Have order from them many times. the current order is just unacceptable. Poor, poor quality. It was a re-order of additional products that were ordered before. I attempted to contact customer service by e-mail. Never got a reply. even checked junk mail to make sure I did not miss something.

Will not order again.

They claimed they reached back out to me, even checked "Junk Mail", but they never did.
