I ordered a personalized grad teddy bear for my sister who is going of to college. When it came, it came without the hat and only with a few days left before she left to college. I also called to try to get the missing part, but they said they might not be able to ship it before she leaves. Also, the quality of the bear was not worth what I payed for, AND IT WAS ON SALE. They just gave us paper, ribbons, and the lowest quality things they could find. Even I could make the diploma they gave me! I didn't want a bunch of loose limbs and cheap fabric, I wanted a gift my sister could remember. THEY WASTED MY MONEY, and I would give them 0 stars if I could.

ordered gifts; paid for the guaranteed arrival before Christmas, won't get here until 5 days afterwards. they offered to refund my shipping, how is that going to make up for not having a Christmas gift for my husband?!?! should have read the reviews before doing business with them.

I am so very happy with the products I purchased and from the customer service and care that I received! I highly recommend buying from them!

Don't guarantee a delivery date if you can't deliver by that date.

COOKIE JAR REVIEW...Ordered a cookie jar for a gift, for a client of mine. It just came in and I LOVE it!!! This cookie jar is fabulous, is much bigger than I expected. The measurements are absolutely correct. It's so adorable I will order this for all my clients and even one for US!!!! This is a great buy and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great gift. I would take a photo but, it looks just like it does in the catalog so what's the point? Enjoy!

Worst customer service ever! No stars. You preview your item and click in box to approve. This is exactly how it'll print it says. It did not! Then they blame my phone?! For autocorrect(which had nothing to do with it and makes no sense at all)?! And say I should have rechecked the order?! But the print preview stated that is exactly how it'll print. (preview showed no names cut off and all in 1 line which was ok..but printed 2 lines with 1 name -my son's name- cut off) SHADY SHADY SHADY they did offer to give me 30% off regular price on the same product based on THEIR mistake A Mother's Day gift. No heart and no shame and no worries about your customers. I would have ordered more products for Birthdays/Father's Day. I would have recommended for cute products. NOW I AM TELLING THE WORLD HOW MUCH THEY SUCK.

Very disappointed. I spent 8 hours personalizing all my Christmas gifts, and then their site had an error and all my work was lost. The lady on chat must have been to busy, because she hung up on me before we were done. Website software is clunky and not efficient.

Do not use. My order never arrived. They are not replying to any of my emails or messages and have so far refused to give a refund or even acknowledge that my item didn't arrive

Beautiful cookie jar I received with my name on it which I just absolutely love with special cookies that I make.

I ordered a number of personalized gifts for a Father's Day present, even paid next day delivery shipping charge of $50+ only to have my order delivered 3days late. The irony is I ordered another item in which I requested the cheapest ($13) which should have been delivered 2weeks later, but was delivered a day after my $50 next day delivery.

If you order from this place again, DON'T PAY THE OVERCHARGE SHIPPING!!!! It's a RIP OFF!! So disappointed!! They should have at least credited me for the delay. Customer service person I spoke to was horrible.
