedited shipping so that it can be sent to my mother for Christmas. I wish that they would have better replies to emails or more customer service reps to handle call volumes because once I got someone on the phone they were very helpful. I hope that my order is received by my mother by Christmas, in 5 shipping days but I would just be satisfied if she does receive her gift damage free.
