I'm so disappointed and upset with this company. I ordered a doormat with the rubber tray as a going away gift to my sister who is moving out of state. I received the doormat but with no rubber tray. Without the rubber tray it looks pretty cheap. I called to complain and they said they would ship out the rubber tray asap. I received my order today- "Black Wood Easel" is on the small package, not my rubber tray. Whoever works there obviously isn't paying attention and my order got screwed up TWO times now. I needed this by Saturday and with today being Thursday I thought they'd be able to rush this to me considering the circumstances. Nope, no effort from Customer Service. I am so mad, I will never order from here again. I advise anyone to not order from here because they can't seem to get things right and won't accommodate time constraints especially when I placed the original order over 2 weeks ago to make sure I received it in time. STAY AWAY!!!!
